Huckabee Suspends his Campaign – Gets Huge Likes from Twitter

In a tweet to his family members who supported his 2016 presidential run, Republican Mike Huckabee broke the sad news that he was formally suspending his failed campaign. As of the time of this post, the tweet had already received well over 7,500 likes, that’s well over 7,500 more responses Huckabee received than his total vote count in the Iowa Caucus!

While there were a couple people who wished him the best, many more had responses like this one;

Beating Up on Beyonce Pays Off for Mike Huckabee – Gets First Place in Iowa Poll

You got to face it. No one would be talking about Republican joker Mike Huckabee if it weren’t for his constant whippings on Beyoncé. The 2016 potential Republican presidential candidate even dedicated a part of his new book to the singer, insinuating that she is a prostitute and her husband, Jay Z, her pimp!

Well now, it seems that running on the Beyoncé platform is doing good for Huckabee. In a new NBC News-Marist poll, Huckabee is leading all potential Republicans in Iowa with 17 percentage points. Second is George Bush’s brother, Jeb Bush, with 16 and union bashing Scott Walker comes in third with 15.

Rick Perry, Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham scrapes the bottom of the barrel with 4,2 and 1 percentage points respectively.

On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton leads all potential candidates with 68 percentage points. Vice President Joe Biden is a far second with 12 followed by Bernie Sanders with 7.

Mike Huckabee Still Pimping Beyonce for Popularity – Beyonce’s Friend Speaks Out – Video

Mike Huckabee went on The View and continued milking his exposure from his Beyoncé attacks. But this time, someone with personal knowledge of Beyoncé was there to defend her and call out the Republican.

Over the last few weeks, Huckabee has pimped Beyoncé’s popularity to further advance his own 2016 presidential ambition. He knew that any attack on the most popular entertainer in music would bring him much needed popularity, so Huckabee has homed in on Beyoncé as his only hope to the White House.

He has stated that Jay Z is “pimping” his wife and has gone “from husband to pimp by exploiting his wife as a sex object.” And suggested that letting children listen to Beyoncé is the same thing as buying a 12-year-old girl a “stripper pole.”

But on The View yesterday, Beyoncé had a small voice and defender, as her friend Michelle Williams and former Destiny’s Child singer weighed in on Huckabee.

“I’m not the Carter spokesperson,” she said, “but to hear some of those comments that you said I thought were very, very, very low.”

Jon Stewart Calls Out Hypocrite Mike Huckabee On His Beyonce Hate Game

Republican presidential wannabe Mike Huckabee – a recent extreme critic of everything Beyoncé – obviously thought he was still on Fox News and anticipated soft questions when he went on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. But Jon, the koolest and realest man in news, had other things up his sleeve.

“She doesn’t have to be vulgar to set a trend,” Huckabee said on “The Daily Show,” echoing his remarks criticizing the President for letting his daughters listen to Beyoncé’s “mental poison.”

“Do you know any parent who has a daughter that says, ‘honey, if you make really good grades, some day when you’re 12 or 13 we’ll get you your own stripper pole?'” Huckabee asked. “Come on, Jon, we don’t do this in our culture.”

Stewart’s jaw dropped before he asked Huckabee to prepare himself for a special clip. The host cut to footage of Huckabee, plugging away on a bass, guitar backing Ted Nugent live on Fox in a performance of “Cat Scratch Fever.” The song contained such lyrics as “I make the pussy purr with the stroke of my hand.”

As “The Daily Show” audience roared, the ex-governor and former Fox host began talking about the song’s original release in 1978. He told an unconvinced Stewart that the song was an “adult song, geared for adults.”

Huckabee closed by urging the host to read his book.

Mike Huckabee Quits Fox News – Ponders a 2016 Presidential Run

(AP Photo/Alex Brandon, File)

Like one of my twitter friends said, “the clown car has pulled up” and the clowns are hopping in. Add Mike Huckabee to the list of Republican clowns vying for the White House in 2016!

Television host and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee says he is leaving his Fox News talk show as he considers whether to seek the 2016 Republican nomination for president — a decision he expects to reach in the spring.

Huckabee said Saturday night’s edition of “Huckabee” would be his last as he ponders his political future. “There’s been a great deal of speculation as to whether I would run for president. And if I were willing to absolutely rule that out, I could keep doing this show. But I can’t make such a declaration,” he said at the end of Saturday’s program.

“Now, I’m not going to make a decision about running until late in the spring of 2015, but the continued chatter has put Fox News into a position that just isn’t fair to them — nor is it possible for me to openly determine political and financial support to justify a race. The honorable thing to do at this point is to end my tenure here at Fox. Now, as much as I have loved doing the show, I cannot bring myself to rule out another presidential run.”

Mike Huckabee Threatens to Leave The Republican Party – Audio

Since the United States Supreme Court decided not to take up same sex marriage, over 30 more states have adopted the lower courts’ decision and allowed gay couples to marry their partners. This is not going over well with some Republicans and some, like former Republican Presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, is demanding that the party stand up and defend its values.

Huckabee warns that if the Republicans fail to lead, he and more like him, will leave the party and become members of the independent.

On Wednesday’s broadcast of American Family Association’s Today’s Issues program, Huckabee lambasted the Republican party and it’s leaders for allowing gays to marry and giving up on their so-called “moral” obligation in being the obvious superior party.

*Eyeroll*

“I am utterly exasperated with Republicans and the so-called leadership of the Republicans who have abdicated on this issue,” warning that by doing so the GOP will “guarantee they’re going to lose every election in the future.”

“Guarantee it,” he said before proclaiming that the Republicans are going to “lose guys like me and a whole bunch of still God-fearing, Bible-believing people” if the party does not stand and fight on the issues of gay marriage and abortion.

“I’m gone,” Huckabee warned. “I’ll become an independent. I’ll start finding people that have guts to stand. I’m tired of this”:

This GOP Hypocrite is Against Contraception – Made It Mandatory For Women in His State

I cannot figure out why this blowhard would thrust himself even more into the spotlight when he knows his closet is filled with skeletons.

Yes, I could be talking about any Republican official in this post. Go ahead, name one of them and I will tell you about their particular closet. This post however, is dedicated to none other than blowhard Mike Huckabee.

We all remember about a week ago when Huckabee felt the need, no, the urge to make a speech about the Republicans’ war on women, including his explanation of “Uncle Sugar”, women’s libido and of course, contraception? His entire speech was quite controversial, I’m sure you remembered it. Well as fate would have it, this same Huckabee guy – an outspoken opponent of women’s health especially where providing contraception is concerned – provided mandatory contraception to the women of Arkansas when he was governor.

Huffington Post described Huckabee’s change in position as an “epic flip-flop,” noting that Huckabee defended his view at the time, saying that “Religious employers are not required to comply with this policy. My position is, and always has been, that religious entities shouldn’t be forced to pay for contraception.”

Abortifacients were exempted in the Arkansas legislation, the Arkansas Times noted, but the law appears even more comprehensive than the ACA, mandating coverage under health policies issued by institutions with religious affiliations if they don’t exist primarily for that purpose and don’t primarily employ people of that religion, a standard most religiously-affiliated hospitals and schools do not meet.

Huckabee Links Nazi Death Camps and Chinese Abortions to “Brain Dead” Girl in California

Fox News host Mike Huckabee on Saturday warned that a California girl who was declared brain dead after tonsil surgery last month could lead to situations like Nazi death camps and forced abortions in China if the hospital took her off life support.

The former Arkansas governor and ordained pastor began his Fox News show by admitting that he did not have the medical experience necessary to understand 13-year-old Jahi McMath’s condition but he encouraged her family to fight against any attempts to remove her from life support even though doctors said she technically “died several weeks ago.”

“Every life has value and worth,” Huckabee told his viewers on Saturday. “There is no such person who is disposable, one whose life has been deemed by others to be less than others and therefore expendable, I can’t share that.”

He continued: “The road that starts that way in deciding that some lives have less value and are unworthy of protection, that leads to a culture that tolerates the undeserved killing of over 55 million unborn children in this country. It leads to China’s birth policy that limits the number of children for a family and enforces forced abortion if they deviate from the state-determined ideal.”

“It’s also that culture that allowed the Nazis to to hideously justify the savage slaughter of millions of Jews, disabled people, old people and those with mental illness,” Huckabee said. “Let’s hope and pray that the courts continue to do what every court should do, respect parents over government, family over hospitals and, above all, protect Jahi from them all.”

Attention Attention: Rick Perry Is Now Against All Abortions

Rick Perry, one of the Republicans trying to win his party’s nomination to run against president Obama in November 2012 has had a change if heart. He once believed that abortions should be allowed in the case of rape and incest, but not anymore.

What caused Perry to change? We’ve come up with two reasons

  1. Voting in the Republican primary starts in a few days, and Perry’s new anti-abortion stance will go a long way in getting a few more Christian conservative gets.
  2. A television show changed his mind.

Tuesday, at the last leg of a four-stop bus trip across southwestern Iowa, Perry was asked a question by a local pastor about his abortion views, noting that the candidate had recently signed a pledge to oppose abortion in every situation and asking whether Perry had changed his mind.

Perry replied that he had. “You’re seeing a transformation,” he said. Recently watching an anti-abortion film had persuaded him to alter his view, he said.

Over the last few days, we’ve been on a mini vacation here at EzKool, and it just so happened that everything came apart while we were away. So in an effort to keep you guys up on what’s been happening, (lol, is there really anyone out there who doesn’t know what happened over the last few days?) it’s quite simple – Mike Huckabee and Donald Trump dropped out of the race. LOL.

This Colbert video should cover it.

RomneyCare Provides Funds For Abortions. ObamaCare Does Not

ThinkProgress came up with this little nugget. The graph below shows one difference between the Health Care plan set forth by Mitt Romney, the man who could be the eventual Republican nominee for the presidency in 2012, and the Affordable Health Care Act signed into law by President Obama. The difference? Romney’s plan provides funds for abortion services and President Obama’s does not.

The little secret Republicans don’t want you to know about.
