Ted Nugent Sides with Donald Trump’s Attacks on Megyn Kelly

Ted Nugent, a board member on NRA and defender of right-wing Republican politics, told WIBX’s Keeler in the Morning that he is not a fan of Megyn Kelly, but he sometimes tune to Fox to watch her, and he usually watch her while sitting “naked on the couch.”

Nugent’s sexist comment is no surprise and comes days after Megyn Kelly asked Trump about sexist comments he has made about women in the past. Trump, the Republican frontrunner for President in 2016, later explained that when Kelly asked the question, “she had blood coming out of her wherever,” a clear reference to menstruation.

“I’m a big fan of Donald Trump because I believe in bold, aggressive, unapologetic truth. Period,” Nugent said. “And I’m not a fan of Megyn Kelly, although I often turn on Fox just to look at her. Sometimes when I’m loading my [gun ammunition] magazines. I like to just look at her. And I usually sit naked on the couch dropping hot brass on my stuff.”

Then he commented on Kelly’s question to Trump about his sexist behavior.

“I’m afraid the gorgeous, stunning, otherwise professional and tuned-in Megyn Kelly absolutely fell of the cliff of political correctness when she proposed that obnoxious, meaningless, nonsensical, biased question for Donald Trump.”

“Megyn Kelly absolutely broke all of our hearts as only a Megyn Kelly could when she went into the status quo world. She isn’t status quo, but she started acting, and sounding, and looking like one, and I don’t believe she is. I think she is playing some games, either that or she’s getting bad advice, either that or she’s just getting stupid. Either way, Donald Trump is the good guy, currently Megyn Kelly ain’t.”

Jon Stewart Calls Out Hypocrite Mike Huckabee On His Beyonce Hate Game

Republican presidential wannabe Mike Huckabee – a recent extreme critic of everything Beyoncé – obviously thought he was still on Fox News and anticipated soft questions when he went on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. But Jon, the koolest and realest man in news, had other things up his sleeve.

“She doesn’t have to be vulgar to set a trend,” Huckabee said on “The Daily Show,” echoing his remarks criticizing the President for letting his daughters listen to Beyoncé’s “mental poison.”

“Do you know any parent who has a daughter that says, ‘honey, if you make really good grades, some day when you’re 12 or 13 we’ll get you your own stripper pole?'” Huckabee asked. “Come on, Jon, we don’t do this in our culture.”

Stewart’s jaw dropped before he asked Huckabee to prepare himself for a special clip. The host cut to footage of Huckabee, plugging away on a bass, guitar backing Ted Nugent live on Fox in a performance of “Cat Scratch Fever.” The song contained such lyrics as “I make the pussy purr with the stroke of my hand.”

As “The Daily Show” audience roared, the ex-governor and former Fox host began talking about the song’s original release in 1978. He told an unconvinced Stewart that the song was an “adult song, geared for adults.”

Huckabee closed by urging the host to read his book.

Texas Conservatives Pay Ted Nugent $16,000 to Stay Away

The town of Longview, Texas paid Nugent $16,000 to not appear at the town’s Fourth of July Festival. According to KLTV, a city spokesman said Nugent was “not the right feel for this kind of community event.”

The city had reached a verbal agreement with Nugent, scheduling the rocker as the headliner who would play inside the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Center during the town’s Independence Day celebration. To break that agreement, the town paid Nugent half of his guaranteed performance fee of $32,000 from Maude Cobb’s annual budget.

The move comes amid criticism of comments Nugent made about President Barack Obama in January 2014, calling him a “subhuman mongrel.” Nugent, who campaigned with Texas Attorney General and gubernatorial candidate Greg Abbott amid the controversy, apologized for those comments in February.

Ted Nugent Almost Kinda Apologized For His Remarks About President Obama

Feeling pressure from other Republicans who themselves are running or will run for office, Ted Nugent went on CNN earlier today and offered somewhat of an almost oh by the way apology, not so much to President Obama, but to all the “much better” men out there… namely the Republican men.

“I do apologize–not necessarily to the President–but on behalf of much better men than myself,” he said in an interview with conservative radio host Ben Ferguson, who’s also a CNN political commentator.

Texas attorney general Greg Abbott, the likely GOP gubernatorial nominee this year, came under heavy criticism from Democrats this week for campaigning with Nugent, who’s known for making outlandish comments about the President.

Nugent said he apologizes “for using the streetfighter terminology of ‘subhuman mongrel’ instead of just using more understandable language, such as ‘violator of his own- the Constitution.”

In his apology, Nugent appeared to regret more the fact that his language has been tied to Republican politicians from his state, such as Abbott, Gov. Rick Perry, and Sen. Ted Cruz.

“I apologize for using the term,” he said. “I will try to elevate my vernacular to the level of those great men that I’m learning from in the world of politics.”

While Perry and Cruz both said they found Nugent’s comment inappropriate, they didn’t rule out campaigning with him.

Ted Nugent ‘Sings’ About Seducing Under-age Girls – Video

The Republican’s favorite mouthpiece besides the likes of Rush Limbaugh and the cast of jokers at Fox News, is a dude name Ted Nugent. Yes, you know this guy or you have heard of him. He recently made news when he spewed some of his normal hate mongering speech against President Obama by calling the president “a Chicago, Communist- raised, Communist-educated, Communist-nurtured, subhuman mongrel.”

What Nugent said about the president was just normal Nugent talk. In previous statements, he’s compared the president to a “chimpanzee” among other things and have even threatened the president causing the Secret Service to pay him a visit.

Yes, Nugent is vile and the Republicans love him.

That love for Nugent is what led to his invitation to speak at a campaign event for a Republican candidate for governor of Texas and that is where his “subhuman mongrel” comment about the president turned into a controversy. Why would anyone invite the likes of Nugent onstage to talk at a campaign event? Greg Abbott, the Republican candidate tried to soften the blows by saying that he was unaware of Nugent’s remarks. But it was already too late as his decision to associate himself with Nugent raised more questions about the Republicans and the hole their party seems determined to stay in.

But again, this is not the first time a Republican bigwig has associated himself with Nugent. When he was running for president of the United States in 2012, Mitt Romney gladly accepted Nugent’s endorsement. Unlike Abbott, Romney couldn’t say that he was unaware of Nugent’s past, but he accepted the endorsement anyway.

Speaking of Nugent’s past, here is a video of one of the rocker’s songs, a song called “Jailbate” where he sung about meeting an underage girl and trying to seduce her. In the song, he’s getting arrested for talking to the ‘jailbate’ and he tells the officer to put the cuffs on the underage girl so that he and the officer could share her.

Here’s the lyrics.

Honey you you you look so nice, She’s young she’s tender, Won’t you please surrender, She’s so fine she’s mine, All the time, all mine mine It’s all right baby, It’s quite all right, I asked your mama, Wait a minute officer, Don’t put those handcuffs on me, Put them on her and I’ll share her with you.

Sarah Palin is Endorsing Greg Abbott Because of Ted Nugent

The failed half term governor from Alaska turned political celebrity to the right winged nitwits, made her very important announcement on her Facebook page, explaining that if Nugent is campaigning with Abbott, then all is well in the universe.

“If he is good enough for Ted Nugent, he is good enough for me!” Palin wrote in a Facebook post Wednesday.

Abbott, currently serving as the state’s attorney general and challenging Democrat Wendy Davis, came under fire this week after inviting Nugent to campaign with him. The musician recently made offensive remarks about the president, who he called a “subhuman mongrel” in a January interview.

Abbott said Nugent would be joining him on the trail to expose Davis’s position on gun rights and the musician already appeared at an event Tuesday.

Palin wrote that Abbott is “a believer in the power of liberty and the need to defend our freedoms from the overreach of an out-of-control federal government.”

Newt Gingrich and Wolf Blitzer Spar Over Ted Nugent’s Disrespect for Obama – Video

I had lost all hope for Wolf Blitzer. No, I had lost all hope for CNN. The network was quickly travelling down the same road as Fox News, catering to sensational “journalism” and leaving the American people factless.

Tonight however, Wolf Blitzer gained some of that respect back. Not because he stood up for a Democratic President, but because he stood up for what was right. Which means that Newt Gingrich stood up for what was wrong. Hey, he’s a Republican.

The controversy surrounds a statement Ted Nugent made, where he called the President of the United States a “subhuman mongrel.” In an interview with Guns.com, Nugent said;

“I have obviously failed to galvanize and prod, if not shame enough Americans to be ever vigilant not to let a Chicago communist-raised, communist-educated, communist-nurtured subhuman mongrel like the acorn community organizer gangster Barack Hussein Obama to weasel his way into the top office of authority in the United States of America.”

The name calling by itself is not a news maker considering that it came from Ted Nugent. What made this statement especially horrendous was when it was amplified by the poor judgement of an official trying to be the next governor of Texas. GOP gubernatorial nominee Greg Abbott invited Nugent to speak at a campaign event and that is where the ‘subhuman mongrel’ controversy erupted.

Wolf Blitzer, like much of the rest of the country – not counting Republicans and the Teaparty – thought a gubernatorial nominee regardless of party, should not be associating himself or a campaign event with the likes of Ted Nugent. Blitzer invited Gingrich on his show to talk about the Nugent/Abbott association and that is where the sparring took place.

Ted Nugent’s Wife Arrested at Airport For Gun Possession

The wife of singer Ted Nugent was arrested Thursday afternoon after security found a gun in her carry-on luggage at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Airport spokesman David Magana confirmed that the DFW Airport Department of Public Safety took Shemane Ann Nugent, 51, into custody, and “the rest of it is working its way through our system of legal approval.”

Nugent’s attorney, David Finn, said that taking the gun to the airport was an “honest mistake.” Finn said Nugent has a concealed handgun license.

Finn said Nugent had worked late and got up early Thursday for the airport, and either “completely forgot or never knew the weapon was in her bag.”

“She is very embarrassed. She’s never been in this situation before,” said Finn. “She has expressed remorse for any inconvenience for any public safety officials.”

Ted Nugent calls Stevie Wonder ‘brain-dead’ for boycotting Florida

Right-wing rock musician Ted Nugent is lashing out against Stevie Wonder for boycotting Florida over its Stand Your Ground laws.

Wonder announced that he would never perform in the Sunshine State again following the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the death of Trayvon Martin.

“I decided today that until the ‘Stand Your Ground’ law is abolished in Florida, I will never perform there again,” Wonder told a Quebec City audience this month. “As a matter of fact, wherever I find that law exists, I will not perform in that state or in that part of the world.”

Zimmerman said he shot and killed Martin in self-defense, but “Stand Your Ground” was frequently cited by his defenders as justification for his actions.

Nugent, an outspoken conservative who has called Martin a “dope-smoking, racist gangsta wannabe,”was offended by Wonder’s position.

Republicans Turn To Ted Nugent For Answers – Invites Him To State Of The Union Address

The Republican party is on a fast track to extinction. That’s why they’re okay with the decision of a Republican Congressman to bring Ted Nugent to the State Of The Union Address on Tuesday? And that’s why the so-called leaders in the Republican party have not put a stop to this disastrous decision?

Last year, it was the same Ted Nugent that said, ”If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will be either be dead or in jail by this time next year.” That statement got Nugent a visit from the Secret Service.

And Nugent was also heard on a Fox News show suggesting that then-Senator Barack Obama should “suck on” his machine gun. And at one of his concerts in August 2007, Nugent said that the future President Obama was “a piece of shit.”

So why would someone like Ted Nugent get the honor from the Republican congressman to share the same room with the President? According to a statement from Congressman Stockman’s office;

“I am excited to have a patriot like Ted Nugent joining me in the House chamber to hear from President Obama. After the address, I’m sure Ted will have plenty to say.”

When Republicans are put in a position where they have to turn to the likes of Ted Nugent to hear what he have to say about the President’s Address, it is no surprise that people are dumping the far right winged group and turning once again to the President’s party?

Mitt Romney’s Coveted Endorser Ted Nugent Explodes in CBS Interview

Ted Nugent is a man who has said some very outlandish things, most recently calling the President and members of his administration “criminals.” He was recently investigated by the CIA after making threatening remarks about the president’s possible re-election, where he said if the president gets elected for a second term, he [Nugent] will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.

The Republican nominee for president Mitt Romney, actively went after and got Ted’s endorsement. After Ted’s outburst against the President and his administration, the Romney campaign issued a weak statement basically saying that both sides should be mindful of what they say.

CBS received this interview with Nugent after his meeting with the Secret Service, and as I watch another unnecessary outburst from Nugent, I couldn’t help but wonder why Mitt Romney so desperately needed Ted’s endorsement.
