After two years of hiatus because of Covid 19, the White House Correspondents Dinner returned to Washington last night, and President Biden took aim at his favorite “news” outlet… Fox News!
The President talked about being fully vaccinated and boosted, saying that those who still are still wondering how to be fully vaccinated, should “contact their favorite Fox News reporter” because “they’re all here, vaccinated and boosted. All of them.”

He was one of the only Fox News personalities I sometimes, very rarely, listened to. And now, Chris Wallace has decided to hang it up and walk away from the fiasco that is Fox News.
After what turned out to be his last show today, Wallace said, “After 18 years, I have decided to leave Fox…”

Tucker Carlson from Fox News makes his money by preaching lies and misinformation to his faithful followers. This man in Montana has had enough and confronted Carlson about his lies about the Covid vaccine.

I think so too. I think Donald Trump has a sick obsession with Megyn Kelly. He Reminds me of a 10 year old boy infatuated with the new girl in the class, but he can’t figure out how to express those feelings so he goes into bully mode trying desperately to get her attention.

“Donald Trump’s vitriolic attacks against Megyn Kelly and his extreme, sick obsession with her is beneath the dignity of a presidential candidate who wants to occupy the highest office in the land,” the network said in a statement Friday evening.
The statement from spokeswoman Irena Briganti went on to praise Kelly as “an exemplary journalist and one of the leading anchors in America” and said the network will “continue to fully support her throughout every day of Trump’s endless barrage of crude and sexist verbal assaults.’”
“As the mother of three young children, with a successful law career and the second highest rated show in cable news, it’s especially deplorable for her to be repeatedly abused just for doing her job,” it added.
Current Republican presidential candidate and former Canadian citizen until a few months ago, Ted Cruz, got a rude awakening when he visited his friends at Fox News and got called out by Chris Wallace on his lie that Obamacare is a job killer.
“The fact checkers say you’re wrong,” Wallace told Cruz. “Since that law went into effect, the unemployment rate fell from 9.9% to 5% as 13 million new jobs were created, and 16.3 million people who were previously uninsured now have coverage. There are plenty of problems with Obamacare, but more people have jobs and health insurance.”
Naturally, Cruz went on to claim that fact checkers are liberally biased.
“Fact checkers are not fair and impartial,” Cruz responded. “They are liberal editorial journalists. And they have made it their mission to defend Obamacare.”
“Wait,” Wallace shot back. “There’s certainly no question that more people have jobs and more people health insurance.”
“Yes, there is question,” Cruz replied. “The fact is from 2008 to today, we’ve seen economic growth of 1.2% on average.”
Notice how he said “from 2008 to today” – that’s important. Cruz is lumping in 2008 and 2009 which were horrible years for jobs because that’s when the Great Recession began. Naturally, when you factor in those two disastrous years it’s going to make the year-to-year job growth percentages under President Obama appear to be much worse than they are. Especially when you consider that Obama wasn’t even president in 2008.
Also, Cruz can say whatever he wants, but it’s indisputable that the unemployment rate is down to 5 percent, that we’ve created over 13 million new jobs and over 16 million people have gained access to health insurance. Those aren’t numbers that were made up by a “biased” fact checker, they’re facts – period.
Roger Ailes failed again when he sent out his top dog to bully Donald Trump into doing the Fox Debate on Thursday. In an interview on Wednesday, O’Reilly did all he could, even trying to bribe Trump with “milkshakes”, to get the Republican presidential candidate to do the Thursday night debate.
Trump, who has been in a no holds barred war with Megyn Kelly since Kelly asked a valid question in a Republican debate back in 2015, has been adamant in his decision to boycott another Kelly moderated debate on Thursday. In the interview, Bill O’ Reilly tried and tried, and failed consistently, even bringing up Trump’s “Christian” faith, to convince him to “forgive” Kelly and “turn the other cheek.”
Trump wouldn’t give. So an exasperated Bill O’ Reilly called Trump a “Buffoon,” although he didn’t come straight out and say, you’re a buffoon. Bill O’ pulled the same trick played by many others in the political media, saying there are some who say Trump is a buffoon. You know, put it out there and hope the words have their intended effect.
I mean, can you ask for anything better? Bill O’Reilly of Fox News, one of the leading propagandizing talking-heads on Fox, is promising… no, threatening to leave the country, to flee to Ireland if Bernie Sanders gets elected to the White House.
“You know, look, I’m fleeing,” he told Fox News White House Correspondent Ed Henry. “If Bernie Sanders gets elected president, I’m fleeing. I’m going to Ireland. And they already know it.” Buddy, don’t let the door hit you …
His reasoning is predictably selfish. “I shouldn’t say it publicly because that will get Sanders more votes,” he explained. “But I’m not going to pay 90 percent of my income to that guy. I’m sorry. I’m not doing it.”
For what it’s worth, Sanders doesn’t support a 90% tax rate — though he has said that it would be above 50%. But sure, let’s just say it’s 90% if that can convince the bloated gas bag to leave the U.S. once and for all.
The President recently spoke about guns and the deaths of so many American citizens at the hands of crazed lunatics with guns. But when he mentioned the Sandy Hook massacre where 20 kids and 6 adults were senselessly slaughtered, he had to wipe away the tears, a natural emotion that many onlookers understood.
Except over at the “Fair and Balanced” network of Fox News, where one commentator actually said the president placed peppers by his eyes to allow the tears to flow.
“Obama was clearly faking his crying.” said Michael Gunzelman of WABC radio. “He put pepper to his eye and that’s how he started to cry.”
Why this network is considered a “news” network is beyond me. But then again, I can totally understand why one study found that watching Fox News makes you “stupid.”
Sometimes, someone on Fox News gets hit with a jolt of truth. After yet another dumb statement by the Republican leader, Donald Trump, Greg Gutfeld, co-host of The Five showed his frustration at Donald Trump for his bullying of Hillary Clinton and his network’s unending attempt to defend the bully!
I just wanted to hear you defend this. Because I’ve heard people defend him about making fun of a disability, making fun of John McCain, making fun of women, a woman’s face, I wanted to hear somebody defend this as well. Because it never ends.
No one will ever stop defending the crass stuff he says. By the way, I haven’t used that word since I was seven years old. I don’t understand this. And I also, I don’t understand the comment about the bathroom. And I’m sick of hearing people defend this stuff. By the way, we’re not even allowed to use the word that he said, but somehow we’re going to have him on our network all the time. Meanwhile, we treat our employees far differently than that.
A little later in the interview, Gutfeld continued his outburst of truth, explaining that Trump is surrounded by “toadies” and because of that, Trump is always trying to be “the comedian,” saying foolish things and acting “very impulsive.” Gutfeld then concluded that an impulsive leader will not win against Hillary Clinton.
“When are you surrounded by toadies that cheer you on, you’re like a comedian, and you like the laughter. So I don’t — he’s very impulsive. Instead of thinking about what he says, he’s impulsive and it makes you wonder, do you want an impulsive leader, or do you want a leader that thinks? I want somebody who can beat Hillary. I don’t think an impulsive leader is going to beat Hillary.”
And the media gets played again like a pawn falling even further into Trump’s trap and generating even more talk-time for the Republican front-runner. All Trump had to do? Say something stupid or say something stupid about someone. In this case, and on the same day as the last Republican debate for 2015, Trump resorted back to dump on Megyn Kelly of Fox News.
