Republicans Cannot Accept a Black President In The White House!

Hello America. Please have a seat. We have some very disparaging news for you.

Compliments of the actions of the Republican Party, we have been led to a very definite conclusion. America, President Barack Obama is a black man, and he’s living in the White House! Please take a moment or two to absorb this!

At first we were blind of this fact. We were all captivated by his speeches and the calm, cool manner in which he conducted his campaign.  But we never once looked at the obvious, the literal fact staring us in the face every time the then senator Barack Obama came on our big screen HD tv’s. Sure, he seemed a bit… dark, but… that could have been because of these new tanning machines. Just look at John Boehner for pete’s sake, he’s practically a black man!

Looking back, there were way too many minorities at his inauguration. That should have been a dead giveaway, but again, that too was overlooked  for some strange reason. I guess it was partly due to the euphoria over his call for change and returning to a government that was for the people and by the people.

We were excited. It felt like something historic had took place and no one bothered to pay attention to the obvious. Like sheep, we joined the jubilation with all those minorities knowing that eventually, the Republican Party will do their job and investigate the inauguration and this president. And they will tell us why we were all caught up in the excitement of the newly elected president.

It didn’t take long America.

After the swearing in of President Barack Obama, the rumors started up again. Some were skeptical. He looked… different, but we were unable to put our hands on what the difference was. Was it his height? No, there were others taller. Was it his walk, his talk, his mannerism? No, it was his color!

At the time no one came out to tell us that our new president was black, no one that is, except Rush Limbaugh – the Republican truth speaker. He saw something the rest of us couldn’t, and he dropped the hint when he went on his radio show and said,“I want Barack Obama to fail!”

Now the statement by Rush was a little odd, we agree. Before the new President unpacked his bags, the conservative-radio-pundit-turned-Republican-talking points-creator, was already wishing for him to fail! America, that should have been an eye-opener right there, and yet…

But now friends, we are no longer in the dark. Thanks to the Republican Party, we see the light or, in Barack’s case, we see the darkness!

At first the hints were very subtle, a policy disagreement here and there – a no GOP vote there. We anticipated these disagreements and NO votes from the opposition party, but eventually, we all expected the two sides to come together and work for you, the American people.

But as time went on, we began to see a pattern. Policy after policy, vote after vote, the Republican Party continued moving away from making any decisions that would give a “win” to President Obama. We watched in astonishment as Republican created legislations died at the hands of the Republicans when President Obama adopted them.

The hints became even more pronounced. Thinking that Americans were not seeing the real Black Obama, Republicans stepped up their hatred a few notches.

Why else would Mitch McConnell join the Rush Limbaugh talking point and wish for the President to fail. Why would he – at a time when our economy is in the pits – state that,  “The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president.”

Why would John Boehner, the new Republican House Majority Leader say that the Republicans are “going to do everything,  and I mean everything we can do to kill it, stop it, slow it down, whatever we can,” referring to the historical Obamacare bill the President eventually signed into law.

And it wasn’t only the Republicans in Congress. Conservative radio and television commentators went on daily and nightly rampages to bring to light the fact, that there was something different about our new President. Yes, this too is nothing new. The opposition’s pundits will ‘pundicize,’ but the level of lies, misinformation, hypocrisy and propaganda was and is, at an intensity that no one had ever seen before.

The accusation was even made that the president was being racist against white people! This was as direct as Glenn Beck could have been in pulling out the race card, and using it to his advantage!

Then we, being the observers that we are,  stood back and examined the situation. Things began coming together and began making sense. The huge turnout of minorities for his inauguration, the historic feel of the moment and the unified opposition from Congressional Republicans in fighting anything and everything associated with Barack Obama, told the truth!

And that truth is simple:  the Republican leaders of Mitch McConnell, John Boehner and Eric Cantor cannot accept the fact that a black President lives in the White House. They cannot accept the fact that a black president has accomplished what others failed at – comprehensive Health Care for all Americans.

And the nerve of this black President to take on the Republican mantra of Tax Cuts. He offered tax cuts to 95 percent of America’s middle class, and now he wants to make these cuts permanent.

In their effort to make sure this particular president failed, these so-called Republican leaders are willfully putting Americans in a more dire situation by opposing proven methods to stimulate economic growth. They believe that President Obama must not achieve anything while in office. It is their belief that President Obama must not get credit for anything positive. After all, he is black and in their minds – probably from lessons instilled in them from childhood – blacks cannot the amount to anything positive.

These Republican leaders believe that if President Obama succeeds in his endeavors, then this might encourage more black Americans to consider running for the presidential office in the future. That atrocity must be stopped, regardless of the benefits President Obama’s policies will have on the American people.

America, we have figured it out and now you know the truth. Thanks to the Republican Party, we now know that there’s a black President in the White House.

Millionaires to President Obama – Raise Our Taxes Please!

It was just a matter of time before the rich in this country made their voices known, either in favor of the Bush tax for the wealthy, or in favor of ending them altogether. Well now, and not a moment too late, a group of these wealthy folks have come forward and doing just that. But contrary to what the Republicans might think, these millionaires are asking President Obama to tax them more.

The group, made up of more than 40 of America’s most prosperous entrepreneurs – including hedge fund legend Michael Steinhardt, super trial lawyer Guy Saperstein, and Ben Cohen of Ben & Jerry’s – have formed a website in the hopes that others would join their efforts to restore financial responsibilities for all Americans, and not just the middle class.

In a letter to the President, the group states;

We are writing to urge you to stand firm against those who would put politics ahead of their country.

For the fiscal health of our nation and the well-being of our fellow citizens, we ask that you allow tax cuts on incomes over $1,000,000 to expire at the end of this year as scheduled.

We make this request as loyal citizens who now or in the past earned an income of $1,000,000 per year or more.

We have done very well over the last several years. Now, during our nation’s moment of need, we are eager to do our fair share. We don’t need more tax cuts, and we understand that cutting our taxes will increase the deficit and the debt burden carried by other taxpayers. The country needs to meet its financial obligations in a just and responsible way.

If Rand Paul Had His Way…Video

Rand Paul is arguably one of the most far right, extremist members of the Republican Teaparty in Congress.  A self-described libertarian, Rand Paul has – among other things – expressed his desire to raise the deductible for seniors on Medicare, he wants to privatize social security and in doing so, allow the market to dictate how much of your benefits will produce a profit or if you lose it all.

Paul, like much of the other Republican Teapartiers want to eliminate the Education Department, eliminate Medicare, eliminate the minimum wage, repeal what they call “ObamaCare,” roll back Wall Street reform, put banks between students and their financial loans, eliminate the EPA, veteran’s affairs…these extremists and their views for America go on and on.

And one of the most extreme ideas put forward thus far, is the fight against the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Rand Paul disagrees with the most basic parts of this Act and has criticized this bill on numerous occasions.

More specifically, Rand Paul would like business to discriminate against American citizens, for whatever reason – whether it’s based on race, sex or physical abilities. Rand Paul and his group of right winged nut-jobs think businesses should be allowed to do whatever they want, to whomever they choose.

So what would a Rand Paul World look like? Well, we can go back to the pre- Civil Rights era or we can watch this very accurate portrayal of the World Rand Paul would love to see here in 21st Century America. The clip is from the movie Life, starring Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy.

In Your Face Hate – G,O.P tells Latinos “Don’t Vote!”- Video

The Land of the Free and The Home of the Brave.

These are the last few words of The Star-Spangled Banner, our National Anthem.  They represent the core of what America is – a nation where freedom reigns due to the ultimate sacrifice of the men and women who died to make this freedom possible.

Don’t tell that to the makers of this ad, a group calling themselves, “Latinos For Reform.” This group is advising Latinos to bypass these elections and “Don’t Vote,” because, according to its website, “Democratic leaders had two years to push for comprehensive immigration. It turned out that their efforts were scant: all talk and no action.”

We checked out the website associated with this ad and found the following, “If, however, we don’t vote for these politicians, then we will command the attention and respect of both sides of the aisle.” The site claims that this is “the only way to make them stop taking us for granted.”

It’s quite frankly appalling to think that any group, especially one that claims to represent the voice of its members, would tell their members to keep their mouths shut!

The makers of this ad know one thing – that Republicans have been against Comprehensive Immigration Reform and have stood in the way of any real advancement on this issue for decades. The makers of the ad also know that since the Obama Administration, Immigration Reform and the Republicans opposing it have been a major topic in Washington over the last year.

From Republicans asking for the building of the “fence,” to their wanting to ship all illegal immigrants out of America back to their original country, to the “Anchor Babies,” these are all ways the Republicans are trying to suppress the Latino vote. Republicans know that thinking Latinos and other minorities will not cast a vote for a Republican, so advising Latinos to stay home will guarantee a no vote for Democrats.

Republicans are banking on suppressing Latinos, but Latinos are wiser than these Republicans are giving them credit for. Unlike what the author says on the Latinos for Reform website, staying home and keeping your mouth shut is not the way to make your voice heard. It is a way to help Republicans win.

In the land of the free, all legal voters must cast their votes. It’s the only way to make your voice heard.

G.O.P David Vitter Likes Prostitution, But Not Prosecution

Talk about a double-standard! GOP Senator from Louisana, David Vitter was caught in a prostitution ring back in 2007. The prostitute was arrested for her crimes, but Mr. Vitter, who carried the GOP’s banner of  “family values” high for all to see, has yet to answer any questions concerning his role in the sting.

This story must make all the “johns” angry.

We’ve seen so many Dateline episodes where officers acting as prostitutes trap unsuspecting johns for solicitation, where just passing money to a prostitute is all that’s needed for an arrest. In Mr. Vitter’s case, a little more than money was passed.

On the video below, one of the prostitutes spoke of an encounter with The Family Values Guy, and details him coming to the hotel room, taking a shower and 15 minutes later…..well, we all know what happened in that time period.

Why is Vitter still skating below the radea? A crime was committed and one party to the crime was arrested. Last time I checked, prostitution involved at least two people. If the prostitute was arrested and later took her own life, Mr. Vitter should at least be expected to answer some questions on his extra-marital affairs.

G.O.P accuses Obama of having a “Six Sense.” He sees Dead People!

This is not a joke. Really, it’s not, and President Obama not only see dead people, he joins them in conversation and even takes orders from them, including what policies to implement in the governing of America.

According to the kooks in the Republican party, America is not being run by Barack Obama. The nut-jobs are now trying to convince us that the person truly in charge of all decision-making in this country is Barack Obama’s father, the deceased Obama Sr. Again, this is not a joke. They want us to believe that America is being run now by a ghost!

The article, which is being quoted by right-winged extremist like Newt Gingrich, is a 3393 word rambling diatribe, written by right winged extremist, Dinesh D’Souza. In the article, President Obama is criticized for trying to carry out policies that were once in effect before George Bush took office.

The entire premise of the article – from it’s very first sentence that “Barack Obama is the most anti-business president in a generation,” to its outlandish conclusion that President Obama must be sneaking off into the darkness of the White House with his Ouija board to get governing instructions from his dead father – is all about one thing. The GOP’s battle cry: Tax Cuts for the wealthy.

Ok. Well maybe the words, “Ouija board” weren’t used, but they were definitely implied. To quote from the article;

“Incredibly, the U.S. is being ruled according to the dreams of a Luo tribesman of the 1950s. This philandering, inebriated African socialist, who raged against the world for denying him the realization of his anticolonial ambitions, is now setting the nation’s agenda through the reincarnation of his dreams in his son. The son makes it happen, but he candidly admits he is only living out his father’s dream. The invisible father provides the inspiration, and the son dutifully gets the job done. America today is governed by a ghost.”

The one sided article points to certain passages in Barack Obama’s book – Dreams From my Father, and the laughable effort to make the connection that President Obama takes orders from his father, is made.

The article states;

“his dream is his father’s dream. Notice that his title is not Dreams of My Father but rather Dreams from My Father. Obama isn’t writing about his father’s dreams; he is writing about the dreams he received from his father.”

On and on the article goes, trying to tell Americans that President Obama is channeling his father’s wishes. This channeling evidently, is apparently being done through a secret CIA program set up in the dungeons of the White House with specific orders to communicate with dead people.

So then, what exactly is Obama’s dead father’s wish for America? Well have no fear; the right winged loonies have an answer for that too.

You see, according to the article, the deceased Obama Sr. wanted to distribute wealth in Africa, from the rich to the poor. The article quotes a passage written by Obama Sr. in 1965, where he said, “Is it the African who owns this country (Africa)? If he does, then why should he not control the economic means of growth in this country?”

The quote stated in the article as belonging to Obama Sr. in 1965, was a reference to Africa’s resources being consumed by western countries, and how those resources were making these countries richer, while the citizens of Africa suffered. So according to the author of the article, Dinesh D’Souza, when Obama Sr. asked the question “why should Africans not be in control of their own economic means of grow” in their country, this question demonstrated an anticolonial ideology. And it’s this ideology that’s being channeled and instituted in America by President Barack Obama Jr.

No, this is not a joke! Mr. Dinesh D’Souza goes on, drawing far-reaching conclusions where there aren’t any, then he tries to tie the deceased Obama Sr. with the president by suggesting that eliminating the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy is where President Obama demonstrates his anticolonial ideology. Mr. D’Souza claims;

“If Obama shares his father’s anticolonial crusade, that would explain why he wants people who are already paying close to 50% of their income in overall taxes to pay even more.”

Although there were many, one of the most outlandish claims of this article was that Neil Armstrong too, somehow shared the anticolonial ideology when he landed Apollo 11 on the moon on July 20th, 1969. After taking his first steps on the moon, Mr. Armstrong said, “one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”

That statement according to Dinesh D’Souza, was not a giant leap for mankind, but a win for America, because America and Russia were in a race to land the first man on the moon. So this sharing of the victory with “mankind” was an example of the anticolonial ideology. And furthermore, D’Souza claims Obama’s policies with NASA was his way of agreeing with Neil Armstrong. This, according to Dinesh, was President Obama’s way of taking away America’s victory in reaching the surface of the moon, and sharing it with mankind all over the world.

In a last show of desperation to create a connection or a commune or communication between the father and son, D’Souza quotes a recollection President Obama wrote about when he visited his father’s grave in Kenya. This recollection D’Souza claims, is the “climax of Obama’s narrative.”

In his book, President Obama wrote:

“When my tears were finally spent, I felt a calmness wash over me. I felt the circle finally close. I realized that who I was, what I cared about, was no longer just a matter of intellect or obligation, no longer a construct of words. I saw that my life in America–the black life, the white life, the sense of abandonment I’d felt as a boy, the frustration and hope I’d witnessed in Chicago–all of it was connected with this small piece of earth an ocean away, connected by more than the accident of a name or the color of my skin. The pain that I felt was my father’s pain.”

This is not a joke!

I’m not sure of Mr. D’Souza’s character, but if I’m left to judge him based solely on this article, I will say he is not too deep and has allowed his politics to dictate his reality, or lack thereof. What I can say however, is that basing his ridiculous theory that the deceased Obama Sr. is governing America through his living son is nothing short of ludicrous.

It might also be a safe bet to conclude that D’Souza have not suffered the passing of a loved one. Or never went to a grave site and remembered the life that was lost. Shed a tear, or remembered the memories that was shared. Maybe D’Souza never spent time at that grave, feeling a sense of comfort and remembering how things were and how they could have been better.

The views expressed in President Obama’s books showed a man who longed for identity. He felt abandoned by his father and expressed a need to know more about his roots. For the millions who grew up not knowing about their roots, this feeling is very familiar, very understandable.

However, when it comes to President Obama, that familiarity goes out the window and is quickly replaced by conspiracy theories of the right winged kooks. It no longer becomes a son wishing he’d known more about his deceased father and weeping at his grave, no! A son visiting the grave of his father must now be interpreted by the crazies as and labeled unusual, foreign and crushing America’s economy to fulfill his father’s wishes.

So the latest theory now is Obama Sr., an economist who died in 1982 at the age of 46, was an anticolonial enthusiast. He was a man who believed that the citizens of a country should be the ones who benefit from the resources of their country. Somehow, these right-winged nuts are trying to tie this apparent horrendous belief to President Obama, and they are using the expiration of the Bush Tax Cuts to label President Obama as a man who wants to take away the riches of the wealthy and spread that wealth around to the rest of the country’s citizenry.

It should be noted that these tax cuts were scheduled to expire after 10 years, and President Obama wants to put them back to what they were under the leadership of President Bill Clinton.

It is clear to see that Dinesh D’Souza is a certified nut. It is fine to disagree with the president’s policies, but the theories put forth in his article reminds me of a mad scientist locked away in his basement, trying out different mixtures and equations to come up with something sensible. Along the way, there will be mistakes.

This article was not a success, but a huge failure. It’s back to the drawing board for this nutjob.

GOP Payload Rolling in from Wall Street

Seems like Wall Street has found a friend in the Republican Party.  According to a research done by The Center for Responsive Politics, Wall Street has moderately increased its donations to Democrats, while drastically increasing the payout to Republicans in congress. The Boehners of the world are finally seeing the rewards of their fight against Financial Reform materialized.

The research, that focused on the 2009 and 2010 donations by Wall Street, found in 2009 when the talks about Financial Reform were just talks, Democrats received the majority of all donations from the Finance, Insurance and Real Estate Sectors.

The Center also looked into the donations of Commercial Banks and Securities and Investment companies, and found the same to be true. Democrats were happy in 2009.

Then 2010 rolled around, and so did Financial Reform legislations. And the GOP, led by the Boehner, increased their opposition to any regulations of Wall Street. In one of his more famous speeches, the Boehner told American Bankers Association to fight!

“Don’t let those little punk staffers take advantage of you and stand up for yourselves. All of us are hearing from our friends and constituents on lack of credit, you can’t get a loan, the more your government takes and taxes, the more regulations you have to comply with the more cost you have there and less amount you are going to have available to loan to customers.”

Boehner however, wasn’t the only GOP congressman working hard for his increased donations from Wall Street. Mike Pence, (R) for Indiana’s 6th Congressional District had this to say;

“This bill can be summed up in two words: ‘government control’ and it will serve as the latest piece of the president’s job-killing agenda.  This represents another defeat for Hoosier families, small businesses and family farms, who continue to wonder when Washington Democrats will set aside their big government programs and work with Republicans on ideas that can actually put Americans back to work.”

And Mitch McConnell, the Republican Senate Minority Leader did not want the Senate to even talk about Wall Street Reforms. In one of his more mind boggling statement on the subject, McConnell said;

“We can solve this problem. But we wont solve the problem if we vote for cloture tonight. A vote for cloture is a vote that says we’re done listening to the American people on this issue. And a vote against ending this debate is a vote for bipartisanship.”

Huh? In other words, if we continue to filibuster this issue, we will somehow eventually became bipartisan or the Financial Reform issue will die. Either way, McConnell earned his pay-raise from Wall Street.

It’s a simple equation. Democrats voted for the American people and Financial reform and saw no real change in their donations. Republicans went to bat for Big Banks and Wall Street and received their pay in the form of huge donations from Big Banks and Wall Street.

The report shows the following:

2009/2010 – 1st Quarter: Financial Sector:-

  • Democrats donations from Financial, Insurance and Real Estate went from $10.1 million in 2009 to $10.5 million in 2010. In the same quarter, this sector’s payout to Republicans went from $5.1 million in 2009 to $16.9 million in 2010

Commercial Banks:

  • Democrats went from $747,000 to $862,000 while Republicans pay increased from $505,000 to $1.4 million

Securities/Investment:

  • Democrats went from $2.8 million in 2009 to $3 million in 2010, while Republicans went from $881,000 in 2009 to $5 million in 2010

Glenn Beck’s Link to the White Nationalists Movement

This is your leader. This is who you go to for news. This is someone who works under the banner of “Fair and Balanced.” This is Glenn Beck, a man who sees the need to “favorite” a link from a White Nationalist Website on his twitter account. Yes, it is his twitter account, and he’s definitely within his right to do whatever he chooses with it, but can he really be “fair and balanced” while thinking his race is superior to another?

The name of the particular group that got Beck’s attention is “Malevolentfreedom.” Like its name suggests, malevolent means wishing evil or harm to another or others, showing ill will, ill disposed and or malicious.

White Nationalist, as described by Samuel T. Francis is “a movement that rejects equality as an ideal and insists on an enduring core of human nature transmitted by heredity.”

It is the belief, according to Samuel P. Huntington, that any political society that does not adopt the white culture will lead to a people that are intellectually and morally inferior. They look at affirmative action, immigration and ghettoes as bi-products of racial integration, and in reference to immigration, White Nationalists believe that only white non Jewish Europeans should be allowed access to these United States of America.

The implied leader of the Teaparty has favored a link that leads to a website calling for white supremacy. This,according to a post on the Malevolent website;

“I really don’t give a damn about your religious beliefs, nor do I care about your political beliefs, because if you are a white nationalist as you claim, your race should come before anything else. You can call it a religious or political edict ordained from on high if you like, but that’s the plain, simple truth….. You see, to me, my race is everything.  Fighting for it, dying for it if needs be, but most importantly, living for my race is what drives me, compels me, and propels me onward.”

Anthony Weiner expose G.O.P’s Bull. (Video)

The GOP is doing all they can to make sure that President Obama and the democrats fail at governing. This is not news, everyone knows it, except those viewers of Fox News and listeners of conservative radio shows. And yes, there is a way to behave on the congress floor. But Anthony Weiner has had it up to here, and he ain’t gonna take it no more!

The GOP Filibusters are now the norm in Congress. Even the bills and legislations they wrote, or once voted in favor of, are now filibuster to death simply because the Democrats are proposing these legislations.

The most recent filibuster by the GOP or the party of NO was their effort to stop a proposed tax cuts to small businesses, but it was their attempted filibuster of the 9/11 Health Compensation Act that got Mr. Weiner riled up.

The 9/11 Health Compensation Act would:

  • Provide long-term federal funding for:
    • Medical monitoring and treatment of those affected by 9/11
    • Scientific research about 9/11-related health conditions
  • Re-open the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund for people exposed to the World Trade Center (WTC) disaster.

We see the state of the economy, but for these Republican politicians, politics comes first. Americans can go to hell in a paper bag for all they care, as long as they win the next election.

Is David Gregory A Republican Mole?

I’ve been watching David Gregory on Meet The Press for sometime now since he took over from the late, Tim Russert. And it seems like every Sunday, I’m left wondering what his political affiliation really is. And no, I don’t expect him to lean Democratic, but I don’t expect him to lean Republican either and “lean” is the appropriate word to describe the lope-sided Republican geared questions and talking points Mr. Gregory kicks out every Sunday.

Now there are many times on previous shows of Meet The Press where the point stated above could be seen, but the most recent show is what I’ll base my belief on – that he is a Republican mole.

In today’s Meet the Press, David Gregory had Carly Fiorina on among other guests. In his first question for Mrs. Fiorina, David Gregory read an entire talking point from GOP Mitt Romney where he criticizes President Obama’s leadership, then asked Carly if the criticism was fair.

The piece that David Gregory read in it’s entirety is from Mitt Romney’s Op-Ed in USA Today. The piece states;

The president is meeting with his oil spill experts, he crudely tells us, so he knows “whose ass to kick.” We have become accustomed to his management style – target a scapegoat, assign blame and go on the attack. To win health care legislation, he vilified insurance executives; to escape bankruptcy laws for General Motors, he demonized senior lenders; to take the focus from the excesses of Government, he castigated business meeting in Las Vegas; and to deflect responsibility for the deepening and lengthening downturn, he blames Wall Street and George W. Bush. But what may make good politics does not make good leadership. And when a crisis is upon us, America wants a leader, not a politician

After reading the piece, Gregory asked another Republican,  Fiorina,  if a fellow Republican was “fair” to criticize the democratic president. Are you for real? You bring on a Republican, read an entire piece from a fellow Republican, and then asked the other Republican, “Do you think that’s fair?”

What did David expect Carly to say, “No, Mitt was completely wrong to write those words?” Maybe he thought she actually would have come on TV to publicly chastise her ally?

Meet the Press used to be a place where you could tune in for unbiased journalism. It seems that with the unfortunate passing of Tim Russert, they’ve thrown the ‘unbiased’  part out the window. Quite frankly, it seems the ‘journalism’ part died too and was buried along with Mr. Russert.

Pres. Obama will now be called “The Angry Black Man”

In a time of turmoil – fighting two wars, going through the worst economic recession since the Great Depression, dealing with unemployment figures presently at 9.7% nationwide, the international issues regarding Israel and Palestine, China, Iran, Russia to name a few and now the Deepwater Horizon oil spill caused by BP –  president Obama has so far kept a cool head trying to navigate through all these obstacles. And that’s what is expected in times of trials and hardship, someone who knows the issues, has a plan to get past the issues and is keeping a calm head while navigating through the issues.

Conservatives however wants a screeming, crying and confused leader who gets distracted by every issue that comes up and start throwing a fit. They’re not concerned about the plans in place to deal with the issues. They’re only concerned about the theatrics of a president who drops everything and pop up in every television shot, crying about what’s going on and the Armageddon of the situation.

Well it seems that the president heard their cry for more emotions. He seem to have lost his “cool” in an interview with NBC’s Today Show host Matt Lauer. Mr Lauer asked the following question;

Critics are now talking about your style which is the first time I’ve heard that in a long time. And they’re saying,”here’s a guy who likes to be known as cool and calm and collected, and this isn’t the time for cool, calm and collected. That this is not the time to meet with experts and advisors, this is a time to spend more time in the Gulf and, I never thought I’ll say this to a president, but kick some butt.”

President Obama chuckles at the suggestion, then replied;

“I was down there a month ago, before most of these talking heads were even paying attention to the gulf,” he told Lauer. “A month ago I was meeting with fishermen down there, standing in the rain talking about what a potential crisis this could be. And I don’t sit around just talking to experts because this is a college seminar; we talk to these folks because they potentially have the best answers, so I know whose ass to kick.”

They have accused President Obama of being too cool. Saying that he’s not showing enough emotions and because of that, they accuse him of being disconnected from the common folk. This group of people have put themselves opposite of President Obama on every single issue, so what will they do now that President Obama is taking a harder stance?

The Conservatives and Republicans will now called him the “angry black man.”
