Chris Wallace Praised “How Quickly” Trump Ended The Birther Issue – Video

Fox’s Chris Wallace can sometimes be sane… or maybe it’s just an act. I’ve watched his various interviews on numerous occasions and at times wondered why he worked at Fox. But he works at Fox News where a level of bias is necessary for employment, a clear bias that was on full display in this little chat he had with Shepard Smith.

Speaking about Donald Trump’s recent acknowledgement that President Obama was in fact, born in the United States, Wallace apparently forgot that for over 5 years, Donald Trump led the Birther movement and lied about the president’s place of birth. In his chat with Smith, Wallace sounded as if Trump’s birtherism began only a few days ago.

“In less than 24 hours, he cut it off,” Wallace said referring to Trump’s acceptance of the President’s American birth. “He said Obama was born in America, period. So that’s different, and may in fact help him limit the political damage.”

Wallace compared Trump’s response to the birther issue to other unforced errors he’s had in the past, and he praised “how quickly” Trump’s campaign “rolled it back.”

He continued;

What’s different is that so often in the past when Trump would get into one these things like the fight with the gold-star family after the Democratic convention or going after the Mexican-American judge who was handling the Trump University case, he would keep it going for a while, and he would refuse to back off. That would feed the flame, if you will.

Trump’s Campaign Issues Statement – “Obama Was Born in the United States”

The Birthers wouldn’t like this one bit.

After successfully forcing the first black president of the United States to show his papers, Donald Trump understandably turned off a lot of black Americans and is currently polling way below 10 percent. However, he is now running for president and needs every vote possible. So, let the politiking begin  continue!

“In 2011, Mr. Trump was finally able to bring this ugly incident to its conclusion by successfully compelling President Obama to release his birth certificate. Mr. Trump did a great service to the President and the country by bringing closure to the issue that Hillary Clinton and her team first raised,” Trump spokesman Jason Miller said in a statement.

“Inarguably, Donald J. Trump is a closer. Having successfully obtained President Obama’s birth certificate when others could not, Mr. Trump believes that President Obama was born in the United States,” Miller added.

Chris Matthews Confronts Donald Trump on the Birther Issue – Video

Following the last Republican debate of 2015, Donald Trump was interviewed by Chris Matthews of MSNBC. And at the end of the interview, Matthews wanted to clear the air and have Donald Trump explain his feelings about President Obama’s place of birth. But Donald, the unofficial father of the birther conspiracy, refused to participate.

“Is Donald Trump honest when he says that Barack Obama isn’t a legitimate president?” Matthews asked.

“I should not tell you this, but I do watch you a lot,” Trump said. He then repeatedly said that he didn’t want to answer that question because “once I answer the question they don’t want to talk about the economy, they don’t want to talk about all the other things.”

When Trump was told that he would have to answer the question in the general election, Trump said he would answer it then.

Matthews ended the interview by telling Trump that the birther nonsense is “a blemish. I think it’s your original sin. I’m an American, I think the president should be respected! I think there’s a little ethnic aspect to it, I don’t like it!”

More Insanity – This Republican Starts A Petition to Deport Obama

Republicans. They are past the stage of no return.

Since President Obama took office, Republicans have been on a rampage trying to prove the impossible, that President Obama was born somewhere else, any where else than right here in the good ole US of A!. They even created a name for themselves – The Birthers! And although the President has provided both his short form and long form United States birth certificate – an apparent requirement now that this particular president is in office – these Republicans are still convinced that the birth of the President in the state of Hawaii did not happen.

So on goes the clown car.

One of the brains in the party has taken it upon himself to start a petition to deport the president, my guess is they want to deport him back to the land of his birth – Hawaii!

The 20 page petition was started by Larry Klayman, founder of the conservative group Judicial Watch, the same man who now heads Freedom Watch. Klayman submitted his deportation petition to the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement because, they obviously have nothing better to do with their time than to cater to the willfully ignorant.

Without any proof whatsoever, the Republican brain Klayman argues in his petition that the Birth Certificate the president produced from Hawaii was fake. He also contends that the President’s Social Security number is also fake. Again, no proof necessary, just a petition based on nothing but his words, his hate and his emotional state of mind, (and you thought Republicans had no emotions).

In his petition, Klayman wrote:

Barack Hussein Obama has relied upon a birth certificate from the State of Hawaii which is clearly a forgery — that is, not a valid birth certificate — and indeed also a rather sloppy forgery with easily-detected, unmistakable errors and defects.

It is a fair inference that Barack Hussein Obama would not have relied throughout his life upon a forged birth certificate if a genuine birth certificate showing a live birth in U.S. territory existed. No one would present a birth certificate that document analysis exposes to be a forgery if they could just as easily present their actual, genuine birth certificate. As a result, claims that an undisclosed birth certificate exists and a more recent document must face serious credibility questions as to why a forgery was being used — a crime and document fraud under the Immigration and Naturalization Act (INA) — unnecessarily…

The irony is, these Birther folks calling for the President’s deportation, are the same ones who will happily cast their vote for Ted Cruz. Cruz, a potential Republican presidential candidate for the 2016 election, was actually born in Calgary Canada. That is another country, and is listed on his birth certificate as his place of birth. But Republicans consider Cruz okay because, he’s a Republican and although he is of minority descent, he looks the part. His color is passable.

Yep! These Republicans have passed the point of no return indeed!

Can He Be Converted? Donald Sterling Attends Black Church Service

Donald sterling recently made news for telling his girlfriend not to bring black people to his basketball games. The owner of the Clippers was quickly rebuked by the NBA find, and is now being forced to sell his team.

Last Sunday, Sterling,  known now for his racist statements and actions against minority, went to Zion Missionary Baptist Church – a predominantly black church in South Los Angeles. The invitation came from the pastor of the church and reports say Sterling was warmly welcomed by the congregation.

When asked what he thought of the service, Sterling said it was “beautiful.”

Although God works miracles, converting this lifetime racist may be a lost cause.

Birther Will Elect Canadian Cruz for President Because Canada Is Not ‘Foreign Soil’

We all know where Ted Cruz was born. For those who have no idea, Ted Cruz was born in Canada. The reason this is important to know is because Ted Cruz stands a good chance of being the Republican nominee to run for President of the United States in 2016. And the reason this is really important to know is because of a group of Republicans who call themselves ‘Birthers.’

Birthers, as you may know, are those Republicans who believe that President Obama is not really the President of the United States, because they insist without any facts whatsoever, Mr. Obama was born in Kenya. So how do these lost, sad souls qualify Canadian born Ted Cruz to be president, while at the same time disqualifying American born Barack Obama?

Well they claim Ted Cruz’s mother was an American, so that immediately makes Ted an American, no questions asked. But what about Barack’s mother? Wasn’t she an American too, born in Kansas? Of course she was. So the “American mother” argument doesn’t fly. There must be other qualifiers, and thanks to the Texas Tribune, we know the other qualifiers are.

According to these  Birthers, Cruz “has the Hollywood look” to be President. Another Birther suggests that Republicans will vote for Cruz simply because he is a Republican and that’s what they do. It’s a party thing she said. But it was the qualifier of the third Birther that took the ignorance to a whole new level. She advises us that Canada is not considered “foreign soil,” at least not in her view!

See the craziness yourself.

Republicans – A Party of “Partisan Rhetoric, Not Policy”

Jonathan Bernstein at Salon made this observation about today’s Republican party:

“We just managed to get through a campaign in which the Republican candidate’s idea of innovation was to hold a convention themed around an out-of-context quote from his opponent. But we knew Mitt Romney was at his heart a manager, not a policy innovator. So maybe it will be better next time, with new candidates such as Bobby Jindal, Marco Rubio and Paul Ryan. Right?”

“Yeah, I didn’t think so.”

“… there’s very little incentive from conservative audiences or conservative voters for policy; what gets them excited (and reaching for their wallets, in many cases) is partisan rhetoric, not policy. For the last several years, the way to get a big reaction in conservative circles is to make a teleprompter or a birther joke, not to bring up unsolved problems in the nation. Just as Swift boats and flip-flop jokes were all the rage before that, and Whitewater, Travelgate and the rest of the nonsense they threw at Bill Clinton was popular in the 1990s.”

Mitt Romney Has Joined The ‘Prestigious’ Ranks Of The Birthers

Mitt Romney has now officially covered every aspect of the political spectrum. He once said he was more liberal than Ted Kennedy, then he later called himself a Republican. When he decided to run for President, Romney magically became “severely conservative” and now, Mitt Romney is as far right as right could go… a birther.

Appearing before a crowed of supporters, Romney engaged in the nonsense that has caused the rest of the world to laugh at America. He questioned the birthplace of President Obama and officially joined the nut-jobs on the extreme right who have made up and propagated a story about the President’s birth to satisfy their foolish racist ideology.

You see, the ideology of a Birther  has nothing to do with politics. It has everything to do with a racist mentality that suggests that a black man or woman cannot achieve what Barack Obama has done. Being the President of the United States is supposed to be reserved for a white man only. So having this particular man in the White House has twisted the feeble minds of some and the Birther belief was created to discredit Obama’s presidency. Their masterful plan involves a conspiracy that took place some 50 years ago.

According to the Birthers, Ann Dunham (Obama’s mother) give birth to little Obama in Kenya. But she knew that someday her son would be the 44th President of the United States, so she began a grand conspiracy setting the path make that happened. She somehow convinced newspapers in Hawaii to print stories about the birth and she got the registrar’s office in Honolulu to go along with her lie. It was 1961, and everyone knew back then that this baby, son of Ann Dunham, would one day be president.

And their plan back in 1961 to fool Americans in 2008 almost worked. What Ann Dunham, the newspapers, the hospital in Honolulu and the registrar’s office didn’t count on was the infinite wisdom of the Birthers, and now, thanks to this group, Mitt Romney has seen the truth!

Jumping into the ocean of Birtherism headfirst, Romney told the audience of the place of his and his wife, Ann’s birth. He then added that no one ever questioned the place of his birth and the Birthers in his audience applauded.

It’s The Birthers Turn to Get Romney’s Pandering

As Republican nominee Mitt Romney prepares to associated with the crazy Birthers in his party like Donald Trump, the Obama administration released a video for the occasion showing the difference between the 2008 Republican nominee John McCain – a man who wasn’t afraid to stand up against the craziness, and 2012 Republican Mitt Romney – a man who will do anything, say anything and associate with anyone to win the Presidency.

And I’m not just making assumptions about Romney associating with anyone to win the Presidency, Romney himself confirmed that when he was asked about fundraiser with Donald The Birther.

“You know I don’t agree with all the people who support me,” Romney said. “And my guess is they don’t all agree with everything I believe in.. But I need to get 50.1 percent or more, and I”m appreciative to have the help of a lot of good people.”

Doing whatever is necessary to achieve his personal goal. I shudder at the thought of what Romney would do and or how many Americans he will sell out as President if anther personal goal is within reach.

Mitt Romney, Donald Trump, Birthers – All The Same, All Insane

Mitt Romney will be the Republican nominee to run for President of the United States in November 2012 and even with that very important task handed to him by the Republican voters and the party leaders, Romney has chose to align himself with the likes of Donald Trump, a guy who also considered running for president on the Republican ticket and based his exploratory campaign on Birtherism – the belief that President Obama is not a natural born American citizen.

Even after President Obama issued both his short form and long form birth certificate, (something no other president in the history of this nation ever had to do), Donald Trump is still pushing his foolish unproven theory about the President’s birth. At a recent interview about an upcoming fundraiser, Trump acknowledged that Romney was lucky to have The Donald raise money for his campaign, then he dived into his Birthers rant;

“Look, it’s very simple,” said Trump, who has spent the past 13 months questioning Obama’s constitutional eligibility to occupy the White House (and only doubled downwith his stubborn skepticism after Obama produced a long-form birth certificate, certifying he was born on Aug. 4, 1961, in Hawaii, and then hilariously roasted him at the 2011 White House Correspondents Dinner. “A book publisher came out three days ago and said that in his written synopsis of his book,” Trump went on, “he said he was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia. His mother never spent a day in the hospital.”

Trump will join Romney in a fundraising event. Expect Trump to continue exploiting the uninformed and willfully ignorant in the Republican base to maximize Romney’s donations. And expect the gullible Birthers and Republicans to donate heavily.

Rick Perry Drops The Birthers. Now Embraces Call For Obama’s Transcript

Rick Perry is in a bad position with the voters. He came into the race for the Republican nomination a few months ago leading the field, but has seen his lead evaporate every time he opens his mouth. In an effort to boost his brand with the far right-wing of his party, Perry embraced the birthers movement, which questions whether President Obama was born in America.

Pay no attention to the birth certificates the President already provided debunking these nut-jobs and their conspiracy theories.

Needless to say, Perry is now looked upon as an absolute joke among thinking Americans, so he’s decided to drop the birthers and is looking for acceptance of another group – those who believe that President Obama got into Columbia and then  Harvard because of affirmative action. He simply could not have been accepted on his own merit.

In another interview, with  Adam Smith of the St. Petersburg Times, Perry discarded the birthers and has now embraced another of Trump’s baseless claims, now centered around Obama’s education;

Adam: Jeb Bush said the other day, the Republican candidates should categorically reject the notion that Barack Obama was not born in America. This came after you expressed doubts about that… what would you say to him?

Perry: “I don’t think I was expressing doubts. I was just having some fun with Donald Trump. So I…

Adam: Are you comfortable that he’s an American citizen?

Perry: “Oh yeah. It’s fun to… ya know lighten up a little bit.. ”

Adam: So you have no doubt he’s an American citizen?

Perry: “I have no doubt about it. But here’s the more interesting thing. Let’s lay out our income taxes. Let’s lay our our college transcripts. Mine’s been on the front page of the paper. So if we’re going to lay out all these things, let’s lay them all out. So, whether it’s college transcripts or income tax, lay them all out. Let the people take a look at them.”

Tune in next week, to see Perry jump on the “deathers” bandwagon – those asking to see the dead body of Osama Bil Laden as the only proof that the President was able to get America’s number one villain!
