Birther Turns Against Ted Cruz – Says “He Cannot Run For President” – Audio

A former Arizona sheriff Richard Mack, is now joining a growing chorus against Ted Cruz, saying the Canadian born Cruz cannot run for President of the United States.

Responding to a caller on Blog Talk Radio, where the caller said that Cruz was not constitutionally allowed to run for president because he is not a ‘natural born citizen,’ Richard Mack agreed, saying, “that is correct, I try to say that to a lot of people. Ted Cruz cannot run for president of the United States,” he said. “I like Ted, I’ve met him several times and he’s kind of a friend of mine, but he can’t run for president.”

As you would have guess by now, Mack is a huge Birther fan and has been against the President from day one, saying that Obama’s birth certificate is fake and all the other birther nonsense being spewed at the president. But in the case of Ted Cruz, I must agree with him.

Ted Cruz was actually born in Calgary Canada and the last time I checked, that was outside of the United States. Yes, just like president Obama (who was born in Hawaii, one of the 50 states), Cruz’s mother is an American. But the constitution is clear. “Natural Born Citizen” is a phrase denoting the requirements for being the President or Vice President of the United States. There have been some debates on what this phrase means. I’m not sure why some are confused by these three words, it seems quite simple to me.

So simple even a two year old can understand.

A natural born citizen is someone born on American soil. Plain and simple. Adding your own interpretation of what the Founding Fathers said does not change the meaning. Natural born does not mean born in Canada to an American mother, for being born in another Country makes you a citizen of that country and thus, not a “Natural Born Citizen” of the United States.

Here is audio of Richard Mack speaking the truth for a change.

Wingnut Preacher Claims President Obama Fathered Love Child With Woman Killed in DC

“Pastor” Manning

These people will never stop with their lies and misinformation. This time, like many other, the lies are coming from a so-called Pastor. His name is James David Manning, pastor of Atlah World Missionary Church. Pastor Manning is no stranger to lying. He is just as guilty as Donald Trump for pushing the lie that President Obama was born in Kenya.

Now that the Birther lie is not as strong as it once was, Pastor Manning is pushing another lie to his faithful followers – most of whom I’m sure are Republicans. In his new lie, the Pastor is claiming that President Obama and Miriam Carey, the Connecticut mother who was shot and killed in Washington when she tried to ram her car into police barricades, are parents of the child found in the dead woman’s car.

The pastor, citing no facts to back up his lie simply because there aren’t any, is telling anyone who will listen that her family has demanded a paternity test to prove that the President is indeed the father of her 15 month old child.  The family has asked U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to look into the case but nothing has been said about paternity, in fact they are involved in a custody dispute with the child’s actual father.

In his latest rant Manning asserts that Carey’s sister has gathered the requisite number of signatures needed to require that the investigation be opened on her petition hosted by Change.org petition, insinuating that the petition carries some kind of legal weight.  Change.org is a private sector business which hosts petitions for a fee and has absolutely no legal standing at all.  Even if it did it is highly unlikely that 586 signatures would be sufficient to require action.

He claims that it was not the Capitol Police who shot her and that it was actually an elite “hit squad” operating under direct orders from the President.  His source for this is a “news service” known as What Does It Mean? This website has a number of stories reminiscent of the National Enquirer with headlines such as Evidence That 5 Million Americans Have Been ‘Disappeared’ By Obama Shocks Russians.

Expect this to be the new truth for the low information Republicans, who are more than satisfied with taking nonsense and turning it into their version on the truth… especially when it involves the President of the United States. At some point, you have to believe that the President is shaking his head in disbelief at all these dumb people.

President Obama To Donald Trump – We’re Not In Kenya Anymore. Get Over It!

Donald Trump dropped his “big” breaking news yesterday, saying that he would donate $5 million dollars to a charity of President Obama’s choice if Mr. Obama shows his college papers and passport. A foolish gesture indeed and one not worthy of a response from the President of the United States.

But on last night’s appearance on The Jay Leno show, the President mocked the donald’s proposal, saying;

“This all dates back to when we were growing up together in Kenya. We had constant run-ins on the soccer field… He wasn’t very good and resented it. … When we finally moved to America I thought it would be over.”

A fitting response indeed!

Kansas Considers Motion To Remove President Obama From Presidential Ballot

Barack Obama, the first African-American President of the United States, is the only president in the history of this nation forced to prove his citizenship. A group called the Birthers (a group the Republican presidential candidate ascribes to) questioned Mr. Obama’s citizenship based on no evidence to suggest otherwise, except for a phrase they continuously used, “he’s not one of us.”

To calm their nerves, the President did something unprecedented. He provided the only proof legally allowed – his “short form” and “long form” birth certificates but of course, the Birthers want more. Unfortunately for them, the President’s birth was not televised and the placenta is already discarded. So what’s a Birther to do? Try to keep the democratically elected President of the United States off the ballot.

Here’s what’s happening in Kansas;

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, an informal advisor to Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, said on Thursday he and his fellow members of a state board were considering removing President Barack Obama from the Kansas ballot this November.

Kobach is part of the State Objections Board along with Attorney General Derek Schmidt and Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer, all Republicans. The Topeka Capital-Journal reported that on Thursday the board agreed to consider whether to take Obama off the ballot because they said they lacked sufficient evidence about his birth certificate.

“I don’t think it’s a frivolous objection,” Kobach said, according to the Capital-Journal. “I do think the factual record could be supplemented.”

The board is looking at a complaint filed by Joe Montgomery, of Manhattan, Kan., who claimed the Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen and so is ineligible to be president. The man appears to be part of a group of conspiracy theorists known as “birthers,” who deny Obama’s birth certificate is real.

Late Thursday, Kobach told TPM in an email conversation that he made his “frivolous objection” comment at the end of the meeting and was responding to a specific question.

“A ‘frivolous’ argument, in legal terms, is one that cannot reasonably be made under any circumstances,” Kobach wrote. “The objection passed that very low threshold, which is not saying much.”

The board will send records requests to Hawaii, Arizona and Mississippi for more documentation of Obama’s birth. They plan to meet again on Monday to discuss the matter. Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett questioned Obama’s birth certificate earlier this year and also briefly considered removing him from the ballot.

Mitt Romney Has Joined The ‘Prestigious’ Ranks Of The Birthers

Mitt Romney has now officially covered every aspect of the political spectrum. He once said he was more liberal than Ted Kennedy, then he later called himself a Republican. When he decided to run for President, Romney magically became “severely conservative” and now, Mitt Romney is as far right as right could go… a birther.

Appearing before a crowed of supporters, Romney engaged in the nonsense that has caused the rest of the world to laugh at America. He questioned the birthplace of President Obama and officially joined the nut-jobs on the extreme right who have made up and propagated a story about the President’s birth to satisfy their foolish racist ideology.

You see, the ideology of a Birther  has nothing to do with politics. It has everything to do with a racist mentality that suggests that a black man or woman cannot achieve what Barack Obama has done. Being the President of the United States is supposed to be reserved for a white man only. So having this particular man in the White House has twisted the feeble minds of some and the Birther belief was created to discredit Obama’s presidency. Their masterful plan involves a conspiracy that took place some 50 years ago.

According to the Birthers, Ann Dunham (Obama’s mother) give birth to little Obama in Kenya. But she knew that someday her son would be the 44th President of the United States, so she began a grand conspiracy setting the path make that happened. She somehow convinced newspapers in Hawaii to print stories about the birth and she got the registrar’s office in Honolulu to go along with her lie. It was 1961, and everyone knew back then that this baby, son of Ann Dunham, would one day be president.

And their plan back in 1961 to fool Americans in 2008 almost worked. What Ann Dunham, the newspapers, the hospital in Honolulu and the registrar’s office didn’t count on was the infinite wisdom of the Birthers, and now, thanks to this group, Mitt Romney has seen the truth!

Jumping into the ocean of Birtherism headfirst, Romney told the audience of the place of his and his wife, Ann’s birth. He then added that no one ever questioned the place of his birth and the Birthers in his audience applauded.

Jan Brewer Officially Falls Off The Birther Bandwagon

Jan Brewer appeared on CNN this week to discuss her veto of the latest attempt by the Birthers movement to stop President Obama’s re-election campaign. The bill, if it was signed into law in Arizona would have required all elected officials to give proof of citizenship before their name would be allowed on the Arizona ballot. The proof, according to the legislation, would possibly include the candidate’s circumcision records, and was a direct shot at the Birthers claim that President Obama was not born in the United States.

“Well, you know, it seems to me that we have talked about this issue now going on probably two years, and that I believe that most people have reached out and they did their investigations, and it’s become such a huge distraction,” said Brewer. “I for one, I believe that what I have seen, and after speaking with governor — or the prior governor of Hawaii — that indeed he [Obama] was born in Hawaii.” She continued;

“It’s just something that I think is leading our country down a path of destruction, and it just is not serving any good purpose.

“It was a bridge way too far to give one person in the state of Arizona — a partisan person at that — the ability to keep a person off the ballot. And it wasn’t just the President of the United States — it was all the way down the path of allelected officials.

“So, it was something that I felt very uncomfortable with signing, having been a prior Secretary of State. And I think we just really need to move on. Everybody’s had two years to prove, if they wanted to, that he was not born in Hawaii. They haven’t come up with any of that kind of proof.

“So, it just seems to me that it’s more political rhetoric, and that it takes the ball off the kinds of subjects that we all ought to be discussing, and that would be jobs and the economy.”

This cannot be the same Jan Brewer who recently signed the racial profiling law in her state. It simply cannot be!

Donald Trump Lies. Is Donald Even His Name?

No one with common sense takes Donald Trump seriously, but being the noisiest wheel that he is, Trump has forced one of the web’s most respected organizations to check into his Birther accusations. The Donald and the Birthers believe the president was born in Kenya, and is therefore not a legitimate president.

Enter FactCheck.org – the group that originally debunked the birther conspiracy – is checking into the wild claims and accusations of Trump, and FactCheck finds that Trump is crazier than we think.

FactCheck found the following:

  • The Donald claims the president’s grandmother says Obama was born in Kenya. In fact, the recording to which he refers shows Sarah Obama repeatedly saying through a translator: “He was born in America.”
  • The Donald claims that no hospital in Hawaii has a record of Obama’s birth. Hospital records are confidential under federal law, but Honolulu’s Kapi’olani Medical Center has published a letter from Obama calling it “the place of my birth,” thus publicly confirming it as his birthplace.
  • The Donald insists that the official “Certification of Live Birth” that Obama produced in 2008 is “not a birth certificate.” That’s wrong. The U.S. Department of State uses “birth certificate” as a generic term to include the official Hawaii document, which satisfies legal requirements for proving citizenship and obtaining a passport.
  • The Donald claims that there’s no signature or certification number on the document released by Obama. Wrong again. Photos of the document, which we posted in 2008, clearly show those details.
  • The Donald says newspaper announcements of Obama’s birth that appeared in Hawaii newspapers in 1961 “probably” were placed there fraudulently by his now-deceased American grandparents. Actually, a state health department official and a former managing editor of one of the newspapers said the information came straight from the state health department.
  • The Donald claims “nobody knew” Obama when he was growing up and “nobody ever comes forward” who knew him as a child. “If I ever decide to run, you may go back and interview people from my kindergarten,” Trump said. Well, two retired kindergarten teachers in a 2009 news story fondly recall teaching a young Barack Obama.

Recent polls have Trump leading in the field of misfits running for the Republican presidential nomination. Given that his entire campaign has so far been based on lies, it stands to reason that for Republicans, Teabaggers and Birthers, dealing in truth and reality disqualifies you from being their presidential candidate.

The Birthers Explanation of Obama’s Kenyan-American Presidency

If you’re a Birther or believe in the Birther Theory, then you’ll believe this video that shows how in 1960, the Kenyan government  formulated a plan to get Barack Obama elected as President of the United States in an attempt to turn America into a Muslim, socialist society. This is the story you’re running with?

Alright then–for all you non-believers who want to convince the rest of America that;

  • Hawaii is not part of the United States and is also part of the plot by producing that phony official “birth document” that the government claims is issued for all Hawaiians births,
  • Obama was not raised by his American white mother and later by her parents after she died but rather by a Muslim terrorist training camp in Kenya,
  • Obama’s father–and possibly his  grandfather –were members of the Mau Mau Rebellion looking to destroy English rule in Kenya,
  • The President is not a Christian but in fact a Muslim secret agent preparing to indoctrinate this country’s  government under Sharia Law, even though all the proof to the contrary has been available to you on record–

Then this video should provide you with all the counter-proof you’ll need to further dispute this asinine theory until at least 2012 elections roll around when you can oust the infidel now residing in the Oval Office, the 44th President of the United States and the first African-American to be elected in this otherwise ever-enlightening nation, President Barack Hussein Obama.
