Juan Williams – Republicans Want to Impeach, Because Obama is Black – Video

Juan Williams, a Fox News contributor went on Fox News today and explained the motivating factor behind those like his Fox network, who are calling for the impeachment of Barack Obama. That motivating factor, according to Juan Williams, is racism.

“Lot’s of people see it, especially in the minority community, as an attack on the first black president, think it’s unfair, so it’s going spur their turnout in midterms which is going to be critical in several races,” Williams said.

Fox host Chris Wallace then jumped in to ask if Williams really meant to accuse conservatives of racism.

“Well, all I can do is look at the numbers,” Williams responded. “If you look at the core constituency of people, let’s say, who are in tea party opposition support of impeachment, there’s no diversity. It’s a white, older group of people.”

Steve King to President Obama – Please Don’t Make us Impeach You

Republicans are determined to somehow bring legal charges against President Obama with their proposed lawsuit. And although John Boehner has said multiple times, that it is not the intention of the Republicans to impeach the President, Boehner has said many things in the past that turned out to be false. And we’ve seen from recent incidents that Boehner has no control over the people in his party. So although he may try to convince the American people that impeachment is off the table, Boehner’s words mean absolutely nothing.

Here’s an example of someone who apparently has more pull than Boehner. Steve King went on Fox News and practically begged the president not to take executive actions on immigration reform. King warned that if such actions are taken by the president, then the I-WORD would surly come into play.

In an interview on Sunday, Fox News host Chris Wallace asked King what Republicans would do if the president decided to take executive action to stop the deportation of 11 million undocumented immigrants.

“None of us want to do the thing that’s left for us as an alternative,” King explained. “But if the president has decided that he’s simple not going to enforce any immigration law or at least not against anybody except the felons — which essentially he has done already, this is a broader group of people — I think Congress has to sit down and have a serious look at the rest of this Constitution, and that includes that i-word that we don’t want to say.”

The Iowa Republican added: “And I only say that now because I want to encourage the president, ‘Please don’t put America into a constitutional crisis. Please don’t do that. There’s too much at stake in this country to be decided that you can take over the Constitution and write it at will.'”

“You’re saying that if he were to do that, impeachment would be on the table?” Wallace pressed.

“I think then we have to sit down and take a look at that,” King insisted. “If that’s not enough to bring that about then I don’t know what would be. We’ve never seen anything in this country like a president who says I’m going make up all the immigration law that I choose.”

USA FUNDING TERRORISM IS NOT PERMISSIBLE

As seen on America The Not So Beautiful

August, 2, 2014

By Mike Caccioppoli

Many of you probably haven’t heard about the column written in the Times of Israel titled “When Genocide is Permissible.” That’s for two reasons. Firstly, it was pulled shortly after it ran online by the editors of the publication. Secondly, there has been little or no mention of it in the mainstream press.

The “column” written by Yochanan Gordon, a frequent contributor to the publication, concludes that “If political leaders and military experts determine that the only way to achieve its goal of sustaining quiet is through genocide is it then permissible to achieve those responsible goals?” Mr. Gordon doesn’t seem to have the mental capacity to comprehend what he is saying. Wasn’t it Hitler who believed that wiping out Jews would lead to “quiet and a better society?” Therefore he had every right to commit those atrocities? Really?

But you probably haven’t heard about this anyway. I’m sure you would have heard about it if a writer in Palestine had written something titled “Why Israel must be wiped out.” No. I’m SURE you would have heard about it.

That scribbling wasn’t the worst thing that happened today. Believe it or not. Well the worst thing is that at least 100 more Palestinians were killed…mostly civilians. You have probably heard something about that but I’m certain you heard that ONE Israeli soldier was “abducted.” Yes this you have heard. That ONE soldier in an army that is in a war was taken by the opposing side. This you have heard about. This is NOT a war crime, it happens all the time in war. But this is what has led the news reports, not the column calling for genocide of Palestinians, not that 100 more people in Gaza were killed. Killing civilians and children in schools and hospitals is indeed a war crime.

You have also probably not heard that the U.S. Senate has approved more funds be sent to Israel to help in their efforts to kill more civilians and children. I hate to hang this on Obama because let’s be honest, EVERY American President has supported Israel almost without conscience or question. It’s just the way it is, has always been and probably will always be. Obama is no different. When Israel is responsible for the murders of children they get a slap on the wrist. “Please show restraint” the American President says. When ONE Israeli soldier is abducted it’s automatically a good reason to send more money their way to “protect and defend” themselves. It passed the House by a vote of 395-8!

If Obama is reading this he is nodding his head and saying something like “I know man but what else can I do?” He knows the score, he knows where the money is and who it comes from and that money is power and might makes right. Just the way it works. So the USA continues to fund terrorism. To fund this man.

When Russia and Putin step foot in the Ukraine all hell breaks loose and economic sanctions are swift and hard hitting. When Israel kills children and is in the process of genocide, they get even more money to help them along.

Anyone else disgusted at being an American right now?

Official: Police chokehold caused NYC man’s death

Eric Garner died on Thursday, July 17, following an encounter with New York Police officers. (Video still/WNBC via NY Daily News)

NEW YORK (AP) — A chokehold used by a white police officer on a black New York City man during his arrest for selling untaxed, loose cigarettes last month caused his death, the medical examiner announced Friday, ruling it a homicide.

Eric Garner, 43, whose videotaped confrontation with police has caused widespread outcry and calls by the Rev. Al Sharpton for federal prosecution, was killed by “the compression of his chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police,” said medical examiner spokeswoman Julie Bolcer.

Asthma, heart disease and obesity were contributing factors, she said.

Chokeholds are prohibited by the New York Police Department. The case is being investigated by prosecutors on Staten Island, though Attorney General Eric Holder has said the Justice Department is “closely monitoring” the investigation.

The NYPD didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment on the medical examiner’s ruling. The officer who put Garner in the chokehold was stripped of his gun and badge pending the investigation, and another was placed on desk duty. Two paramedics and two EMTs were suspended without pay.

Police Commissioner William Bratton has said the officer appeared to have placed Garner in a chokehold and has ordered a top-to-bottom redesigning of use-of-force training in the NYPD.

In provocative comments Thursday, Sharpton called for the officers to be charged criminally. Sharpton believes chokeholds are used disproportionately on minorities.

Audio tape of Bill Clinton from the day before 9/11 confirms he skipped chance to kill bin Laden

An audio tape of Bill Clinton released on Wednesday confirmed longstanding reports that he ‘could have killed’ Osama bin Laden but decided not to because he was concerned about civilian casualties in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

The audio recording, made with Clinton’s permission by former president of Australia’s Liberal Party Michael Kroger and released to Sky News by Kroger, reveals Clinton telling the former Australian politician and more than two dozen Australian businessman about the missed opportunity during a visit to Australia several months after the end of his presidency.

The conversation eerily took place the day before the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks masterminded by bin Laden.

‘Osama bin Laden — he’s a very smart guy. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about him, and I nearly got him once,’ Clinton can be heard saying in the recording.

Audio of a meeting between former President Bill Clinton and former Australian political leader Michael Kroger from Sept. 10, 2001, reveals that Clinton had the opportunity to kill Osama Bin Laden when he was president but didn’t

‘I nearly got him. And I could have gotten, I could have killed him, but I would have to destroy a little town called Kandahar in Afghanistan and kill 300 innocent women and children.’

‘And then I would have been no better than him,’ Clinton said. ‘And so I didn’t do it.’

Kandahar is the spiritual home of the Taliban, and it became the physical home of bin Laden during Clinton’s second term as president. Bin Laden was believed to be living at a compound in Kandahar called Tarnak Farms at the time.

Clinton’s account of the abandoned bin Laden mission matches up with a 2004 NBC News report that showed the Clinton administration had eyes on bin Laden in the 2000 and in a 2005 book that claimed Clinton once has the chance to take out bin Laden but didn’t.

During the 9/11 investigation NBC obtained a secret, CIA video of Tarnak Farms taken by Predator drones in the fall of 2000. The images in the video are difficult to make out to the untrained eye, but an intelligence analyst for NBC said the video shows a man roughly the same height as bin Laden in white robes walking around the compound protected by guards.

The NBC report indicated that all intelligence suggested the man in the video was bin Laden and questioned why the government didn’t kill him at that time.

‘We were not prepared to take the military action necessary,’ retired Gen. Wayne Downing, who ran counter-terror efforts for the Bush administration, told NBC.

Osama bin Laden, was later killed in a Navy SEAL raid in 2011, but not before carrying out the deadly September, 11, 2001 terrorist attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people

The same incident was the subject of Pulitzer Prize winning author Steve Coll’s 2005 book Ghost Wars and rehashed in journalist Jane Mayer’s New York Times bestselling book – The Dark Side: The Inside Story of How the War on Terror Turned into a War on American Ideals – four years after NBC’s report.

In The Dark Side, Mayer summarizes Coll’s reporting, explaining that through the use of Predator drones, bin Laden ‘could be watched as he walked through the primitive, undefended, mud-walled compound he and his terrorist associates and their families inhabited in the bleak, sage-brush-strewn plains outside of Kandahar, Afghanistan.

‘The video imagery was so exquisitely detailed, U.S. officials viewing the videotapes at the CIA and White House could make out a lone child’s swing hanging in the compound,’ she wrote. ‘The robed man seemed to present an irresistible target for missile attack. But the swing haunted Clinton.

‘The swing suggested innocent children lived there,’ she noted. ‘The United States, for all of its military prowess, was a hamstrung Gulliver in the face of Lilliputian terrorists willing to sacrifice innocent lives in a way no civilized nation could.’

Previous reporting on Clinton’s hesitancy to kill bin Laden also indicates that the former president was pressured by then-Attorney General Janet Reno not to use deadly force to capture terrorist targets.

The CIA had ‘no written word nor verbal order to conduct a lethal action’ mission against bin Laden before the September 11 terrorist attack, a Clinton administration official told The Washington Post in 2004. ‘The objective was to render this guy to law enforcement.’

A record of Bill Clinton’s paid speeches shows that Clinton was in fact in Australia on the day that Kroger, the Australian businessman who released the tape, says the audio of Clinton was recorded.

A comprehensive list of Clinton’s speeches published by the Washington Post shows that Clinton was paid $150,000 by J.T. Campbell & Co. Pty. Ltd. to give remarks on Sept. 10, 2001 in Melbourne, which confirms Kroger’s account.

During his interview with Sky News, Kroger said he kept the audio tape secret until now because he simply forgot about it.

It was not until last week, when Bill Clinton was back in Australia for the opening of Torrens University Australia in Adelaide, that Kroger said he remembered the conversation.

Republicans Now Want Obama to Use His Executive Order Authority – Video

Luke Russert of MSNBC is stunned. According to Russert, who has covered Congress for the entire time John Boehner has been in charge of the House of Representatives, “…the week the House GOP sued the president over his issue of executive actions, they are now encouraging on a statement to act by himself regarding the border,” Russert said. “You really can’t make that up.”

The MSNBC reporter was talking about the House Republicans canceling a vote on the border bill before heading home for yet another vacation. The bill never made it to the floor and Republicans were okay with leaving Washington and heading home, with the border crisis still unsettled. Russert reported that they now want President Obama to use his Executive Order authority, although they’re presently suing him for using his Executive Order authority.

In his reporting, Russert couldn’t believe what was happening. Like he said, “you really can’t make that up.”

Heartbreaking Video – UN Official Breaks Down Talking About The Deaths in Gaza

In an interview with Al Jazeera Arabic, UN Official Christopher Gunness could not contain his emotions when asked about the clear massacre of innocent lives in Gaza. “The rights of Palestinians, and even their children, are wholesale denied… and its appalling,” Gunness said, right before breaking down in tears, a breathtaking image captured on video.

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to continue bombing Gaza with or without a cease-fire agreement in place. He claims the goal of the Israeli military is to demolish all the tunnels used by Hamas.

Meanwhile, 24 days into the war, over 1400 innocent Gaza civilians have died. Some of those killed were hiding away in UN Shelters and schools, so-called “safe zones.”

Obama to GOP – “They’re Not Happy That I’m President, But That’s Okay” – Video

On the same day Republicans were voting to sue the president for doing what all presidents do – a vote that passed the Republican controlled House of Representatives along party lines, 225 to 201 – President Obama was meeting with the American voters and pointed out that Republicans were engaging in a “political stunt.”

He said that the party needs to “stop just hating all the time,” saying that he knows they’re mad that he’s president, and that they only have to wait a few more years before they “can be mad at the next president.”

“We could do so much more if Congress would come on and help out a little bit. Stop being mad all the time. Stop. Stop just hating all the time. C’mon … I know they’re not happy that I’m president but that’s okay. I got a couple of years left. C’mon … then you can be mad at the next president.”

The president then broke the news that this frivolous lawsuit the Republicans are ginning up will unfortunately be paid for by the American people!

Republicans, once again costing Americans millions!

Republican Rand Paul is Going After ‘the Black Vote’ – Must Be Another Presidential Election

He’s running for president, and he’s a politician. That said, Rand Paul and others like him will twist and turn and squeeze themselves in any shape or reshape possible, if it gives them the ability to get a vote in 2016. So yes, he will pander to the Black community, to the Hispanic community, to women, to gays. These are just some of the groups Rand Paul and the Republicans have hammered over the last few years but, he is running for president and he’s a politician… and he’s a Republican!

So here goes Rand Paul the pretzel!

You’ve got to give this much to Rand Paul: Kentucky’s junior senator is willing to do something almost unheard of in modern presidential politics, which is to make arguments that not everyone in his party already cares about. For this reason alone, Paul is probably the most interesting presidential hopeful out there, if not the most likely to succeed.

Paul’s latest gambit, as you may have seen, involves an appeal to black voters, who generally have about as much attachment to the Republican Party as Donald Sterling has to his wife. This unusual courtship, which included a speech to the Urban League in which Paul actually quoted Malcolm X, led to a spate of media stories in the past week about a new contest between the parties to win over black voters in closely divided states.

IS ISRAEL NOW PART OF “THE AXIS OF EVIL?”

As seen on America The Not So Beautiful

July 31, 2014

By Mike Caccioppoli

OK Israel, enough is enough. When you start to bomb schools and kill sleeping children you have lost me for good. I knew Netanyahu was a right wing scum bucket, but now he should be considered a terrorist. If Arabs did this, we would be calling them just that. No more double standards, I’m done.

This is exactly what the Israeli’s have done. They bombed United Nations schools where Palestinian civilians went to escape the bombings because they thought they would be safe there. U.N. officials say they warned the Israeli’s no fewer than 17 times about the locations of these schools and that children would be there and that civilians were gathered there, civilians not terrorists.

“Nothing is more shameful than attacking sleeping children” said Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. I agree. The Israeli’s claim there was rocket fire from near the school so of course they needed to bomb the entire school. The Geneva Convention prohibits attacks on schools and hospitals, but hey they are Israel so they can get away with it right?

Anyone who claims there is no double standard at work here is simply full of shit. I mentioned Arabs but if any other country were bombing schools and killing children at the pace the Israel’s are right now the United States would be leading the charge against that country. The war hawks here would be calling for retaliation and another war against the violating country. Not with Israel. This is as appalling as the despicable acts of violence the Israelis are responsible for.

There is no excuse. We wouldn’t be accepting one from an Iran or a North Korea or even Germany for that matter. So far there have been 1,328 Palestinian deaths in this Gaza war. There have been 59 Israeli deaths. This is a one-sided massacre. Dare I say a Holocaust? Yes I dare.

The Israeli’s want this to be seen by everyone as a fair war. If that were the case then the Palestinians would have the same fire power that Israel has. Of course they do not. It makes sense for the right wing of this country to love Netanyahu because they love war. Anyone on the left who backs this daily massacre is a hypocrite. These people will call Bush, Cheney et al, war mongers, but in the same breath they will make excuses for Netanyahu. I’m here to call them on their bullshit hypocrisy.

The United States and their Israel apologist machine is in full force. The National Security Council has already put out a statement that tried to make the Palestinians equally responsible for the bombings by saying they oppose the Israeli attacks on the schools BUT ALSO oppose Palestinians hiding weapons in the schools. There is yet to be any evidence of that of course and even if there was it’s no excuse to kill innocent civilians and children.

The word “terrorist” has not been used by the United States in response to these school bombings. I wonder why? Ask yourself if that word would be part of the discourse if the roles were reversed or if one of the “Axis of Evil” were responsible for the attacks. You and I know the answer, it’s obvious.

There have been several “terrorist” attacks on these school. The U.N. has said there have been NO weapons stored in these schools by Palestinians. The U.N. is the same organization that said there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

They were right then and they are right now.

It’s time to call out Netanyahu for what he is. A terrorist.

Bowe Bergdahl to Meet With Army To Discuss Circumstances of His Capture

CNN is reporting that Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl will meet next week with the general who’s looking into how the now-freed prisoner of war was captured by the Taliban in 2009, the Army and his attorney said.

Attorney Eugene Fidell told CNN he will know for sure next week exactly when the meeting will take place.

Bergdahl has met once before, briefly, with Maj. Gen. Kenneth Dahl, the point person for the Army’s investigation.

The 28-year-old soldier spent five years in the hands of Taliban militants after he disappeared in Afghanistan in June 2009.

After he was released in May in exchange for five senior Taliban members held by the U.S. military, Bergdahl underwent counseling and medical care at a hospital in San Antonio, Texas.
