According to the description on the video, the King Cobra bit and killed the man’s son. In the video, the man is seen grabbing the snake by the tail and pulling it from a tree. He then slams the snake repeatedly into the ground. After about the 6th or 7th slam, the man released the snake. It pulled itself to the edge of the road and stayed there motionless.
According to the Indian news, the snake died.
Since it was posted, the video has gone viral with almost 900,000 views.
She was shocked by the assault she received from Trump’s body guards and is heard on the video saying, “Stop it! What is wrong with you? That is not appropriate!”
RawStory reports the incident happened at a $1.000 a head fundraiser for Trump in Pennsylvania. The woman was not identified.
CNN brought on a group of Trump supporters and asked them a few questions based on stuff Trump has said, from his stance on immigration to his most recent remarks that all Muslims should be banned from entering the United States. It was obvious that these supporters were deep in Trump’s camp, and painfully obvious that they saw nothing wrong with any of Trump’s statements.
But Susan Demelus of New Hampshire, who is a state Republican Representative, needed to express herself about the “liars” in politics. And according to Miss Demelus, President Obama is the biggest liar of them all.
“We’ve got people in positions of power who I KNOW FOR A FACT are liars. Liars!” she said. “I watch the TV — My president comes on the TV and he lies to me! I know he’s lying. He lies all the time. I don’t believe any one of them, not one. I believe Donald.”
She continued;
“I’m telling you, he says what I’m thinking! Never been involved in politics, never had an interest in any of it. Now suddenly, he is resonating. He is resonating with the people and he’s speaking our minds. Our minds!”
According to a new investigative report, 12 year old Tamir Rice did not have a gun or even a pellet gun in his hand when police pulled up and gunned him down at a recreation center in November 2014.
And the various reports that said Rice was killed 2 to 3 seconds after police arrived on the scene are wrong. According to this new report, the 12 year old boy was killed one second after the police car stopped a few feet away from him.
Tamir Rice did not have enough time to remove his hands from his pockets before being shot, and his hands weren’t visible to the officer, according to the analysis released late Friday night by attorneys for Tamir’s family.
The new report and two others from experts already used by the family are the latest analysis of evidence to be released as a grand jury considerswhether to bring charges against the officers in Tamir’s death. The boy was shot after authorities received a report of a man pointing and waving a gun outside a recreation center in November 2014.
Previous reports concluded that officer Timothy Loehmann shot Tamir within 2 seconds of opening his car door. The new analysis determined it happened even faster, within less than a second, according to the review by California-based shooting reconstruction expert Jesse Wobrock.
This incident happened in 2014, but the fate of the police officer in the video below was just determined by the court. The Prince George’s County Police officer, Jenchesky Santiago, was found guilty of 1st and 2nd-degree assault, use of a firearm in violence, and misconduct in office. He will spend at least 5 years in prison.
Back on May 10th 2014, William Cunningham and Kenneth Smith were sitting in their car in front of their home doing absolutely nothing wrong when the officer pulled up, informing them that they were illegally parked. But according to the prosecutor in the case, the car was legally parked as there were no signs, no markings on the curb, no hydrants to suggest an illegal parking situation.
Officer Santiago, it was also revealed, had two unauthorized riders in his cruiser and apparently wanted to show off.
“You guys wanted my attention. You got my attention now.” the officer said.
Having not been legally detained, Cunningham simply tried to walk into his house when all hell broke loose.
Santiago, responding to an innocent man walking into his own home, pulled his gun and pointed it at Cunningham, demanding that he “get back in the car!”
Frightened that he had a madman pressing a gun against his temple ‘so hard that it moved his head,’ Cunningham slowly made his way back to the vehicle. This slow walk was seen as a threat to the tyrant Santiago, which made him even more enraged and more apt to preen for his sadistic audience.
He then pressed the gun directly at the center of Cunningham’s face and mouth, “Go ahead. I dare you to f**king fight me, son.” All of this was captured on video.
After the video was turned off, Cunningham testified in court that Santiago later told them, “Y’all gonna learn about officer Santiago today. I just got back from Iraq. I’m not scared of you all.” He testified that Santiago also said, “You need to watch your attitude because us P.G. cops, we shoot people.”
Cunningham and Smith were then illegally searched without consent. Since Santiago found nothing to charge them with, he made up two counts of disorderly conduct, which would later be thrown out after the video surfaced.
“The actions Officer Santiago chose to take that day are his alone. His behavior is flagrant, appalling and isolated. His actions are among the worst I’ve seen as Chief of Police and that will be taken into account when I make a decision about his employment,” PGPD Chief Mark Magaw said.
“The moment officer Santiago made the decision to act in a reckless, illegal way, he ceased being a police officer,” Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Angela Alsobrooks said. “There is no place for that type of behavior in our county or on our police force. Every citizen should be able to walk across their front yard to their door without fear of being assaulted, especially by a police officer.”
Republican presidential candidate, Marco Rubio, was heard telling some of his followers at a campaign event in Iowa, that “God is telling us that no matter what happens, ‘It is part of my plan.'” Rubio was talking about the terrorist attacks on September 11th, and the recent terrorist attacks in Paris.
“We are biblically ordered not to be afraid,” Rubio told supporters. “You know why? Because God is telling us that no matter what happens, ‘It is part of my plan. I will give you the strength to endure it whether you like it or not.’”
“Everytime we fear, every time we are anxious about something, what we are basically saying is that ‘I know that God is very powerful but this problem is so big that not even God can solve it. It’s got to be up to me to solve it,'” Rubio said.
“I was asked this question the other night,” Rubio continued. “‘Where was God on 9/11? Where was God in Paris?'”
“I said, ‘God was where God always is – on the throne in Heaven.'”
“Because the question was, ‘How could God allow these bad things to happen?,'” Rubio explained.
“It always challenges us to understand that God’s ways are not our ways. What we may interpret as bad, and most certainly is in the case of Paris or 9/11, even that is part of a broader plan for the universe and for our lives that we are just not going to know the answer to. God’s ways are not our ways.”
It took a year! I’ll say that again, the Chicago police sat on this video for a year under the guise that they were conducting an internal investigation. But now, following the orders of a judge, the video showing the murder of Laquan McDonald is released.
Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke is credited with this killing and received a 1st degree murder charge for shooting 16 rounds into Laquan’s body as he laid dead on the ground. Van Dyke turned himself into police custody today, but when this incident happened a year ago in October 2014, the police union said that Laquan “lunge” at the officers and was shot one time.
Of course, eye witnesses on the ground denied that claim.
“To watch a 17-year-old young man die in such a violent manner is deeply disturbing,” Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez said. She called the video “graphic,” “violent” and “chilling” and said it “no doubt will tear at the hearts of all Chicagoans.”
She goes on to say that Officer Van Dyke was on the scene for less than 30 seconds when he shot 16 bullets into Laquan. Alvarez also said that the officer began “shooting 6 seconds after getting out of his vehicle.” and that 13 of the shots were done when Laquan was on the ground.
The sexual intersections with the waxed figure of Nicki Minaj got so bad that the Madame Tussauds museum “redesigned” the set around the figure. The museum also issue this statement;
“We have been made aware of the inappropriate photograph that was taken at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, involving Nicki Minaj’s new wax figure. Madame Tussauds attractions are interactive, immersive experiences, and our visitors are generally respectful towards the wax figures. It is unfortunate that this visitor decided to behave so inappropriately and we apologise for any offence this has caused.
“We are taking immediate steps to ensure more staff are present in this area and that the set around this particular figure is redesigned so that a picture like this cannot be taken again.”
The visitor they’re talking about is a man who got so carried away after seeing the display, that he jumped on the platform, went behind the figure and… well, watch the video.
On Sunday, another responsible gun owner in Rock Hill South Carolina, just lost a toddler in their life to the gun they love.
Savion Barrow, 3, was taken by EMS ambulance from his home on Amelia Avenue to Piedmont Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead by hospital staff shortly after his arrival, York County Coroner Sabrina Gast said.
Capt. Mark Bollinger, spokesman for the Rock Hill Police Department, said Savion somehow got his hands on the gun and shot himself.
Sunday’s shooting was the second by a toddler in Rock Hill in just a month.
Last month, Rock Hill police charged the great-aunt of a 2-year-old boy with unlawful carrying of a gun after the child was able to get the gun while in the woman’s car, accidentally shooting the child’s grandmother. The grandmother survived.
The 8-year-old was apparently the oldest child in the house and left there the supervised the 1-year-old and three other children. He attacked and killed the child because the she wouldn’t stop crying. And where was the mother you ask? She was out clubbing for the night!
An 8-year-old Birmingham boy is charged with murder in the beating death of a toddler girl left in his care, the youngest person in recent memory charged with murder in Jefferson County.
The girl’s mother is charged with manslaughter after police say she left her young daughter in the care of a group of children while she partied at a nightclub.
“This is one of the most heartbreaking investigations that I have seen in over 30 years of my law enforcement career,” said Birmingham police Chief A.C. Roper.
“There are just too many deep rooted issues in this horrific crime. It’s extremely troubling from so many different angles and there are no law enforcement answers to prevent it,” Roper said. “We’ve been concerned about the kids and the future effect on their lives. The bottom line is an innocent young baby lost her life and that should be a wake-up call for our community.”
Kelci Devine Lewis, who turned 1 in May, was found unresponsive in her crib at 10:45 a.m. Oct. 12. Police were called to the home on Second Avenue South, and Kelci was taken to Children’s of Alabama where she was pronounced dead at 11:07 a.m.
Authorities have said there were visible injuries to the girl. She died from blunt force trauma to the head, and internal injuries, Birmingham police spokesman Lt. Sean Edwards has said.
This is the United States of America, where everyone is entitled to their own opinion no matter what that opinion is. But sometimes, those opinions are so outlandish, so far-fetched, that they are worth mentioning if only for the purpose of ridicule.
Take Pastor Kevin Swanson for example. Like his title suggests, Swanson is a preacher but some of his messages deserve more than just a write-off as another person with a dumb, baseless opinion. Like when he preached that watching Harry Potter and How to Train Your Dragon turn kids into homosexuals. I mean really? Is that truly a fact? And if not, then isn’t it a lie being preached from the pulpit?
During his National Religious Liberties Conference in Des Moines, Iowa, Swanson said;
Repent America! Repent! America, repent of your rebellion against God! America, repent of stumbling the little ones! America, repent of “Harry Potter!” America, repent of “How to Train Your Dragon!”
America, repent that Dumbledore emerged as a homosexual mentor for “Harry Potter,” that Hiccup’s mentor in “How to Train Your Dragon” emerged as a homosexual himself in order that history might repeat itself one more time, in order that little six- and seven- and eight-year-olds might stumble, in order that tens of millions of parents.
It would be better for them that a millstone be hanged around their neck and they be drowned at the bottom of the sea in order that there would be so many people stumbling so many children in public schools, in movie theaters, in homes in which children are raised to be stumbled by the Dumbledores and by the mentors of Hiccup in “How to Train Your Dragon!”
Kyle Lydell Canty, 30, crossed into B.C.’s Lower Mainland in early September of 2015, telling border agents that he was here to visit and take photographs, but once in Vancouver decided he would apply to remain as a refugee.
“I’m in fear of my life because I’m black,” he told IRB member Ron Yamauchi in a hearing on October 23rd in Vancouver. “This is a well-founded fear.”
Canty argues that black people are “being exterminated at an alarming rate” in the U.S. and included examples such as the shooting of Michael Brown in Missouri and the death of Eric Garner in New York City at the hands of police.
Canty represented himself at the hearing, which he applied to have made public, and was commended by Yamauchi at its conclusion, who said Canty had put together a “well prepared case … and argued it as well as it could be.”
Canty submitted a significant evidence package to the IRB including videos, media reports and the UNHCR’s handbook on determining refugee status.
In order for someone to be called a refugee in Canada, they must prove they are in danger in their home country, “that you’re someone with a well-founded fear of persecution in your country, based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group.” said Melissa Anderson. who speaks for the IRB.
Born in New York, Canty has lived in six different states before arriving in Canada, a country he says he’s never been to before.
