#GunsUp – 14 Year Old Boy Goofing Off with Gun Accidentally Shoots Older Sister

A 14-year-old Queens girl was shot Friday by a younger brother who was goofing around with a gun, police sources said.

Jessamin Lopez is in stable condition at Jamaica Hospital after being blasted in the abdomen by her 12-year-old brother, sources said. The bullet exited the teen’s back.

A source said the brother was only playing with the gun and did not intentionally strike his sibling.

A friend who is staying at the family’s 164th Street apartment told police she woke up to find the boy playing with a .22-caliber Colt revolver.

“She tells him, ‘What are you doing? Stop playing with the gun,’’’ a source recounted. “The boy says, ‘Don’t worry about it’ – and starts pulling the trigger.’’

The children live with their mom, Silvia Peralta, two other siblings, the mother’s boyfriend and two family friends, sources said.

The same caliber gun was used in the Jamaica neighborhood earlier this week; cops are investigating whether there is a connection.

Wall Street worker Mohammed Hamwi, 48, was shot in the head and torso just after midnight at a Jamaica Station street corner.

Piers Morgan Already Has Another Job

Piers Morgan might not be with CNN for much longer, but he might just have a second career on the big screen.

Morgan, whose CNN series ends this month, has booked a role on the upcoming “Entourage” movie, the cable news personality revealed via Twitter on Thursday.

“To those wondering about my next career move.. here’s what I’m doing next two days,” Morgan wrote on his Twitter account.

A subsequent post included a photo of a cast list, which revealed that Morgan will play a character named … wait for it … Piers Morgan.

“Who needs TV?” Morgan wrote.

Morgan later posted a photo of himself with “Entourage” star Jeremy Piven and creator Doug Ellin, and later a photo with Piven.

“It’s a wrap — one of the best days of my working life,” Morgan wrote.

Police Harassment – Man Claims He Secretly Videotaped Police Harassing Him – Video


His name is Terry Robinson. He is 21 years old and he claims that police in his neighborhood of St. Louis harassed him so much, he secretly recorded one of the events on his cell phone.

Robinson has been arrested before and is currently on probation.  He said he promised his mother that, if she got him a good lawyer, he would stay out of trouble.

He is reportedly back in school and working to turn his life around. If he gets in trouble again, he faces at least nine years in prison.

He said for weeks, two officers have been harassing him, claiming they want him to give up a name of anyone they can plant a gun on or else they’ll arrest him.

When asked where the gun was, Robinson said they had one but never showed it to him. The officers told him “I have a fully-loaded 38.”

Officers were unaware that Robinson was filming the ride on his cell phone.

“Your nine years are going to seem like four times more. I know y’all said you need a gun and a body, got to have a body with it,” said NAME. “I don’t need no gun case. You know I’ll get you somebody.”

Robinson said they made it very clear what they’d do if he didn’t give up a name.

“If you don’t give me anything in the next 24-hours then I’ll write this case up as you ran from me but you got away. But I know who you are and you had this gun.”

While in the cruiser, Robinson pleaded with officers to give him a little more time.

But instead of finding another man to arrest, Robinson contacted his lawyer. The video has been turned over to authorities and detectives with internal affairs are investigating.

Details into that investigation were not released.

Fox News Claims Obama is “Buying Votes” By Giving Overtime Pay for Americans

Fox Business host Stuart Varney said on Thursday that the efforts by President Obama to authorize overtime pay for millions of Americans making less than $50,000 a year, amounts to “redistribution” by the president, amounting to “buying votes” before the November election.

“This is redistribution by executive order,” Varney says. “The president is buying votes. He is commanding higher salaries for millions of people. Right before an election. Don’t you think that those millions of people will be grateful and say, ‘thanks for the pay raise, Mr. President. I’m voting Democrat.’ Don’t you think that’s in there?”

Varney then mentioned a tech company on the verge of apparent death because the young people who worked tirelessly day and night for little to no pay, would now demand proper payment, thus killing the company. He mentioned Google… yes, that poor company that went out of business years ago because they had to pay people for the work they did.

“Let me take you back to Google,” Varney opined. “In the earlier days of Google, they had all kinds of youngsters, up and coming strivers, who would work day and night. That’s how they built the company. Tech startups with really a drive to succeed and climb that food chain.”

“Now if you bring this in, those high tech workers who started all these brilliant companies, they’ll be on the clock,” he insisted. “Instead of these overnight creative meetings, they’ll be saying, ‘Oh, I just exceeded my 40 hours, I’m due overtime. And if I don’t get it, I’m going to sue.'”

Kristen Bell had a little unintentional mishap on Wednesday when she posed for pictures on The TCL Chinese Theater’s red carpet. The 33-year-old actress was there for the première of her movie, “Veronica Mars.”

The pose was interrupted by a sudden gust of wind, happening at the exact time the photographer snapped his shot. Kristen quickly recovered from the malfunctioning wardrobe moment when she made some necessary adjustment – leg crossed, hands strategically placed in the right places and the proper facial response.

Her movie comes out on Friday. I won’t blame you for thinking that this sudden gust of wind was part of a publicity stunt to sell her upcoming movie. I won’t blame you for thinking that at all.

Report – Missing Malaysia Plane Flew for 4 – 5 Hrs After It Disappeared

Stunning new information is being reported by Andy Pasztor at the Wall Street Journal: the Boeing engines on Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 which went missing on Saturday automatically downloaded information several hours after the plane was last seen on radar, indicating that it flew on to an unknown location.

After flying northeast on its scheduled path from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, the aircraft’s transponders stopped emitting signals about an hour into the flight, at 1:30 am, when the plane was still south of Vietnam. According to a Malaysian air force official, the plane then made a turn to the west and headed back over the Malaysian peninsula and over the Strait of Malacca. At that point, Malaysian radar lost sight of the plane at around 2:40 am.

But now, American investigators and national security officials are saying that several hours after that last radar contact, the airplane’s Boeing engines automatically downloaded information as part of their normal operation, and that signal was picked up. Writes Pasztor:

The engines’ onboard monitoring system is provided by their manufacturer, Rolls-Royce, and it periodically sends bursts of data about engine health, operations and aircraft movements to facilities on the ground.

Rolls-Royce couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.

As part of its maintenance agreements, Malaysia Airlines transmits its engine data live to Rolls-Royce for analysis. The system compiles data from inside the 777′s two Trent 800 engines and transmits snapshots of performance, as well as the altitude and speed of the jet.

The engines communicate with the ground every half hour, and now U.S. investigators believe the engines indicated the plane may have been flying up to five hours after taking off from Malaysia.

Austin Ruse was commenting on the so-called controversy surrounding a Duke University Freshman, who announced that she was a porn star. His comments came via the American Family Radio program he temporarily hosted for Sandy Rios. On the program, Ruse blamed “the hard left, human-hating people that run modern universities” for the Freshman’s decision, and went on to say that they should “all be taken out and shot.”

That is the nonsense that they teach in women’s studies at Duke University, this is where she learned this. The toxic stew of the modern university is gender studies, it’s “Sex Week,” they all have “Sex Week” and teaching people how to be sex-positive and overcome the patriarchy. My daughters go to a little private religious school and we pay an arm and a leg for it precisely to keep them away from all of this kind of nonsense. I do hope that they go to a Christian college or university and to keep them so far away from the hard left, human-hating people that run modern universities, who should all be taken out and shot.

They Wouldn’t Even Help This Homeless Child – Video

“So many of these Fousey videos try to portray people as bad or heartless if they don’t stop and help anyone, but like seriously, people have their own problems to worry about and their own mouths or families mouths to feed… they can’t go giving money to every beggar they see. You can’t judge someone based on the fact of whether or not they give money to the poor. Good on the people who DO help, but nothing wrong with the people who don’t.”

That was a comment from one Anna Kruger, left on the latest YouTube video from FouseyTUBE. The video in question was originally based on one from Europe, which highlighted the best parts of human nature by showing the ways in which many stopped to help a similar homeless child posed on a very similar street. But Fousey found something very different when he set up the same film in America — the one place on Earth whose front-door sign reads “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses…”

One would think that most Americans, just out of simple human kindness and concern would stop for a moment to help this “homeless” child — or even to ask him what he was up to, or where his parents were. But you would be wrong. Fousey found that most people didn’t even give him a second glance. And those who did kept walking. The total take for the day: $2.19.

This Cross-Eyed Cat is The Love of The Internet

Meet the newest Internet sensation – Jervis the cross-eyed cat.

According to The Daily Mail, Jervis was abandoned at the side of a road in Oakland California when he was 4 months old. Rescued by cat lover Davis Kelly, Jervis,  whose full name is Jervis P. Weasley, has now found Internet fame at the age of 5 years old.

“One day, I was just watching him jump for joy in his cage,” Kelly said, when explaining how happy the cat is. “I thought it was pure happiness.”
