Americans Are So Easily Fooled, Or Intentionally Foolish

Thanks to a certain “news” station, President Obama’s Faith is still a puzzle to many Americans… or maybe they prefer to keep it a puzzle.  Although there are well documented examples of the President’s Christian belief, there are still people out there who think Mr. Obama as a Muslim and others claim they simply do not know what his religion is.

We will chalk up this dumbing down of Americans to the good ole boys over at Fox News. With News stations like Fox, who needs a propaganda machine?

Forty-nine percent of voters identify President Obama as a Christian, a new poll says, and the others say that they don’t know or that he is a Muslim.

“Nearly four years into his presidency the view that Barack Obama is Muslim persists,” says the survey from the Pew Research Center’s Forum on Religion & Public Life.

According to the poll on religion and politics, 17% say Obama is a Muslim, while 31% say they do not know his religion.

“Fewer say Obama is Christian — and more say he is Muslim — than did so in October 2008, near the end of the last presidential campaign,” Pew reported. “The increase since 2008 is particularly concentrated among conservative Republicans, about a third of whom (34%) describe the president as a Muslim.”

Pastor Frederick Haynes Supports President Obama’s “Personal Opinion” On Gay Marriage

With all the publicity given to some pastors who jumped in front the television cameras to voice their opinion on President Obama’s support for gay marriage, there is another pastor who is taking the President’s side. Needless to say, he is not on any popular talk show voicing his comments on the matter, but in the video below, he is seen preaching a very moving sermon explaining to his congregation that President Obama is not “Pastor of the United States, he is President of the United States.” And as President, Mr. Obama’s job is to uphold the Constitution and the rights that the Constitution provides to all Americans.

His name is Senior Pastor Frederick Haynes III, and part of his sermon is below.

Right Winged Pastor Hangs Effigy Of President Obama on Church Lawn

The Dove World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Fla., has hanged an effigy of President Barack Obama from a gallows on its front lawn, a move DWOC pastor Terry Jones said was in response to Obama’s recent endorsement of same-sex marriage, as well as his stance on abortion and what Jones called his “appeasing of radical Islam.”

According to the Broward-Palm Beach New Times, the U.S. Secret Service is currently investigating Jones in response to the display.

“The Secret Service is aware of this incident and will conduct appropriate follow-up,” Secret Service spokesman Brian Leary told the paper’s “The Pulp” blog.

The effigy is suspended from a makeshift gallows with a noose of yellow rope, has a doll in its right hand and a rainbow-colored gay pride flag in its left.

Pastor Worley Preached about Killing Gays and Lesbians

“I figured a way to get rid of all the lesbians and queers,” he says.

“Build a great, big, large fence — 150- or 100-mile long — put all the lesbians in there . . . do the same thing for the queers and the homosexuals, and have that fence electrified so they can’t get out.

“Feed ’em, and you know what?” Worley continues. “In a few years they’ll die. Do you know why? They can’t reproduce.”

Those comments were made by a pastor… in the church… on the pulpit… where preaching about the everlasting love of Christ was supposed to be done. His name is Pastor Charles Worley of Providence Road Baptist Church in Maiden, N.C, and his sermon on May 13th about killing gays and lesbians was apparently his way of saving them.

Pat Robertson Asks – Is Mac And Cheese “A Black Thing?”

Pat Robertson has never heard of “Mac and cheese,” and it took two black people to bring him into the light. The famous right-winged tele-evangelist from The 700 Club, in his effort to learn something new everyday, asked his co-host Kristi Watts about a recent interview she did with former Secretary of State in the Bush administration, Condoleezza Rice.

In the interview, Watts asked Rice, “What is your favorite Thanksgiving meal?” Rice answered “It’s Mac and Cheese,” to which Watts replied, “Sister, that is my dish, that is the one thing I can rock!”

With Kristi Watts back in the studio with Pat Robertson, Robertson wanted edification on the “Mac and Cheese” discovery. “What is this Mac and Cheese,” Pat asked, “is this a black thing?”

Any black person could see the shock on Watts’ face, and her first reaction was to put Robertson in his place. But as she opened her mouth to get ghetto on Robertson, she remembered the need for a paycheck, especially in this economic downturn. She replied;

“It is a black thing, Pat. Listen, and you guys, other people, the world needs to get on board with macaroni and cheese.” said Watts. “Seriously, I just… ok, Christmas and Thanksgiving, we have to have macaroni and cheese and it trips me out that you don’t.”

After a brief chuckle, Robertson concluded, “I really don’t, I don’t, and I have never.”

New Prediction – The End Of The World Is This Friday

Yes, Friday, and we’re not talking about the Ice Cube Movies either.

Harold Camping, the Family radio evangelist who wrongfully predicted that May 21st 2011 would be the end of the world, is at it again. This time, Mr. Camping is saying the end will come next Friday, October 21st, 2011.

So what happened on May 21st? Mr. Camping had this explination;

What really happened is that God accomplished exactly what He wanted to happen. That was to warn the whole world that on May 21 God’s salvation program would be finished on that day. For the next five months, except for the elect (the true believers), the whole world is under God’s final judgment.

So according to Camping, if you weren’t saved on or before May 21st, then you have some very serious issues as next Friday approach.

One can only wonder if the Evangelist Camping ever read the book of Mark, Chapter 13, verse 32 – when Jesus’ apostles asked about the end times. Jesus answered, But of that day and that hour knows no man, no, not the angels who are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Take you heed, watch and pray: for you know not when the time is.”

No one knows “but the Father.” Does this mean Harold Camping thinks he is “The Father?”

Oh Wow!!!

Muslim Man Confronted By Christian Conservatives. Video

Our Constitution demands the freedom of religion in these the United States of America. Are these just words written on a document that many considers sacred? Or is it just another one of our  rights that Conservative Christian Americans would prefer to eradicate?

Below, two different religions clash infront of the White House. One Muslim man tries to pray, and is surrounded by those of the ‘Christian’  faith.

I wonder if the Founding Fathers would approve of this scene.

Church Says “Thank God For The Shooter” In Arizona

You can’t get much lower than this, no matter how  you try. This statement from a “church” in Kansas gives the word “vile” a new  meaning.

Following the shooting in Tucson, Arizona 10 days ago, where 6 people died including a Federal judge and a 9 year old girl, the Westboro Baptiste Church in Topeka, Kansas placed a flier on its website stating, “THANK GOD FOR THE SHOOTER,” then went on to say that they will “picket their funerals,” referring to the six victims killed by the gunman, Jarad Laughner.

The group, who also picketed the funeral of Elizabeth Edwards, wife of former presidential candidate, John Edwards, did not hold back their hate and extreme disgust for those killed in the shooting. The flier went on to say;

“Your federal judge is dead and your (fag-promoting, baby-killing, proud-sinner) Congresswoman fights for her life. God is avenging Himself on this rebellious house!

Westboro Baptiste Church (WBC) continued, saying that a federal judge in Baltimore put the church on trial, and that congress “passed three laws against the WBC,” and that this was the  reason for the shooting. It was vengance. The flier states, “God sent the shooter to shoot you! And He’s sitting in Heaven laughing at you!”

When President Obama called for civility in his memorial speech after the shootings, this so-called “church”  turned a deaf ear to the message. They instead chose hate;

“WBC prays for your destruction–more shooters, more dead carcasses piling up, young, old, leader and commoner–all. Your doom is upon you!”

Below is the flier as it appears on their website.
