Fox’s Napolitano Agreed – Banning Affirmative Action Hurt Minorities, But That’s Okay

Michigan brought Affirmative Action to the Supreme Court and today, Michigan won!

That’s right, Michigan instituted a ban on Affirmative action and took their fight to keep that ban all the way to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court voted today and in a 6-2 decision, it agreed that Michigan should be allowed to bypass Affirmative action in the state. The ban was originally voted on and approved by the people of the state.

In her 58 page dissent, Justice Sonya Sotomayor pointed out that the decision could harm minorities and have already caused reduced enrollment in Michigan’s Colleges and Universities and Fox’s Napolitano agreed. But it’s the way he agreed that’s making news.

In his happy response to the Supreme Court upholding Michigan’s ban, the Fox host stated that although minorities could be harmed, it’s okay if the people of the state decide to harm do the harming.

The elites that run university systems think they know better than the voters do. And often these university systems – even in states that have a conservative electorate – decide that they want to tinker with the law on their own.”

Now the electorate knows that once it puts a clause in the constitution forbidding the government from making a decision based on race – you know, that thing that the Civil War was supposed to have resolved – that even the elites in the public universities would have to comply with it.”

Napolitano also addressed Sotomayor’s concern that the decision would “harm minorities” because black and Latino enrollment was already dropping at the University of Michigan.

“That’s the beauty of this decision today. It really lets the voters go either way. It doesn’t say the voters must, it says the voters may. But if the voters do prohibit the government in their states from taking race into account for say, college and law school admissions, the government in that state must comply.”

Jon Stewart Smacks Down Bundy Defender Sean Hannity

Cliven Bundy has refused to pay fines to the federal government totalling $1 million dollars. Usually,  this would be an out cry to the so-called “Patriots” over at Fox News and the posse that supports them.

But since the the federal government is now managed by a Democrat in the White House named Barack Obama, Fox is now the head cheerleader as their posse take up arms to defend Bundy’s apparent right to cheat, you know,  FREEDOM!

Jon Stewart – the media voice of reason from Comedy Central – found this position from the “patriots” perplexing, and took on one of the leading pom pom wavers at Fox – Sean Hannity.

“It seems like something about this Bundy feller is blinding Hannity to all the things that would normally drive Hannity mad with rage,” Stewart said. “Is it the hat?”

Fox News Outrage – Because of Obamacare, People Must Now Wait to Buy Healthcare

Fox News has something else to complain about. They are now blaming Obamacare for the people who chose to remain uninsured past the enrollment cycle. You know, those same folks Fox News told not to buy healthcare.

On the so-called “news” network’s website, this was written;

There is yet another ObamaCare surprise waiting for consumers: from now until the next open enrollment at the end of this year, most people will simply not be able to buy any health insurance at all, even outside the exchanges.

Apparently, the concept of an enrollment cycle is foreign to the good ole folks over at Fox. Of course, the rest of us already know that enrollment in health insurance happens every year and anyone who missed or failed to enroll because, they listened to Fox for example – would usually wait for the next enrollment cycle. But according to the foxers, Obamacare is now the culprit.

I still cannot figure out why their audience continue buying their bull!

Breaking News – Fox News Has Had Enough of The IRS Crap

Something very interesting went down on the Fox News network on Sunday. It appeared the Fox people are beginning to come to their senses – as impossible as that may seem – and they are beginning to question the authenticity of their Republican man made IRS controversy.

On Sunday’s program, Chris Wallace interviewed Republican Representative Charles Boustany and based on his questions, I would concluded that the IRS nonsense has reached the point of Fox skepticism, even for the nonsense-pushers themselves.

WALLACE: Congressman, let me interrupt you, too, if i may. Because a lot of people … including some Republicans, some of your colleagues say that your committee and the House Oversight Committee have blown this because of the fact that you should have given Lois Lerner immunity. I mean, let’s face it — nobody really cares what Lois Lerner did, the question is did she get it from higher ups or just the decision by a mid level bureaucrat in the IRS? Why not give her immunity a year ago under subject, of penalty of perjury and say were you given direction by anybody above you?

BOUSTANY: Well, that is a debatable point. And it’s worthy of discussion. But the fact is we’re still being obstructed by the IRS. We’ve now gone through two — we have two confirmed IRS Commissioners and two acting commissioners and we have still not gotten all the documents that we need to conclude this investigation. The fact is I want to follow the facts, on this, from the ground up starting with the Cincinnati office. we’ve had good interviews.

WALLACE: You’ve had a year, sir. You’ve had a year.

When Fox News becomes tired of your BS, perhaps it is time to give it up.

Watch the clip below to see Wallace grill Representative Boustany.

Fox News To Ted Cruz – Majority of Americans Want Obamacare – Video

Although Americans from all stripes are showing more support for the President’s health care law, Republicans like Ted Cruz are still insisting that the people want “every word” of the law repealed.

On the morning after a massive surge by Americans to get healthcare, Cruz was heard on Fox News saying, “I think at this point it is abundantly clear this thing it isn’t working. You can’t fiddle around the edges. I think it is the essence of pragmatism to recognize this thing isn’t working, and let’s start over, let’s repeal every word of it.”

Fox host Steve Doocy printed out to Cruz that he was speaking for a minority, not the majority of Americans.

“You know, you’re kind of in a minority when it comes to that. You look at the polling, Senator, and a lot of Americans like parts of it, would like to see parts of it continue. So, to blow the whole thing up, I don’t know if people are behind that.”

Cruz, however, discarded that fact and held firm to his talking point, saying “every poll that’s done” showed that the Affordable Care Act was the “profoundly most unpopular law we’ve seen in modern times.”

“I think it’s going to be repealed because I think the American people are demanding it,” the Texas Republican added.

Fox News Tells Young People – Don’t Get Healthcare, Take The Penalty

And while they advised people to take the penalty instead of getting health care, you can bet that all the nuts at Fox News have health care.

On Saturday’s episode of Cashin’ In, Fox News host Eric Bolling encouraged young Americans to “take the penalty” they’ll have to pay if they don’t sign up for the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

“With the deadline for signing up for Obamacare just a week away,” Bolling said, “selling it might not be a slam dunk, even for LeBron James.”

Bolling then played a pitch for the ACA featuring James, before cutting to “new goofy videos to push healthcare.” He then complained that the Obama administration is spending “$17 million of our tax dollars, per a month, to get young people to buy into Obamacare.”

His guest, Jonathan Hoenig of Capitalistpig.com, replied that he found the advertising campaign “just so uncouth, not just the fact that we’re spending $20 million a month on it, but that we’re trying to convince young people that statism is good — that self-sacrifice is good.”

“What does the president think of young people?” Hoenig asked. “That they’re knuckleheads, that they don’t know a good deal, that they’re idiots. In fact, almost 90 percent of young people find it’s cheaper not to sign up for Obamacare and take the penalty, and of course, none of it has anything to do with free markets or a free society.”

“Fiscally speaking,” Bolling replied, “young people probably should take the penalty.”

Fox News Claims Obama is “Buying Votes” By Giving Overtime Pay for Americans

Fox Business host Stuart Varney said on Thursday that the efforts by President Obama to authorize overtime pay for millions of Americans making less than $50,000 a year, amounts to “redistribution” by the president, amounting to “buying votes” before the November election.

“This is redistribution by executive order,” Varney says. “The president is buying votes. He is commanding higher salaries for millions of people. Right before an election. Don’t you think that those millions of people will be grateful and say, ‘thanks for the pay raise, Mr. President. I’m voting Democrat.’ Don’t you think that’s in there?”

Varney then mentioned a tech company on the verge of apparent death because the young people who worked tirelessly day and night for little to no pay, would now demand proper payment, thus killing the company. He mentioned Google… yes, that poor company that went out of business years ago because they had to pay people for the work they did.

“Let me take you back to Google,” Varney opined. “In the earlier days of Google, they had all kinds of youngsters, up and coming strivers, who would work day and night. That’s how they built the company. Tech startups with really a drive to succeed and climb that food chain.”

“Now if you bring this in, those high tech workers who started all these brilliant companies, they’ll be on the clock,” he insisted. “Instead of these overnight creative meetings, they’ll be saying, ‘Oh, I just exceeded my 40 hours, I’m due overtime. And if I don’t get it, I’m going to sue.'”

As More People Sign Up For Obamacare, Fox News Pray for Failure – Video

So, Megyn Kelly of the Fox Information Network invited a member of the Obama administration on her Fox Information Show. Her guest, Ezekiel Emanuel knows firsthand all there is to know about the Affordable Care Act also called Obamacare, because he was an intricate part of the whole process in getting the healthcare to the American people. He went to the Fox Information Network to share some information with their viewers, but the Fox host wasn’t interested in informing anyone in their audience. She couldn’t get past the fact that enrollees in the new healthcare law is short of the initial figures the administration quoted.

Apparently, this information is more important to the Fox than real information about the law.

I mean, come on. You invite the man with the information and all you’re interested in is trying to figure out if the law is falling short of its initial figures? This is the exact informative news Fox News viewers crave… apparently.

It Was Just A Matter of Time Before Fox Nuts Blamed Obama for Missing Malaysian Airline

It has been four days now since  a Malaysian airline vanished in the middle of a 2,700-mile trip to China. Multiple nations have since joined in the search for any possible details to help figure out what happened to the plane and the 227 passengers and 12 crew members on board. But for the good ole nuts over at Fox “News”  have already figured it all out.

Sean Hannity brought his guest on air to discuss the strange events surrounding the plane’s disappearance and the fact that there appeared to be two Iranian passengers on board with fake or stolen passports. One of Hannity’s guest, Angela McGlowan, couldn’t resist the urge to mention president Obama and his foreign policy on Iran, as if that had anything to do with the plane’s disappearance.

Another guest on the program took issue to the way Angela tried to bring the President into the whole Malaysian/Iran discussion and called her out on the show. But Hannity couldn’t let the President be defended, so he continued Angela’s argument that because of the President’s foreign policy with Iran, that the two passengers with fake or stolen passports would not have been on that Malaysian flight.

Of course he was quick to say that he wasn’t blaming the President, but… talk about the President and his foreign policy anyway. You know, mention the president in the same paragraph or sentence with the plane’s disappearance and hope that some in the audience put it all together.

Crazy, yea, I know. But we are talking about nuts at Fox!

Republican – “Overfed” Dominicans in New York are Abusing Food Stamps as a “Fat Pill” – Video

On the Fox News’ Hannity program last night, a panel was assembled to talk about food stamps. Using a story about a 29-year-old California surfer who is abusing the food stamp program while dining of lobsters, Sean Hannity asked his panel to respond to the lifestyle of the surfer.

‘Vice’ co-founder Gavin McInnes took issue with the premise of Hannity’s question and immediately suggested that white people are not the ones abusing the food stamp program. His conclusion? The abuse is happening because of “black Dominicans” in New York who are using food stamps as a “fat pill.”

During a panel discussion, Hannity asked his guests to respond to a 29-year-old California surfer who had allegedly been using the food stamp program instead of getting a job.

“This guy doesn’t personify the problem,” McInnes opined. “You see a middle-class white surfer kid. Here in New York, Dominicans go to the grocery store with their food stamps and the barrels that they ship back to the Dominican Republic are available at the grocery store.”

“But it’s more palatable to use this surfer than it is to use people who represent the problem here,” he said.

After another guest stated that “obesity is a big problem” when it comes to the food stamps, and the ease of  “access to in these stores that accept food stamps,” McInnes shot back, “yeah, the sheer volume of it. It’s just a fat pill.”

Finally! Fox News on The Right Side Of an Issue – Video

Fox News Megyn Kelly summed it up well when talking to Brit Hume about the Arizona Discrimination Bill.

“I look at this bill and I wonder whether this is … an overreaction [by religious] people who feel under attack on this score, and in the end, they may have struck back in a way that’s deeply offensive to many and potentially dangerous to folks who are gay and lesbians and need medical services and other services being denied potentially.”
