Lawsuit Filed Against Donald Trump

They are standing up against the bullying tactics of Donald Trump. Three protesters who say they were harmed at a Donald Trump posse gathering have filed a lawsuit against Trump and his campaign.

The suit was filed Thursday on behalf of three protesters seen being pushed by angry crowd members at a March 1 Louisville rally.

“Each time he said ‘get them out,’ Trump intended for his supporters to use unwanted, harmful physical violence to remove protesters,” the suit reads

Violence at Trump rallies, at least two of which involved audience members sucker punching protesters as they were being led away, have raised questions about whether the Republican front-runner’s speeches and tone are inciting supporters. Trump has denied that he condones violence.

The lawsuit filed Thursday was on behalf of Kashiya Nwanguma, a 21-year-old college student; Molly Shah, a 36-year-old activist; and Henry Brousseau, a 17-year-old high school student.

Another Donald Trump Executive Arrested for Beating Up a Woman

The mother of two was on the receiving end of some unwelcome aggression from another Donald Trump executive.

The executive who helps run Donald Trump’s hotel chain was arrested for attacking a young mother outside his ritzy downtown Brooklyn condo.

Nathan Crisp was charged with misdemeanor assault for repeatedly slamming a 27-year-old mother of two against the sidewalk during a clash outside his doorman building on Gold St. on Easter Sunday.

Victim Sheneik McCallum claims she pulled over outside the Avalon Fort Greene condo tower to make sure one of her infants was secured into a baby seat when Crisp yelled at her to get off private property.

Yea, you’ve heard and seen the video of Trump’s campaign manager assaulting a reporter. This story isn’t about that situation, it’s about another one of Trump’s

After the two continued to quarrel, Crisp, 34, allegedly blocked the young mom’s car with his own vehicle and attacked her, according to community advocate Tony Herbert. He threw her to the ground twice, according to cops.

Crisp was taken into custody shortly after the attack and given a desk appearance ticket, according to police. He is due to answer the misdemeanor charges in court on May 2.

Poll – Democrats’ Chance of Winning Better with Bernie – #BetterWithBernie

A new Quinnipiac University poll finds that in a general election match up, Senator Bernie Sanders has a better chance of beating any of the Republican candidates than Secretary Hillary Clinton.

Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton would beat Trump by a 53 to 33 percent margin, pollsters found. She would also top Cruz by a 21 points and edge Kasich by 5 points.

Bernie Sanders’s victory margin over Trump, meantime, would be 24 points, 56 to 32 percent. He would beat Cruz by 28 points and Kasich by 10 points.

The telephone survey was conducted from March 22 through March 29, ending as Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, was charged with battery. It was completed before the businessman’s comments on abortion sparked a firestorm.

Donald Trump Supporter Yells – “Kill Muslims, Kill Them All” – Video

An apparent Donald Trump supporter went to the streets of Michigan and shouted his desire to kill all Muslims! Maybe this is the man’s audition for a role in a Trump cabinet!

In the video, recorded Sunday, March 27, near Rosa Parks Circle, the man can be seen yelling at people across Monroe Center.

“Kill Muslims!” the man is heard yelling. “Kill them all! Kill them all!” As he walks away, he adds “Kill you all. Kill the Muslims.”

The man goes on to chant “Trump! Trump! Trump! Trump!” He punctuates each by pushing a fist into the air.

The video was uploaded to Facebook by Candy Valenzuela, who wrote that the man was shouting at a “group of muslims preaching knowledge.”

This just happened right in front of my eyes. A group of muslims preaching knowledge and this guy walks by and just starts yelling! If you cant hear it clearly, at the end he starts yelling Trump! After the video he actually walked by them, tried to swing, missed and fell! 😂😂 #racismstillexist

Donald Accuses Cruz of Buying the Rights to Melania Trump’s Nude Photo

And just when you thought the Republicans couldn’t figure out how to take their presidential campaign to new lows, Donald Trump accuses Ted Cruz of buying the rights to Melania Trump’s nude GQ cover photo.

“From what I hear, he and his campaign went out and bought the cover shoot. Melania did a cover story for ‘GQ,’ a very strong modeling picture. No big deal,” Trump said on ABC’s “This Week.”

“But it was a cover story for ‘GQ,’ a big magazine. And it was, you know, fine. And from what I hear, somebody bought the rights to it and he was the one or his campaign bought the rights and they gave it to the super PAC.”

Trump said Cruz knew about the ad, adding he started the latest fight between the two. Last week, Trump threatened to “spill the beans” on Cruz’s wife in response to the ad featuring Melania Trump. He then shared a tweet featuring a photo of his wife next to a photo of Cruz’s wife, stating, “A picture is worth a thousands words.”

Cruz has denied knowing anything about the ad, and called it deplorable on Sunday.

Terror Reminds Us of What’s At Stake

Just when it looked like we were going to spend the spring being subjected to the GOP food fight about wives and Supreme Court blockades and keeping swarthy people out of the country, along comes a cold sweat, fear-inducing, terror-in-the-night event in Belgium to focus us on what’s really at stake in this election.

So let me be clear: Hillary Clinton is far and away the best, most knowledgeable, temperamentally suited candidate to lead this country through our foreign policy challenges. The Republicans will talk about Benghazi and e-mails, but when push comes to shove, and it already has, Clinton has the smarts and the cold-eyed sense of reality that befits a Commander-in-Chief.

To prove the point, Donald Trump revealed the members of his foreign policy advice team prior to the attacks, and the response was overwhelmingly negative, to the extent that many in the Republican Party are genuinely afraid at what advice Trump is receiving. Even if he shifts to more established experts in the fall, how can he change his positions and make them stick, given the nature of what he’s said so far? Further, Trump also said that he would be in favor of having the United States pare back its influence and footprint in Japan and South Korea at a time when China is making aggressive moves in what it considers to be its back yard. He is clearly a man who has not thought through many of his policies, and he continues to act as though the world will tremble and submit to his will should he (shudder) ever become president.

I’m not sure if Ted Cruz’s policies are worse, but they certainly aren’t better than Trump’s. Cruz’s default strategy is to carpet bomb a group that has embedded itself into the fabric of a community it was once devoted to. This would result in a huge number of civilian casualties and the deaths of thousands of innocent people. He now wants to add a totalitarian element to his policy that would enable law enforcement officials to patrol and secure Muslim neighborhoods in the United States.

I understand patrol, as bad as that is, but what does secure mean? Since most Americans who are radicalized are done so over the Internet, does that mean an extra layer of surveillance? Wiretapping? Issuing subpoenas to service providers to give up Internet browsing histories? Other chillingly McCarthyistic ideas?

The world is a very dangerous place and made more dangerous by people who talk tough with little thought behind their words. Defeating ISIS and other radicals will take time and it will require that the United States have a clear, sober, realistic strategy to carry out. Neither of the GOP front-runners has such a strategy.

The “Burning of Judas” Festival Burns Donald Trump Effigy Instead – Video

It’s a week-long festival in Mexico to celebrate Easter and part of that festival is the ‘Burning of Judas,’ where effigies of the man who betrayed Jesus are burned in the street. But this year, residents in Mexico are using effigies in the image and likeness of Republican front-runner, Donald Trump to represent Judas!

And rightly so.

Poll – Some Republican Women Want a Sexist President

According to a new CNN poll, almost 75 percent of registered American women voters oppose Donald Trump. The other 25 percent are obviously Republican women who see nothing wrong with a little or a lot of sexism in their presidential candidate.

The poll released Thursday, taken before the spat with rival Ted Cruz over his wife, found that 73 percent of registered female voters in the United States had an unfavorable view of Trump. That’s in line with a Reuters poll from last week that found more than half of American women hold a “very unfavorable” view of the billionaire.

“That gives him a huge number of voters he has to make up from somewhere,” said American University political science professor Karen O’Connor. “And I don’t know where they will come from.”

Opposition to Trump among women also extends to the GOP. A recent NBC/Wall Street Journal poll found that 47 percent of Republican women could not see themselves supporting Trump, a number significantly higher than for any other GOP candidate.

“It further highlights the calamity that a Donald Trump nomination would be,” said Doug Heye, a former Republican National Committee aide who opposes Trump.

Trump’s Voice is Heard in Sick Video Promoting Brussels Terrorist Attacks

The nine minute video was released just days after the deadly terrorist attacks in Brussels, where 30 innocent lives were lost. And in the video, which was produced by Al Battar Media, Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump played a cameo role for the terrorist sympathizers.

While a map of Europe burns, Trump is heard  on the video saying;

“Brussels was one of the great cities, the most beautiful cities in the world 20 years ago. It was amazing, actually, and safe. And now it’s a horror show.”

I will not show the video here, but if you really want to see it, the YouTube video is here.

AIPAC Slams Donald Trump for his Anti-Obama Comments

Donald Trump used his American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) speech yesterday to further some of his campaign noise, noise that included his usual knock against President Obama. And while some of his noise fell on a few welcoming ears in the audience, the organizers and president of AIPAC later issued a statement, rebuking Trump and his comments against President Obama, calling those comments divisive.

“Last evening, something occurred which has the potential to drive us apart, to divide us,” AIPAC President Lillian Pinkus said during the final day of the organization’s annual policy conference in Washington. “We say, unequivocally, that we do not countenance ad hominem attacks, and we take great offense against those that are levied against the president of the United States of America from our stage.

“While we may have policy differences, we deeply respect the office of the United States and our president, Barack Obama,” she added to resounding applause. “There are people in our AIPAC family who were deeply hurt last night, and for that we are deeply sorry.

“We are disappointed that so many people applauded a sentiment that we neither agree with or condone.”

The comments were a clear shot at Trump, the Republican presidential front-runner, who appeared on the same stage barely more than 12 hours before.

Donald Trump Explains Why He Degrades Women – Video

According to the new leader of the Republican Party, there is really nothing to see here. It’s all for show folks. It’s all part of the act. His degrading comments about women is just part of “show business.”

And based on his HUGE popularity in the Republican Party, Trump has figured out this act and the things he need to say to keep his support in the party.

“He speaks like me and says the things I say,” is the quote you will hear from many Republicans – even some in Congress – when asked to explain their support for Trump. So one can reason that sexist remarks about women is common language with Republican.

Well if degrading women is just “show business,” Donald Trump is very good at what he does. His sexist comments about women should win him some kind of award.

Republicans love him though.

Meet The Press will No Longer Allow Trump to “Phone In” his Interviews

Major news outlets have basically held Donald Trump by the hand and led him straight to the door of the Republican nomination for president. A recent study showed that Trump has benefited from over $1 Billion in free press from news outlets due to their insatiable appetite for drama.

Well count your blessings America. It seems the media gravy-train Donald Trump has enjoyed since his announcement to run for President last June, is slowing down. In addition to Fox News’ Chris Wallace, Chuck Todd from NBC’s Meet The Press is now saying he will no longer allow Donald Trump to “phone in” his interviews.

Chuck Todd, host of NBC’s Sunday morning political talk show, Meet the Press, told The New York Times he will no longer allow Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump to call in to the show in lieu of appearing on camera, taking away a media advantage that has been solely granted to Trump thus far this campaign season.

Trump has dominated the Sunday morning political talk shows since the beginning of 2015, appearing more than any other candidate, (63 times) including 28 interviews by phone — a privilege the shows have not allowed any of the other four remaining presidential candidates. Media critics, who say the format gives Trump an upper hand, have called out the practice noting that allowing him to interview by phone “is a signal of the extent to which the television cable networks contort themselves to accommodate Trump.”

According to a March 20 New York Times column, NBC’s Chuck Todd told The Times‘ Jim Rutenberg that he “will no longer allow Mr. Trump to do prescheduled interviews by phone.” Rutenberg noted that Fox’s Chris Wallace has also refused to allow Trump to phone in.

Did I mention that Trump has just about wrapped up the Republican nomination? The phrase “too little, too late” is appropriate right about now.
