Black Protestor Covered in Blood at Trump Event – Vido

The man who Republicans want to be the next president of the United States, have a strange effect on his white supporters when it comes to blacks and other minorities at his posse events. It began with these protesters being shouted down by Trump’s supporters and now, the posse at these events have apparently graduated to physical violence against the protesters.

The African-American man is a locally-known activist named Anthony Cage. He became a local activist against police violence and racism after the killing of unarmed black teen, Michael Brown, in 2014, by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.

Cage can be seen with his hands bound by plastic ties, being taken to an ambulance by St. Louis police officers. According to reporter Junius Randolph, Cage was not under arrest and was released after his wounds were treated.

The incident occurred at a racially-charged event that had thousands of Trump supporters lined up to hear the former reality television star-turned politician speak.

Tensions were high and Trump supporters were caught on video screaming profanities and hateful rhetoric at protesters. Cage can be seen on a megaphone and getting jostled into a crowd during a confrontation between Trump supporters and demonstrators, but it’s unclear how he ends up getting hurt.

Rubio Admits – His Immigration Policy Would Have Kept His Parents in Cuba

Marco Rubio, trying to save his presidential campaign, did a town hall on MSNBC Wednesday night and was asked a question by an audience member: “If you were to institute your merit-based immigration policy, wouldn’t you be, I mean, shutting out people like your parents?”

Rubio replied, “Yeah, well, you wouldn’t shut them out, but it’s a different process. My parents came in 1956. The world is a different place from 1956.

“When my parents arrived in the U.S. in 1956, my dad had a fourth-grade education, maybe. My mom had about the same. If they came today under those circumstances, they would really struggle to succeed.”

Rubio said that “unless you have a certain level of skill or education, it’s very hard to find a sustainable job” in the 21st-century economy.

“So we always change policies when times change, and immigration policy’s no different,” he added.

“And so, today in the 21st century, the immigration policy has to be primarily based on merit. That doesn’t mean everyone’s a PhD; it does mean when you come in you should be able to prove what skills you’ll be able to bring to the U.S.”

Marco Rubio Gets ZERO Delegates in Tuesday’s Vote

A big fat ZERO! But if you listen to the Rubio campaign, there is still hope for Rubio’s failed campaign. The campaign apparently believes that Florida will decide the winner of the entire  Republican nomination process. All the voting before and after Florida, doesn’t matter.

Rubio’s night began by missing the 15-percent threshold for receiving any delegates in Michigan and Mississippi.

He took about 5 percent of the vote in Mississippi and 9 percent in Michigan, running fourth out of four GOP presidential contenders in both states.

Rubio took 18 percent in Idaho, missing the 20-percent threshold for delegates.

Rubio again missed on delegates in Hawaii by placing third.

Rubio sits in a distant third in delegates, hundreds behind Trump and Cruz. He has pinned all of his hopes on his home state, telling supporters that the winner in Florida will likely take the party’s nomination.

Ninety-nine delegates are up for grabs in next Tuesday’s winner-take-all contest in Florida, a significant amount for any candidate seeking the Republican presidential nomination.

DNC Almost Kicked Mayor out Of Democratic Debate Because he Supports Sanders

Buzzfeed is reporting that Jim Fouts of Warren Michigan was almost kicked out of Sunday’s Democratic debate in Flint MI, because he showed support for Bernie Sanders. Fouts, who was sitting behind Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, said he was complimenting Sen. Bernie Sanders. But staffers for the DNC said Fouts was “being very disruptive.”

The mayor said he and his assistant were pulled aside by security during a commercial break and were told that people had asked for him to be removed.

“The sergeant-at-arms said, ‘The people that run this want you ejected, they don’t want you here,’” Fouts said.

When asked if it was Wasserman Schultz making the request, Fouts said, “The security guy said, ‘Don’t say I said it.’”

Fouts, an Independent mayor who attended both the Republican and Democratic debates in his home state, commented on the noticeable differences between the two events.

Right Wing Nut Say – “there is a high degree of racism against Donald Trump” – Audio

Racism… against Donald Trump! That little piece of nonsense comes straight from the bowel of Michael Savage, a right-wing nut-job and an avid Donald Trump supporter who calls himself the “architect of Trump’s message.” Savage thinks Donald Trump is facing “racism” because… Trump is a rich man!

And who are these anti-Trump racists? Why, they’re “the deviants, the perverts, the intellectual haters of America, the losers who are jealous of anybody who has succeeded,” Savage explained.

“A tremendous degree of racism is being directed at Donald Trump and he is expressing certainly no racial issues, none whatsoever; he is expressing nationalist issues, not racist issues,” Savage said. “But the perverted, deviant left is so twisted in their thinking that anyone who stands up for our borders, our language and our culture is to these sickos a racist.”

He said that these liberals “hate Trump” more than murderers, rapists and Al Qaeda terrorists “because liberalism is a mental disorder.”

China Hating Trump Sold Immigration Visas to Chinese Investors

It’s business as usual for the businessman turn Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump. And seeing an opportunity to basically sell immigration visas to Chinese investors, Trump reportedly pocketed millions.

Bloomberg reports that a “Sopranos”-themed video with Chinese subtitles was used to attract the investors through a controversial immigrant visa program for the building, which bears the name of Trump, who has strongly criticized China throughout his presidential campaign for taking away jobs and money from the U.S.

The EB-5 visa program, which provides mostly Chinese nationals a two-year visa and chance at residency for those investing at least $500,000 in a project aimed at creating jobs, has been of concern to critics who characterize it as the U.S. selling visas to those without proven skills.

Bloomberg quoted the US Immigration Fund, which said the Trump Bay Street luxury rental apartment building raised $50 million, roughly a quarter of its overall funding, from loans through the EB-5 program, mostly from Chinese investors.

Hitler-Like – Donald Trump Made Crowd Raise Their Right Hand to Support Him – Video

Sometimes you wonder if Donald Trump is really this clueless that he would ask his supporters to “raise your right hand” and asked them to vow to come out in support of his campaign for President. The request and image of all those raised right hands is reminiscent of another sad time in history, a time the rest of the world would love to forget.

Voters Scratch the 35 Year Itch

I think I understand why more than a third of Republican voters are fed up with the Republican Party and are supporting Donald Trump for president (including this list of august personalities who have endorsed the man). The GOP has played lip service to the small government, socially conservative crowd for decades without really committing serious national resources to break the grip that the wealthy have on the party. These voters want someone who won’t compromise and who will follow through on the time-tested xenophobia and intolerance that’s a hallmark of this country’s past. What a message.

And now they have their man. Perhaps. Saturday’s caucus and primary results saw a slowing of the Trump train at the hands of none other than the candidate the party regulars despise only less so than the Donald. That would be Ted Cruz.

Be very careful what you wish for Mitt.

It’s been 35 years since Ronald Reagan’s election ushered in the great conservative reaction to almost 50 years of Democratic-liberal rule. As the country, and certainly the GOP, moved harder to the right and the tax cuts moved more swiftly into the hands of the already wealthy, social conservatives wanted more action.

What they got was the old country club Republican brushoff. Now the guy that built all of the country clubs wants to be president. The irony is ironic.

But the nomination is not Trump’s yet. Ted Cruz is running a solid campaign and is now most likely the candidate best positioned to challenge Trump. The latest polls in Florida show that Marco Rubio’s best presidential opportunities lie in 2020 or beyond. Once he loses his home state next week, I expect him to drop out. Likewise John Kasich, who will get a taste of backyard defeat in Michigan and follow Rubio out the door by March 16. At that point, Trump will have 165 more delegates from those winner-take-all states, but his lead will not be insurmountable if Republicans rally around Cruz. The party wants Rubio and sees both Trump and Cruz as losers in November. So the question will come down to which guy you dislike least.

Again, quite a choice.

Of course, the Democrats are feeling similarly frisky after enduring 35 years of right-leaning government programs, which is why Bernie’s take-down-the-banks rhetoric is so powerful. Hillary looks downright boring by comparison, but she’ll still be the nominee. I’m sure she’ll add some of Sanders’ best lines to her campaign repertoire to appeal to the new, young voters that are now part of the political landscape.

We might have reached a crisis point in the campaign last week, with the seventh grade debate and Chris Christie cannon-balling into the race, then looking miserable about it. But despite the backlash against Romney’s jeremiad, there might be enough GOPers willing to search their souls and questions whether they really want Trump as their nominee.

The next 10 days will tell.

SNL – The Rise of Trump is like The Rise of Hitler – Video

It’s all fun and games until somebody gets hurt, and Saturday Night Live see a comparison to be made between Adolph Hitler and Donald Trump.

“Saturday Night Live” opened its latest show with election coverage from CNN’s “election center,” where “bona fide hunk” host Jake Tapper, played by cast member Beck Bennett, looked back at the “crazy week in politics.”

Highlights included the Super Tuesday press conference of GOP front-runner Donald Trump, played by Darrell Hammond.

“What a great, great night. I really am running the best campaign, aren’t I? The media is saying they haven’t seen anything like this, not since Germany in the 1930s,” Hammond says.

“I mean everyone loves me: racists, ugly racists, people who didn’t know they were racists.”

Republican New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who awkwardly stood behind Trump during the news conference, is not spared.

“Yes, sir. Thank you, sir. Please, sir, may I have another,” Bobby Moynihan, portraying Christie, says after being insulted.

How Donald Trump Spells Lying – “LYEN” – Video

The man is running for president of the United States AND he is leading in the Republican field. So, given that Republicans want the least qualified person in the nation to be their leader, Trump’s inability to spell is perfectly fine with them.

Appearing at a rally in Kansas today, Trump told the audience about some of his fellow liars running for the Republican nomination. Ted Cruz came to mind and Trump felt the need to emphasize just much lying Cruz does on the stump by spelling the word.

“How would you spell that? L-Y-E-N, with a big apostrophe,” Trump said.

Yes, he is running to be the most powerful man in the world, the leader of the free world! “LYEN!”
