Bernie Sanders – I’ll Be Trump’s “Worse Nightmare” If He Attacks Minorities

Sanders has fought for decades for the rights of all Americans, both economically and socially. And after seeing the Russia-elect win the US Election on Tuesday, Sanders is promising to continue the fight for all people if Trump continue his attack on minorities.

In a tweet, Sanders wrote; If Donald Trump takes people’s anger and turns it against Muslims, Hispanics, African Americans and women, we will be his worst nightmare.

Bernie later challenged Trump to abandon his “Muslim ban” campaign plan and his call to enact a “deportation force” to depart 11 million people.

“If Trump is serious about being a president for all Americans he must rescind his plans to ban Muslims and deport 11 million people.”

Millions Sign Petition to Elect Hillary Clinton President in December Meeting

An online petition is gaining signatures from all over the country. The petition is asking the Electoral College to vote for Hillary Clinton when the 270 voters meet in December to decide on the next president.

In fewer than 24 hours, an online petition asking the Electoral College to elect Hillary Clinton instead of Donald Trump for president of the United States has amassed over two million signatures.

“Mr. Trump is unfit to serve,” the petition argues. “His scapegoating of so many Americans, and his impulsivity, bullying, lying, admitted history of sexual assault, and utter lack of experience make him a danger to the Republic.”

“Secretary Clinton won the popular vote and should be president,” it continues. “The only reason Trump ‘won’ is because of the Electoral College. But the Electoral College can actually give the White House to either candidate. So why not use this most undemocratic of our institutions to ensure a democratic result?”

Melania Trump Meeting with First Lady Michelle Obama – #Plagiarism – PIC

Plagiarism or just Plain Ignorance?

Much ado was made about the first meeting between President Obama and Russian-elect, Donald Trump. But in the private quarters of the White House, the First Lady of the United States sat down with Melania Trump to go over a few things. No one really knows what the two women talked about, but here’s a good guess.

Republicans Played – Trump Removes “Muslim Ban” From His Website

I hate to say it, I really do. But Republicans have been suckered into thinking Donald Trump would do a bunch of things when he officially becomes president in January. After all, he ran an entire campaign telling his voters to expect these changes, and they voted for him expecting him to do what he promised.

One of those things Trump ran on is infamously called, the “Muslim Ban.” As unconstitutional as that sounds, Trump told his faithful followers that banning all Muslims from entering the United States – based solely on their religion – was the only way to stop violence in the United States. Now it seems as if Trump has washed that language from his website.

Gone from his site is also language about his potential Supreme Court justice picks and other economic reform plans.

Suckers!

The link to his Dec. 7 proposal titled: “Donald J. Trump statement on Preventing Muslim Immigration,” in which he called for “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States” vanished, along with his list of his potential Supreme Court justice picks as president and certain details of his economic, defense and regulatory reform plans.

The Trump campaign did not respond to multiple emails seeking comment on the website changes.

Donald Trump Supporter Wears Shirt about Lynching Journalists – PIC

At a Minnesota rally for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump today, Reuters Politics photographed one Trump supporter wearing a pretty provocative T-shirt.

I am pretty sure Donald Trump didn’t see this shirt, he would have brought the guy onstage and congratulated him on his outfit.

FBI Announces – There’s Nothing To See in New Clinton Emails

The announcement came just days before the 2016 presidential election between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. After arousing the Republicans’ manhood with news that more Clinton emails were found on Anthony Weiner’s computer, FBI Director James Comey has now announced that after reviewing the new emails, there will be no further charges to Mrs Clinton.

The pressure was intense. FBI Director James B. Comey had told legislators in late October — less than two weeks before the election — that the bureau’s work had resumed, igniting a firestorm of criticism that his revelation had affected the election. The agents’ work, at first, seemed endless. They had to use special software to sift through some 650,000 emails.

But on Sunday, just two days before the election, Comey announced that the team had news to share. After reviewing “all of the communications that were to or from Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State,” he wrote, investigators had “not changed our conclusions.”

The messages, U.S. officials familiar with the case said, were either personal or duplicative of those found earlier in the investigation.

Let’s Not Do This Again

What, really, is there to say? We have come to the end of a truly unique and disturbing Presidential election, and in the end, most people will reject Donald Trump’s twisted view of America and his repeated assertion that only he can fix our problems. Yes, I know that many on the left, and some on the right, are rightly appalled that he stayed so close in the race through November. Why isn’t Hillary Clinton trouncing him in the polls? What’s wrong with the Republican Party? Where’s the outrage?

The honest truth is that it was always going to be far more difficult electing a woman to the presidency. Overt sexism is alive and very well in the United States, and, more specifically, at Harvard University, and while I can’t say that it’s more or less virulent than racism, it does seem to manifest itself on a broader level in society. More people, it seems, see racism and treatment of African-Americans as more unjust, more obnoxious and more unfair than our historic treatment of women, and I think it’s because mistreatment of women cuts across all ethnic and racial groups. Seeing women as second class citizens and/or as sex objects is still a cultural norm.

That Hillary Clinton will likely become the first female president will be a significant milestone in the country’s development. She will have overcome an opponent who represents the worst of America and who reminds us that we are not a nation that wants to turn the clock back to a time when it was fine to refer to woman as inferior or to question someone’s judgement because of their ethnicity. Three debates and countless news stories have shown that Donald Trump is not the kind of person most people want to lead our country. It will be close. In the end, it won’t matter. Hillary will be the president and she will have the power of the office.

It will then be up to the Republicans to decide whether they want the country to move forward. Will they make good on their promise to block any Supreme Court nominee that Clinton send them? Will they threaten to shut down the government? Will they refuse to compromise on tax reform, immigration reform and background checks? We cannot afford four more years of one party believe that the other party’s presidents are somehow illegitimate. It’s time to move forward.

Make sure you get out and vote on Tuesday.

Top FBI Official Resigns Because of Comey’s Decision to Cozy Up to Republicans

When James Comey, Director of Federal Bureau of Investigation, decided to use the Federal Agency as a stool to prop up Donald Trump’s candidacy, he probably didn’t think Renaldo Tariche would resign because of that decision.

The head of the FBI’s Agent Association (FBIAA), Reynaldo Tariche, resigned tonight to work in the private sector in protest over Director Comey’s decision to use the FBI as a political tool on behalf of Donald Trump. “Importantly, we will not be used for political gains, and any implication that the FBI Special Agents are unwilling or incapable of performing effective investigations is simply false.’”

And quit he should. Comey’s behavior has been most unbecoming as the head of a federal law enforcement agency who is obligated to remain impartial for the good of our nation. The FBI has no idea what the emails that “may be pertinent” that were discovered on disgraced Congressman Anthony Weiner’s laptop actually contain; there was no need to alert Congress and doing so so close to an election is an obvious move to try to tip the scales in favor of the most unqualified and morally abhorrent candidate our nation has ever seen.

Unemployment Falls to 4.9% – 73 Consecutive Months of Job Growth

If you listen to Trump and his Republican party, you would think the United States of America is worse than a third world country. Yes, there is always room for progress, but considering the most recent economic report, things are not as bad as they would have you believe.

The economy added 161,000 jobs in October, a solid gain, suggesting it is maintaining its healthy and steady pace.

Jobs added during the previous month were also revised up substantially by the Labor Department. It is the last look at the health of the economy for Americans voters before they cast their ballots next week.

Unemployment fell a tick to 4.9%. That’s down by half since 2009, when unemployment peaked at 10%.

October’s gains marked the 73rd consecutive month of job gains for the U.S. economy.

Ted Cruz Campaigns for Donald Trump – Won’t Even Say Trump’s Name

Ted Cruz finally joined the Trump campaign Thursday, but apparently the campaign forgot to mention that campaigning for the man means telling people who the man is.

The Texas senator stumped for Trump for the first time on Thursday, joining Trump’s running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, on the trail in Iowa. But Cruz could not bring himself to so much as say Trump’s name onstage.

Instead, he dedicated his speech to slamming the Affordable Care Act and warning of what Hillary Clinton’s appointments to the Supreme Court would mean for Americans.

“Putting a Republican in the White House and keeping a Republican Senate is the whole enchilada,” Cruz said. “We are one liberal justice away from losing our constitutional rights.”

Republican John Kasich Votes… For John McCain

He has his ways, after all he is a Republican. But John Kasich  is probably the most sensible Republican alive today. For example, he recently went to the polls and voted… for John McCain.

Ohio Gov. John Kasich voted Monday for 2008 Republican nominee John McCain instead of for 2016 Republican nominee Donald Trump.

Kasich wrote in McCain’s name at the top of the ticket, Kasich spokesman Chris Schrimpf said, on his absentee ballot.
Kasich ran against Trump for the Republican nomination, and has been a prominent holdout ever since dropping out of the race in May. He has long promised not to support Trump in November, but he had not previously said who he planned to support instead.
