Keith Olbermann continues leading The Resistance against the failure in the White House, with another epic edition detailing “some” of the individuals and organizations who have called it quits on Trump!

And again, I agree!
Keith Olbermann made this statement on one of his “The Resistance” episode posted on YouTube. According to Olbermann, when it comes to the president of the United States threatening our freedoms, heritage or way of life, wanting that president to fail is perfectly okay, even if it means the president ends up destroying himself and his presidency.
“Ordinarily, the last thing in the world any American would want is a leader bent on destroying himself and ending his presidency. But the threat to our freedoms, our heritage, our way of life, our lives themselves, is so overwhelming and unprecedented, that putting aside the almost immeasurable anger and resentment this childish, petulant, selfish man engenders, it is still with genuine sadness that we must look at his self-destruction and say it simply and resolutely, better him than our country.”
Olbermann began this episode of The Resistance by apologizing to the rest of the world for the mistake America made, a mistake called Donald Trump.
“Let me apologies again to the world, particularly the United Kingdom on behalf of the United States of America,” Olberman said. He continued. “Donald Trump is not of sound mind. We are working to correct the problem as soon as possible.”
Olbermann then went on to explain why Donald Trump, who Keith referred to as “our national embarrassment, our international disgrace” would have already been fired if he worked this incompetently anywhere else in the private industry.
“His complete incompetence, his complete failure, and his complete inability to see his incompetence and his failure, is anything except personal brilliance, would get him fired everywhere from the boardroom at Microsoft to the deep fryer at McDonald’s.”

Never one to hold his silence on matters of importance, Keith Olbermann did not mince words when it was revealed that Donald Trump gave Russian officials Classified Intelligence during their Oval Office meeting last week.
Trump’s own words confirmed the multiple reports that he revealed classified information to the Russians. In his twitter rant, Trump claimed presidential privilege as the reason, saying that as president, he has “absolute right” to give Russia the classified intelligence.
As President I wanted to share with Russia (at an openly scheduled W.H. meeting) which I have the absolute right to do, facts pertaining to terrorism and airline flight safety. Humanitarian reasons, plus I want Russia to greatly step up their fight against ISIS & terrorism.”
Trump and his White House Minions were taken aback, yet again, by the universal outrage to his intelligence disclosure. Naturally, they tried to divert blame, saying that instead of focusing on what Trump did, we should all be damning the person who leaked the details of the meeting to the press.
Let’s weigh those options – Trump giving Russia America’s classified intelligence, or getting angry with the person who leaked information about the meeting to the press. I’m grateful to the person who brought this info to light.
Keith Olbermann is grateful to that person too. In defense of that person, Olbermann told Trump exactly what he thinks about him.”
“YOU are the leaker, you stupid, pea-brained, motherfucking traitor,” Olbermann said. “RESIGN.”

The President of the United States and his minions in the White House are “looking” at limiting the First Amendment rights of Americans. Amazing as that statement sounds, that is exactly what White House Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus said on a Sunday show when asked if Trump wants to the ability to “sue” the New York Times for its reporting.
“This is something that is being looked at,” Priebus eventually said when asked, although not directly, if suppressing the First Amendment right of The New York Times is on the horizon.
Olbermann took issues with this apparent White House stance and broke down the Constitution and the First Amendment to the so-called president.
Besides Donald Trump’s many wars – war on immigrants, war on the media, war on women, war on common decency to name a few – Donald Trump’s war against the intelligence committee has begun. It begun when the president of the United States foolishly decided that the very folks keeping him informed on national security and foreign threats to the United States, those people are the enemy. And from the looks of things, the intelligence committee is winning.

Keith Olbermann sat before the camera once again and dug into the United States Constitution, more specifically, Amendment 25, Section 4. Olbermann explains “how to remove Trump as POTUS without really trying.”

Keith Olbermann, one of the strongest Progressives ever to work at MSNBC and the man who singlehandedly brought the network back from the obyss, was knocked by Joe Scarborough today, years after Olbermann left the network.
Posing a question to Bloomberg’s Mark Halperin, Joe wanted to know why Fox News dumped their support for Marco Rubio and is now in favor of Donald Trump. In asking his question, Joe sourced a New York Times article claiming that Fox News had “abandoned” Rubio. Joe called this Rubio abandonment “shocking,” because, he “had never seen a candidate treated better by any network, other than MSNBC bowing and scraping to Barack Obama 2008.”
The MSNBC host then went into his Olbermann impersonation.

Mediaite is reporting the possible return of Keith Olbermann to MSNBC, jump starting his “Countdown” program and using the 8pm time slot currently occupied by Chris Hayes. In an exclusive posting, Joe Concha at Mediaite states;
A well-placed source now informs me that a meeting has been set between Olbermann and Lack to discuss his return to the network and his old 8:00 PM slot. This arrangement was something that Mediaite’s Andrew Kirell first wrote about as a rumor in July; when asked for comment, a network executive with knowledge close to the situation tells me, “It is patently untrue.”
Said source indicates the impetus for the conversation is to jumpstart sagging ratings under Hayes, which despite an Emmy win this year has been a consistent drag on the rest of primetime since launching on April Fools Day in 2013. At one point this year in May, the show averaged only 74k in the demo, making it the worst performing MSNBC program at 8:00 PM since 2005. And given Olbermann is now a free agent after leaving ESPN again in July (Note: on good terms if the company’s farewell statement is any indication), he appears to be the only remedy for Lack.
