Facebook Removes Trump’s Ad Featuring NAZI Symbol

Daily News reports that Facebook removed an ad from President Trump’s reelection campaign on Thursday that featured a symbol used by the Nazis to label political prisoners in Adolf Hitler’s concentration camps, saying the inflammatory post violated the platform’s “policy against organized hate.”

The disturbing ad, which was launched Wednesday, calls on users to sign a petition hailing Trump’s “decision to declare ANTIFA a Terrorist Organization” because “dangerous MOBS of far-left groups are running through our streets and causing absolute mayhem.”

12 Year Old Girl Streams Her Suicide on Facebook

Shame and embarrassment after being sexually abused by a relative most likely caused her deadly decision. The shocking video was broadcast in December.

In the video, Katelyn Nicole Davis claims she was physically and sexually abused by a relative then lets the camera roll as she hangs herself in her back garden.

Katelyn, a student at Cedartown Middle School in Polk County, Georgia, US, broadcast it on social media on December 30 but it was later removed from her page.

It was later posted on other websites, including Facebook.

According to reports, the 20-minute video was filmed in her backyard and played out as a woman’s voice was heard calling her name in the distance.

Polk County police department has been inundated with requests from people as far away as Britain to get versions being shared online taken down.

Police chief Kenny Dodd told Fox5 that he was first contacted about the video by an officer from California who saw it on the night of her death.

He said Polk County cops had contacted several sites and urged them to take it down, but they had refused.

He added: “We want it down as much as anyone for the family and it may be harmful to other kids. We contacted some of the sites.

“They asked if they had to take it down and by law they don’t. But it’s just the common decent thing to do in my opinion.”

Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg Calls Shooting of Philando Castile “Heartbreaking”

Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, called the shooting aftermath of yet another black man gunned down by police and live-streamed on Facebook, “heartbreaking.”

“My heart goes out to the Castile family and all the other families who have experienced this kind of tragedy,” Zuckerberg wrote in a Facebook post.

“The images we’ve seen this week are graphic and heartbreaking, and they shine a light on the fear that millions of members of our community live with every day,” he wrote.

While cellphone video of police-involved shootings has become more prevalent in recent years in addition to security camera or dashboard footage, the aftermath of Wednesday’s shooting of Castile in Minnesota was live-streamed by his fiancee.

Diamond Reynolds streamed the moments after the shooting, as Castile slumped next to her in the front of the car, his white shirt soaked with blood and the officer standing a few feet away outside, his gun still drawn. The woman’s 4-year-old daughter sat in the back seat. Castile later died.

“While I hope we never have to see another video like Diamond’s, it reminds us why coming together to build a more open and connected world is so important — and how far we still have to go,” Zuckerberg said

This Comment on Dylann Roof’s Facebook Photo Has Gone Viral – PIC

Moments after it was known that Dylann Roof committed the horrendous act of murdering nine people in a South Carolina Church, people took to the internet to learn more about the racist 21-year-old. Facebook was naturally one avenue for information on the killer and before his Facebook profile was eventually taken down, one man found Roof’s profile and left the only comment on this picture of Dylann Roof:

The man who left the sole comment on Roof’s photo is Marcus Stanley, a 30-year-old who, according to his website, was also shot eight times in the past.

Below is Marcus’ comment on Roof’s picture:

Republican Congresswoman Tries to Explain Why Her Facebook Followers Love Obamacare

You knew this was going to happen. Ever since the Republican Congresswoman took to Facebook and asked her followers to post their horror stories about Obamacare and getting mostly positive comments in return, Congresswoman McMorris Rodgers went silent, trying to find a way to paint these positive Obamacare stories as anything but positive.

Well, this is the best the Republican congresswoman had when explaining why her followers loved Obamacare so much. According to McMorris, the parts of the law her followers love are the parts Republicans agree with.

“The stories are largely around pre-existing conditions and those that are getting health insurance up to age 26,” she said. “That’s broad, bipartisan support for those provisions.”

The congresswoman has voted multiple times to repeal the health care law in its entirety, most recently in February on a resolution offered by Alabama Republican Bradley Byrne that would eliminate all aspects of the law, including the pre-existing condition and age 26 provisions. The resolution has not been put to a vote by the Senate.

Again, McMorris has voted numerous times to repeal the law in its entirety, including the “bipartisan” parts. I will file this McMorris person under the “total fail” category!

Instagram Intentionally Deletes Millions of User Accounts

I just checked, my account is still up and running. Whew! I started the account over 2 years ago and I’m yet to share my first post. I should really share something…

But Rapper Akon lost more then half his followers in what has been dubbed the “Instagram rapture.”

Photo-sharing app Instagram has removed millions of accounts believed to be posting spam, angering many legitimate users.

People who lost a lot of followers criticised the action, dubbing it the “Instagram Rapture”.

Like its parent company Facebook, Instagram routinely removes accounts to limit spam and prevent users buying followers to appear more popular.

Rapper Akon reportedly lost 56% of his followers in the cull.

Figures collated by developer Zach Allia – not affiliated to Instagram – totted up the impact of the purge on the site’s top 100 accounts.

The big losers were Justin Bieber (minus 3,538,228 followers), and an online marketing specialist called Wellington Campos, which lost 3,284,304 followers overnight.

One account, chiragchirag78, lost 99% of his followers – 3,660,460 – before he himself was deleted.

Instagram’s own account on the site lost 18,880,211 followers overnight.

‘Omg’
Instagram had warned its users that the deletion was coming in a blog post earlier this month.

“We’ve been deactivating spammy accounts from Instagram on an ongoing basis to improve your experience,” wrote chief executive and founder Kevin Systrom.

“As part of this effort, we will be deleting these accounts forever, so they will no longer be included in follower counts. This means that some of you will see a change in your follower count.”

John Boehner Getting Crucified on His Facebook Page For Telling Another Lie

The Republican Leader of the House of Representatives thought he was on safe ground when he decided to write a post on his verified Facebook page, claiming “House Republicans have protected 98% of Americans from permanent tax increases.”

For those of you following politics, you already know that the only “Americans” Republicans have fought to protect are the top 2% – the millionaires and billionaires among us. Republicans have, however, gone out of their way to make sure the middle class and poor suffer!

After posting his lie on Facebook, informed Americans began letting the Republican speaker know their feelings, some of them even calling him a “liar,” and seeing their response is a wonderful sight to behold.

Here are some of what these Americans had to say;

And there’s more! Page after page of informed Americans telling Boehner what they think of him and the Republicans in Congress!

I bet he wouldn’t try that again!

My day just got a lot happier!

Facebook Founder will Donate $25Million To Fight Ebola

In a personal Facebook message, Mark Zuckerburg said he and his wife Priscilla “are donating $25 million to the Centers for Disease Control Foundation to help fight Ebola.

“The Ebola epidemic is at a critical turning point. It has infected 8,400 people so far, but it is spreading very quickly and projections suggest it could infect 1 million people or more over the next several months if not addressed.

“We need to get Ebola under control in the near term so that it doesn’t spread further and become a long term global health crisis that we end up fighting for decades at large scale, like HIV or polio.

“We believe our grant is the quickest way to empower the CDC and the experts in this field to prevent this outcome.

“Grants like this directly help the frontline responders in their heroic work. These people are on the ground setting up care centers, training local staff, identifying Ebola cases and much more.

“We are hopeful this will help save lives and get this outbreak under control.

Three Adults Arrested for Child Abuse – Posted Video of Abuse on Facebook

The child abuse shown in the 6 minutes video is totally wrong. But the ignorance displayed by the three adults by posting the video on Facebook was dumb beyond words.

The video of the child abuse has since been taken down from the Facebook page, but not before getting over 8600 views and getting the attention of law enforcement. The mother of the child, along with two other adults were arrested.

The video shows the child being hit with a belt over 50 times and smacked in the face. The mother is heard threatening to share the video on Facebook and saying she does not care if viewers call Child Protection Services about the incident.

According to Prosecutor David Leyton, “the law says that you can administer ‘reasonable’ physical force upon a child for disciplinary purposes. I think this was ‘unreasonable.’”

“The adults in this case clearly went beyond what is a reasonable level of ‘parental discipline,’” he continued. “What the video in this case reveals is a group of adults whose actions were a criminal assault against a child and that behavior cannot be condoned nor allowed under the law.”

The child’s mother Demitria Powell, as well as Stefon Felton and Uteas Taylor  are charged with third degree child abuse, conspiracy to commit child abuse in the third degree, and third degree child abuse committed in the presence of another child.
