#JebCanFixIt Endorses Ted Cruz

That’s how you do it Jeb! Show that sum-um-a-beiaich how you can take all 5 people who voted for you in the primaries and dump them all on Ted Cruz.

“Ted is a consistent, principled conservative who has demonstrated the ability to appeal to voters and win primary contests,” Bush said in a statement. “Washington is broken, and the only way Republicans can hope to win back the White House and put our nation on a better path is to support a nominee who can articulate how conservative policies will help people rise up and reach their full potential.”

Bush, who dropped out of the Republican presidential race in February, called on the GOP to “overcome the divisiveness and vulgarity Donald Trump has brought into the political arena.”

“To win, Republicans need to make this election about proposing solutions to the many challenges we face, and I believe that we should vote for Ted as he will do just that,” he said.

Hillary Salves the Bern: Trump Burns Bush

I don’t think this is what the GOP had in mind when they made the calendar and rules that would govern the primaries. The party clearly wanted to make it easier for a candidate to consolidate support and win enough delegates so they could then turn their attention to fundraising and the general election. This enabled Trump to win 44 delegates with only 33% of the vote. Nice job.

In the words of Rick Perry, “Oops.”
In the further words of Howard Dean, “AAAAHHHH.”

South Carolina has to be the loudest wake-up call ever recorded in a modern presidential race and the Republican Party elders clearly have no strategy to stop the bleeding. Trump won a fairly convincing victory and rendered the race for second as the only one worth watching. Now that Jeb! has left the race I imagine that phones will be ringing in the Carson and Kasich campaign offices and the person on the other end will not be shy about telling those candidates that their time is gone and that they should rally their supporters around Marco Rubio as the only person who can save the party from its angry candidates. Unless they want to rally around Ted Cruz, but I can’t see that happening.

Meanwhile, on the left side of the docket, Hillary Clinton all but shut the door on Bernie Sanders in Nevada, winning a solid victory in a state that the Democrats will need in the fall. Word is that Harry Reid made some phone calls to union officials saying that it was fine for them not to endorse a candidate, but could the officials at least urge their members to vote for Clinton. That seems to have worked. Now it’s on the South Carolina on Saturday where Hillary has a commanding lead. A win there and on Super Tuesday on March 1 will probably close out Sanders as a serious contender, though I would not be surprised if he continue his campaign until the end.

The upshot is that the Democrats will probably achieve what the GOP had hoped for; a well-funded nominee who has time to unify the party, make nice-nice with their opponent, and start moving to attract the moderate voters who will likely be the keys to their election.

I know that I’m bucking the conventional wisdom at the moment, but I still don’t see Donald Trump being the GOP nominee. I think the GOP will find a way, or at least die trying, to rally around a candidate that they can control and win. After all, 65% of the party’s voters aren’t voting for Trump. Someone has to be able to harness that between now and June. If I’m wrong, then the GOP is in big time trouble.

But time is running out. Beware the Ides of March.

Jeb Bush Suspends His Presidential Campaign – Video

Introduced by another failed Presidential Republican candidate, Lindsey Graham, Jeb Bush followed Lindsey’s footsteps and announced that he is effectively suspending his campaign after losing in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina. And during his announcement, Jeb and his failed campaign heard some of the loudest applause his campaign has ever had.

First Mommy, Now Brother George Comes to Fight for JEB!

What does it say about Jeb! when his primary mode of fighting back is to bring out his mommy and brother to fight his battles in the Republican nomination? It says Jeb! is weak, definitely too weak to be Commander-in-Chief of the greatest military on the face of the earth.

George W. Bush will stump for his younger brother for the first time Monday night, attending a rally in North Charleston along with his wife, former first lady Laura Bush.

The rally comes after Jeb Bush’s most forceful debate performance of the campaign, when he pushed back on Donald Trump for attacking his brother’s national security record.

“I’m sick and tired of him going after my family,” Jeb Bush said Saturday night. “My dad is the greatest man alive, in my mind. While Donald Trump was building a reality TV show, my brother was building a security apparatus to keep us safe and I’m proud of what he did.”

It was clear that the audience was on Bush’s side, as it loudly booed Trump and cheered for Bush.

But Trump wasn’t letting go of his line of attack Monday morning, vowing to come after both brothers if necessary.

“Now that George Bush is campaigning for Jeb(!), is he fair game for questions about World Trade Center, Iraq War and eco collapse? Careful!” Trump tweeted.

Bush hasn’t always embraced his family legacy. Last summer, he seemed unprepared to answer the question of how he would have handled Iraq, painfully torn between needing to acknowledge the mistakes from the war and wanting to avoid criticism of his own brother.

Trump Slams Jeb for Running to “Mommy” For Help with Campaign – Video

Jeb Bush’s campaign is still in the gutters and his feeble hits upward at Donald Trump is not paying off in the polls. So Jeb has turned to his mother, former First Lady Barbara Bush, for help. In an ad, Mrs. Bush talks about her son Jeb as the best Republican to run for president, and in the process she offered a slight hit at the Donald.

“When push comes to shove, people are going to realize Jeb has real solutions. Rather than talking about how popular they are, how great they are, he’s doing it because he sees a huge need and it’s not being filled by anybody,” she said in the video. “Of all the people running, he seems to be the one who can solve the problems. I think he’ll be a great president.”

Donald Trump however, is hitting back. And he is using his favorite weapon – Twitter – to fire his shots. In a tweet, Trump slammed Bush for using his mommy to fight his fights. – “Just watched Jeb’s ad where he desperately needed mommy to help him. Jeb — mom can’t help you with ISIS, the Chinese or with Putin”

For his part, Jeb responded to Trump on Twitter tell him to “be careful,” and showing a picture of him mom dressed in football gear and wearing eye block painted across her cheeks.

Jeb Bush Explains Why he Called Donald Trump “a jerk” – Video

Hey, this ad is not going to propell Jeb above… let’s say 5 percent. But he has a lot of money to burn so why not?

Bush, who recently  called the Republican frontrunner “a jerk” used this ad to explain his reason.

Jeb’s SuperPAC Ad Makes Fun of Marco’s Height Deficit – Ad

Have you seen Marco’s heels? No joke. The Republican presidential wannabe is wearing boots with, like 4 inch heels to appear taller. The man has issues and his height is just one of them.

Well Jeb’s SuperPac is zeroing in on Rubio and it’s bringing the short Republican’s heels to the forefront. “These Boots Are Made for Walkin'” a female voice sings. “You keep leavin’ when you oughta be votin’. Now what’s work is work, but you ain’t earned it yet”

Jeb Bush say Grand Jury Correct in Tamir Rice’s Killing – “There’s No There There” – Video

First of all, Jeb Bush did not know who Tamir Rice was. After the reporter asked him if he thought the grand jury was correct in refusing to bring charges against the two police officers who killed the 12-year-old boy in Ohio, Jeb began his answer saying something about Chicago. The reporter had to tell him that Tamir Rice was killed in Cleveland.

With that out of the way, Jeb continued answering the question. He told the reporter that the grand jury’s failure to indict the officers meant, “the process worked,” and that sometimes when these type of cases are brought, the grand jury often sees that “there’s no there, there” and they usually do the right thing.

Absolutely amazing. This is coming from the man who wants to be president of the United States. And while I’m sure his total ignorance on Tamir Rice’s killing will be welcomed by some Republicans, this ignorance solidifies what many in the minority community already knows – like his brother George, Jeb Bush “doesn’t care about black people.”

Thanks for the quote Kanya!

Jeb Bush – “Donald Trump is a Jerk!” – Video

Republican presidential candidate, Jeb Bush, gave himself some therapy today by getting some things off his chest. Apparently, the brother of former president, George Bush, was walking around with this baggage for a while and he used a town-hall style campaign event in New Hampshire to unload.

Responding to a man who asked about healthcare, Jeb quickly got that man and his question out of the way by mentioning his former years as governor of Florida. But there were more important things to talk about, so Jeb somehow found a way to dump on Trump, telling the sitting audience that “Donald Trump is a jerk,” a move clearly designed to bring some media attention his way.

“You cannot insult your way to the presidency,” Jeb says. “You can’t disparage women, Hispanics, disabled people… Who is he kidding? This country is far better than that. And the idea that he is actually running for president and insulting these people… is deeply discouraging, to be honest with you… that is now how we win!”

Jeb ended by saying, “I feel better now. I gave myself therapy there, thank you for allowing me to do it.”

Jeb Bush – “Hillary Clinton would Clean” Donald Trump – Really Jeb? “Clean?”

Jeb Bush opened his mouth again and again, another awkward statement jumped out!

In another recent interview, Jeb talked about why he should win the nomination and not Donald Trump. And according to the JebCanFixIt man, a Hillary Clinton / Donald Trump match-up would result in Hillary cleaning Donald.

“I cannot imagine Donald Trump becoming president because he would never win. He would never win, Hillary Clinton would clean him.”

Now, maybe I’m reading too much into this statement. Maybe this is just an innocent proclamation by the Republican presidential wannabe, or maybe like his brother George, Jeb just cannot control the things that come out of his mouth. But whatever the reason, the last think I need in my brain is a visual of Hillary cleaning Donald.

I’m having lunch for crying out loud!

Jeb Promises to “Whoop” Hillary Clinton in 2016

Seems to me Jeb is counting his chickens before the eggs hatch. Seems to me that Jeb’s main focus these days should be to “whoop” the other people running ahead of him in the Republican field. Seems to me his concentration should be to avoiding the 3 or maybe 5 percent poll ratings.

“Should I win this nomination,” Jeb was heard saying at the Republican Jewish Coalition on Thursday, “I will take it to Hillary Clinton and I will whoop her.”

And along with the whopping of Hillary Clinton, Jeb promised the Jewish Coalition that as soon as he becomes president, he would whoop Israel’s enemies too.

He told the audience that”Day one” he will move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, ensure Israel’s Qualitative Military Edge is maintained for the long run, and work with the U.S. attorney general to stop the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement in the United States.

He said he would use aggressive U.S. military leadership in the region, marshaling Sunni Arab armies, and building safe zones inside Syria.

There will be a lot of whoopings going on in a Bush administration… apparently!

Latest Poll – Jeb Bush Hits 3 Percent Support for 2016

And he’s still in it! When oh when will he bow out and save whatever is left of the Bush name? I don’t know. Maybe when he falls into the Bobby Jindal zero zone!

Jeb Bush has fallen to eighth place in the race for the 2016 GOP nomination, according to a new national poll released Tuesday.

Bush, once considered a front-runner in the race, was the first choice for President of only 3% of likely Republican voters surveyed in the University of Massachusetts survey, marking the former Florida governor’s worst poll levels since he announced his candidacy earlier this year.

Coming in first in the poll, conducted among 1,224 people from Nov. 5 to Nov. 13, was Donald Trump, who got the support of 31%.

Ben Carson and Ted Cruz came in second and third, with 22% and 13%, respectively.
