Elector Resigns – Says He “Can Not and Will Not Vote for Donald Trump”

He is one of the Electors from Texas and from the looks of things, this Elector takes his job very seriously. Art Sisneros can easily be classified as one of the sane electors in the group of crazies already pledging their support for Donald Trump.

Sisneros wrote in his personal blog that based on his belief that Donald Trump is not equip for the Presidency, he is quitting his role as an Elector in the state of Texas.

If Trump is not qualified and my role, both morally and historically, as an elected official is to vote my conscience, then I can not and will not vote for Donald Trump for President. I believe voting for Trump would bring dishonor to God. The reality is Trump will be our President, no matter what my decision is. Many are furious that I am willing to have this discussion publicly. Personally, I wish more civil officers would be honest about their convictions. Assuming a Trump Presidency is their ultimate goal, they will get that. The problem is, that isn’t what they want. They want a democracy. They will threaten to kill anyone who challenges their power to vote for Skittles for dinner. That is evidence alone to prove that our republic is lost. The shell may remain, but in the hearts of the people and functionality of the system our republic is gone. I also believe that a pledge is a man’s word that he will follow through on something he committed to. God’s Word is clear we should all “let our ‘yes’ be ‘yes’ and our ‘no,’s ‘no.”[20] I believe to resign is to honor the intent of the pledge as it relates to the people of my district. Since I can’t in good conscience vote for Donald Trump, and yet have sinfully made a pledge that I would, the best option I see at this time is to resign my position as an Elector.

David Clarke Defend Racists – “I refer to myself as [boy]” – Video

When Donald Trump tagged Jeff Sessions, a man who previously lost a congressional confirmation battle for a federal judgeship due to his racist views, no one thought Sessions would get another chance to get a cabinet position in any future administration. But here he is, being considered by Donald Trump to be the next Attorney General.

Of course, Fox News will bring on people sympathetic to racist. In defending one of Session’s racist remarks, where he referred to a black man as “boy,” David Clark found nothing wrong with that because he too refers to himself as a boy too.

DAVID CLARKE: Look, nobody’s perfect. If he made some statements, he called somebody boy —

MEGYN KELLY (HOST): Don’t worry, Eric, we’ll get to you.

CLARKE: Megyn, I refer to myself as that.

ERIC GUSTER: Can I answer the question, Megyn?

CLARKE: When someone says, Sheriff, where you from? I tell them, I tell them I’m a Milwaukee boy. OK, if some people are offended by that, I get that, but that’s being hypersensitive.

Mike Pence – “Who Cares” if Trump Has Conflicts of Interests

As you’ve probably heard, Donald Trump and his business partners from around the world are having secret meeting. Again, these are men who have business ties with Trump, and they are sneaking in under the cover of night and outside of any media coverage to see their business partner.

Some people apparently think there is nothing wrong with this obvious conflict of interest.

During an interview with Chris Wallace on “Fox News Sunday,” Pence was asked about allegations that Trump’s meetings with business leaders from nations like India could constitute “the Clinton Foundation on steroids.” His response was to quote a line he heard from Trump on the same subject: “Who cares?”

After Pence reassured viewers that “the best legal minds in the country” were involved in the transition process, Wallace pointed out that this is “not just a legal question,” but one that speaks to the ethical character of the president-elect, particularly given reports that his children (who are still in charge of his business empire) will also act as advisers to the new administration.

“Well, I can tell you, in a recent interview after the election, the president-elect summed up his view of his interest in his business life with two words. He said, ‘Who cares?’” Pence replied to Wallace.

Donald Trump – America’s Dictator Has Arrived

We’ve all been asking for clues, we’ve tried to see what a Trump presidency would be like. And all the while, Donald Trump has sent clear messages telling us exactly what he is about and by extension, what a Trump presidency would be like – A Dictatorship.

Did we really miss these very clear clues or maybe we chose to ignorantly cast a blind eye to what was so obvious.

When Trump repeatedly denounce President Obama’s leadership style and instead praised Putin and referenced Putin’s leadership style to that of a “great leader,” did we miss that message? When it was proven that Trump collects magazines and newspapers bearing favorable stories and images of himself and even buying a life-size image of himself. A man so full of himself that he brands his name on everything he owns, did we not see the signs of a self-loathing dictator?

When one of the pillars of his presidential campaign was the constant breaking down of the “free media” and freedom of speech. When he calls the media “the enemy” and tells his followers, “don’t listen to anything the media say,” when he started sending out his own Trump approved news-spin on Facebook and Twitter – something some people called Trump Network – did that not strike you as a dictator setting the groundwork to dismantle the free media and institute a government-run “news” outlet?

The people he is putting in high cabinet positions. The way he holds secret meetings with foreign leaders out of view from the American people or the national press, the way he say “I alone can fix it” as if America is waiting for the Great Donald Trump to ride in on his golden horse to give us all a million dollars, showed us all the writings on the wall.

Even now that he has won the presidency, Trump is still showing his dictatorship style. His more recent tweet attacked the cast of Hamilton because members of the Hamilton audience booed Trump’s Vice President. Trump tweeted, “This should not happen!”

Donald Trump’s presidency will be that of a Dictatorship, and anyone who refuse to see this is blind and already in the Trump corner.

Donald Trump Pays $25 Million to Settle Fraud Cases Against Him

Now, for those who have followed Trump during his presidential campaign and hung on to his every word for dear life, you are probably dead by now. I’m sure you have heard Trump say time and again that he never settles lawsuits because settling lawsuits show that you have something to hide.

Well, apparently Trump has something to hide. He has decided against fighting to prove his innocence in multiple fraud cases against him and has instead chosen to settled those cases $25 million. The fraud cases were due to his defunct real estate seminar program, Trump University.

The settlement eliminates the possibility that Trump will be called to testify in court in the midst of his presidential transition. It ends three separate lawsuits that made claims against Trump University, including a California class action case that was scheduled to go to trial later this month, as well as a second suit in that state and an action filed by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

Jews Concerned about Surge in Anti-Semitism In Trump Era

If you’re not a white male between the ages of 65 and 85, then you have something to worried about in this Trump era.

At a national meeting of the Anti-Defamation League, the Jewish civil rights group, about 1,000 people listened to talks expressing shock at the hatred expressed during the presidential campaign and questioned what they thought was a high-level of acceptance by other Americans.

“I’m struggling right now in this American moment,” said Yehuda Kurtzer, president of the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America, an education and research organization, in his talk at the event. “I wonder whether I have been — and I think the answer is probably yes — a little bit naive.”

During this past year, anti-Semitic imagery proliferated on social media, Jewish journalists were targeted and longstanding anti-Jewish conspiracy theories got a fresh airing. Much of the bias originated with the alt-right, or alternative right, a loose group espousing a provocative and reactionary strain of conservatism. It’s often associated with far right efforts to preserve “white identity,” oppose multiculturalism and defend “Western values.”

Trump Supporter Cites “Internment Camps” For Muslims

He was interviewed by Megyn Kelly on Fox News about Donald Trump and his many statements about stopping an entire group of people from coming to America based entirely on their religion. The U.S Constitution is totally against religious tests of course, but certain people are in the Trump camp are willfully blind to the Constitution.

His name is Carl Higbie and he is a Trump supporter. And he is apparently in favor of using the likes of “internment camps” to hold Muslims in America.

KELLY: Come on. You’re not — you’re not proposing we go back to the days of internment camps, I hope.

HIGBIE: No, no, no. I’m not proposing that at all, Megyn, but what I am saying is we need to protect America from —

KELLY: You know better than to suggest that. I mean, that’s the kind of stuff that gets people scared, Carl.

HIGBIE: Right, but it’s — I’m just saying there is precedent for it, and I’m not saying I agree with it, but in this case I absolutely believe that a regional based —

KELLY: You can’t be citing Japanese internment camps as precedent for anything the president-elect is gonna do.

HIGBIE: Look, the president needs to protect America first, and if that means having people that are not protected under our Constitution have some sort of registry so we can understand, until we can identify the true threat and where it’s coming from, I support it.

Elected Official Resigns After Agreeing that Michelle Obama an “Ape in Heels”

Of course, she issued this statement, something she called an apology.

“I would like to apologize for any unintentional harm caused by my comment. My comment was not intended to be racist at all. I was referring to my day being made for the change in the White House! I am truly sorry for any hard feeling this may have caused! Those who know me, know that I am not in any way racist! Again, I would like to apologize for this getting out of hand!”

I laugh every time I hear a racist say, “those who know me know that I’m not a in any way racist!” The very fact that you find yourself apologizing for making racist statements, mean you’re racist. You don’t have to cover your head with a white sheet while taking part in a lynching to be considered racist!

But I digress.

That apology was issued by Clay Mayor, Beverly Whaling. Whaling was pressured to give up her job by a petition that received over 154,000 signatures, a petition brought her racism nationwide.

So what did Whaling say about the First Lady of the United States? Well, she didn’t actually say anything, but she agreed with the racist statement about Michelle Obama and that was enough.

On a Facebook post, Pamela Ramsey Taylor, an apparent associate of Whaling, said; “It will be refreshing to have a classy, beautiful, dignified first lady in the White House,” probably referring to Donald Trump’s wife, Melania. Pamela continued, “I’m tired of seeing a ape in heels.”

Mayor Beverly Whaling replied, “Just made my day Pam.”

Her apology and declaration that she is not a racist, came some time after.

Trump Wants Top Secret Clearance for… His Kids

Can you imagine the uproar, the furor Republicans and quite frankly the furor Democrats would have if a Democratic president-elect wanted Top Security clearance for his kids? But for whatever reason, Donald Trump doesn’t garner the same respond when he makes such a request.

Republican President-elect Donald Trump’s team has asked the White House to explore the possibility of getting his children top-secret security clearances, CBS News said on Monday, citing unnamed sources.

Daughter Ivanka, sons Eric and Donald Jr. and son-in-law Jared Kushner were close advisers to Trump’s campaign and are part of his transition team announced on Friday. The CBS report did not specify for which Trump children top-secret clearance was being sought.

GOP Consultant – How Can Trump Serve “All Americans” with Steve Bannon Advising Him

More truth… Donald Trump ran a campaign catering to the most racists among us. When he shockingly won the election, Trump asked that all Americans “come together.” But then he named a known racist, Steve Bannon, as his chief adviser?

Republican Consultant, Ana Navarro could not understand how Trump wants us all come together when a known racist is advising him.

Republican consultant Ana Navarro told CNN’s “New Day” Monday that President-elect Donald Trump was already failing to serve “all Americans” as he promised in his victory speech on Election Day.

“I think that the appointments he makes early on are the first signal he sends about what kind of president he is going to be,” Navarro said. “Many of us are torn by the utter disdain that we have for candidate Donald Trump and the utmost respect we have for the office of the presidency of the United States, and we want to give this guy a chance. We want to extend the olive branch and extend one to us, but if what he is doing is naming somebody like Steve Bannon, who has got such a track record and such a reputation for being controversial, for leading the hunting season against Republicans.”

Navarro said Trump has not been forceful enough in his denouncement of violence against minorities following last Tuesday’s election results.
