Police Officer Shot and Killed Unarmed Michigan Man Because… – Video

The incident happened on July 14th of this year in Michigan. The man, identified as 46-year-Timothy Mitchell was at an auto dealership when police was called because according to the caller, Mitchell was drunk and acting up. Mitchell left the dealership, driving away in his car and a high-speed chase ensued when cops spotted him.

The chase was eventually called off due to public safety concerns and Timothy’s car vanished. Shortly afterwards, a police officer named Justin Schlabach, spotted Timothy’s car crashed along the roadside. With his dash-cam filming, officer Justin Schlabach is seen pulling up to the scene. He exited his car and walked towards Timothy, his gun drawn.

The camera, which is capable of recording sound, is suspiciously quiet. It is later revealed that the officer’s microphone was broken, so no sound was recorded.

According to the officer’s report, Timothy started walking towards him, saying “you’re going to have to shoot me.” On the video, Timothy is seen walking towards the officer. The officer took a few steps back and shot. Timothy staggered off to the side, fell and died.

Claiming that the officer did nothing wrong in taking the man’s life, prosecutor of Marquette County Matt Weise, refused to prosecute and cleared officer Schlabach of all wrong doings.

Timothy’s family is planning a lawsuit.

This Freedom Loving “Patriot” is Taking his Obama Hate to A New Level – Video

Here is Drew Walker. A self proclaimed racist, a Teapartier, a Republican. Walker also calls himself a “true patriot,” who is willing to kill all who have the nerves and audacity, those who exercise their FREEDOM to have a different political ideology than he does. Those Liberal infidels must die, apparently.

This freedom loving Republican “patriot” is especially angry at the democratically elected president in the White House, a man he refers to as a
“worthless, f*cking Muslim goat-raping *ss.”

The bigotry and utter racism in this Republican is epic folks. If you proceed to watch this video, consider yourself warned.

Stephen Colbert – Sean Hannity “Has The Ability to Get His Head Up His Own Ass” – Video

In typical Colbert fashion, Stephen Colbert chastised Sean Hannity of Fox News for being a little too much into himself.

I don’t watch Hannity,  in fact, I try to stay away from all things Fox News. My time is precious to me and wasting it on Fox is obviously unproductive. So when Hannity debuted his “Question of the Day,” segment, I was probably busy doing other things, like… washing my hair for instance. It’s called being productive.

Hannity’s segment however, did not escape the ever-loving eyes of one of his biggest fans, Stephen Colbert.

“I’m a huge fan of Fox News anchor Sean Hannity,” Colbert said. “Sean is such a good journalist he can break down the news into simple terms that even he can understand. And recently, my main mannity Hannity introduced a new segment on his show called ‘Question of the Day’ where he answers the most pressing questions of our time.”

Colbert then played a clip from Hannity’s show on Tuesday night.

“Tonight’s question is something I’m really excited about,” Hannity said. “‘What is your favorite way to work out?’ Now President Obama, he delicately jogs on his elliptical and struggles to lift a couple of 2-pound weights. Well, I’ve been engaging in a real exercise.”

Colbert couldn’t contain his amusement.

“Yeah, President Obama delicately jogs while Hannity forcefully rams President Obama into this segment for no reason,” Colbert said.

“Seeing Sean take time out from covering Ebola and ISIS to let us know his bod is rock hard has inspired me to introduce my own segment where I ask myself flattering questions about myself,” he added. “It’s time for ‘Stephen Colbert’s Everything I Wanted You To Want To Know About Me But I Was Afraid You Wouldn’t Ask.'”

Colbert then answered one of the questions he’d submitted himself, which read: “I’ve noticed you’re in much better shape than Sean Hannity. How do you work out?”

After revealing his outlandishly grueling workout routine, Colbert admitted there was one area of physical fitness in which he could never beat Hannity: flexibility.

“Because listening to him answer questions about himself on his own show, I know I can never match his ability to get his head up his own ass,” Colbert explained. “I mean literally. Literally. I look forward to more of Sean’s answers to burning questions like ‘How is this news?’ and ‘What else is on TV?'”

Mitch McConnell Lied Again – You Cannot Have Kynect Without Obamacare

By now I’m sure you’ve heard the bogus and outrageous claim by Republican Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell.

In his one and only debate with Alison Lundergan Grimes earlier this week, McConnell was asked about his plans for Obamacare if reelected to the Senate to represent the people of Kentucky.

It should be noted that McConnell already sits in that seat, he is the Senator for that state. But he knows that Republicans in Kentucky don’t like Obamacare and they want it repealed, even though Obamacare – they call it Kynect in Kentucky – provides them with life saving healthcare.

McConnell also know that Republicans cannot repeal Obamacare. They have tried over 50 times to no avail. And even if they win the Senate in November – and it’s looking more likely that they will – Republicans will not be able to repeal the law because the president is not going to sign any legislation that kills healthcare for millions of Americans.

But in the debate, McConnell could not avoid lying to the people of Kentucky, the people he represents, the people who wants the Obamacare repealed although they are benefitting from the law. When asked about his plans for healthcare, McConnell lied… twice!

“Kentucky Kynect is a website,” McConnell said. “The website can continue, but in my view the best interests of the country would be achieved by pulling out Obamacare root and branch.”

His first lie was trying to separate Kentucky Kynect from Obamacare as if they are two different entities. Kynect is not just a website, it is a marketplace set up and funded by Obamacare. Uprooting Obamacare “root and branch” is in fact, uprooting Kynect “root and branch,” and thus, eliminating health care for hundreds of thousands of Kentuckians.

His second lie? That re-electing him to the Senate will magically result in repealing Obamacare,  as if the last 50 trials were just practice.

What’s the odds that the people of Kentucky picked up on these lies? Don’t bet on it. They are mostly Republicans.

New Poll – The Workaholic Republicans Have a 72% Chance of Winning The Senate

Republicans in the House of Representatives have done such a wonderful job pushing America forward (can you see my eyes roll), with all their zero job bills and their constant vacations – they’re on vacation now by the way – that grateful Americans just can’t wait to give them control of the Senate too.

Seriously!

According to new polling by The Washington Post, Republican’s chances of taking control of the Senate have risen to 72 percent, the highest level yet in the almost six months that The Upshot’s forecasting model has been tracking the race. The odds rose from 68 percent on Monday and from a low of 50 percent last month.

The main cause of the latest shift is new polling in Kansas, which suggests the race is now a true tossup rather than a race in which the Republican, Senator Pat Roberts, is a slight underdog. Our latest forecast gives Mr. Roberts a 52 percent chance to win in November, making the race between him and Greg Orman, an independent candidate, essentially a coin flip.

As outside money has poured into the state over the past month, Kansas is emerging as one of the most competitive Senate races of 2014. The Democratic candidate, Chad Taylor, quit the race in early September, and Mr. Orman’s chances then spiked. Mr. Orman has said he would caucus with the majority party if he won, converting a sure Republican seat into a possible pickup opportunity for Democrats.
