Republican Congressman to Reporter: ‘I’ll break you in half’

New York Republican Rep. Michael Grimm was not happy when a New York reporter asked him Tuesday night about allegations involving his campaign finances.

The incident happened after Rep. Grimm was asked to respond to allegations about his campaign corruption case in a post-sotu interview

While the camera was still rolling, but after the reporter ended the segment, the congressman can be heard telling NY1 reporter Michael Scotto “you’re not a man” and saying the words “break you in half.” Scotto was not facing the camera, and some of the exchange isn’t audible.

Here’s more from NY1

“So Congressman Michael Grimm does not want to talk about some of the allegations concerning his campaign finances,” Scotto said before tossing back to the station. But as the camera continued to roll, Grimm walked back up to Scotto and began speaking to him in a low voice.

“What?” Scotto responded. “I just wanted to ask you…”

Grimm: “Let me be clear to you, you ever do that to me again I’ll throw you off this f—–g balcony.”

Scotto: “Why? I just wanted to ask you…”

Grimm: “If you ever do that to me again…”

Scotto: “Why? Why? It’s a valid question.”

Grimm: “No, no, you’re not man enough, you’re not man enough. I’ll break you in half. Like a boy.”

Grimm donor Diana Durand has been charged with exceeding the maximum donation to his campaign by reimbursing friends for their contributions to him. Grimm is not charged with any wrongdoing.

Woman Arrested for Attacking Reporters With Rock, Baseball bat and Two Pit Bulls

This is the type of action that looks bad on a whole group of people. Yes, her daughter was shot and it is understandable that she is upset about the shooting, but why turn violent against an innocent reporter who was just informing you that the person who shot your daughter was arrested?

For this woman, the only reaction to hearing such news was to throw a rock at the camera crew, chase them down a public street with a baseball bat, then sic her pit bulls after the reporter.

The woman was eventually arrested and released on $50,000.00 bond. So now in addition to dealing with her daughter being shot, the woman is now charged with a felony assault with a dangerous weapon. Her daughter is now back home.

These people are the reason why this site has a WTF category.

Right Winged Reporter Heckles President In Middle Of His Speech

He writes for a right winged website called The Daily Caller. And today, while President Obama was giving a speech about his immigration policy at the Rose Garden, this person named Neil Munro couldn’t wait for the President to finish. His question was apparently more important than what the President had to say, so Mr. Munro decided that the appropriate time to shout at the president was in the middle of his speech.

An annoyed President scolded the so-called reporter, telling him to wait until it was time to ask questions.

“No, you have to take questions,” Munro responded, according to a White House transcript of the exchange.

Obama shot back, “Not while I’m speaking!”

Of course this obvious show of disrespect for this particular President will earn Mr. Munro high ranks among his fellow Republicans and the conservative media. He might even be awarded a raise by his employer and a medal by Congressional Republicans.

After his interruption of the President, Mr. Munro issued a statement on The Daily Caller, saying;

“I always go to the White House prepared with questions for our president. I timed the question believing the president was closing his remarks, because naturally I have no intention of interrupting the President of the United States. I know he rarely takes questions before walking away from the podium. When I asked the question as he finished his speech, he turned his back on the many reporters, and walked away while I and at least one other reporter asked questions.”

His boss also expressed support for Munro,  “a good reporter gets the story. We’re proud of Neil Munro.”
