In the video, the president talked jokingly about the Republicans and the Benghazi fiasco they had yesterday. Then he spoke about their gloomy outlook on America!
“Overall though, we are making enormous progress and it does make you wonder why is it that Republican politicians are so down on America,” the President said. “Have you noticed that? I mean they are gloomy,” he said, making the face. “They’re like Grumpy Cat.”
