Georgia Police Shot and Killed Handcuffed Man in Police Cruiser

It is becoming clear that the best way for a police officer to get a paid vacation is to kill or seriously injure someone – preferably someone from the minority community.

It’s my theory, but it’s based on facts. Look at just about all the police shootings nationwide where the incident received some media attention. The officer is usually at home, chilling, and collecting a paycheck. In the more recent shooting Ferguson MO. where Mike Brown was murdered, his killer, Darren Wilson, is on a paid vacation. And in other case in Baltimore where the victim wasn’t killed, but jumped and beaten mercilessly by a police officer in June of this year, that officer has been on vacation since then, collecting a paycheck all the time, while the investigation is conducted.

Here is another police shooting, another black dead victim and the shooting officer is home or at Disney World, receiving a check.

Kill someone, go on vacation while getting paid. How cool is that?

Charles Smith, a 29 year old man with outstanding warrants in Savannah Georgia, was apprehended, handcuffed with his hands behind his back by police and placed in the back of a police car. According to the officer, Smith was safely locked away in the back seat, but he somehow managed to bring his hands to the front – still handcuffed mind you – and kicked out the backseat window.

Seeing his opportunity to go get paid while on vacation, officer David Jannot – a 10 year veteran of the Savannah police force, said he saw a gun on the prisoner and opened fire, killing Smith on the spot. Police say a gun was found, tucked away under Smith’s dead body.

The angry crowds gathered. Savannah mayor Edna Jackson, who undoubtedly saw the catastrophic mayoral response in Ferguson Missouri when Mike Brown received his untimely death sentence from officer Darren Wilson, jumped on the incident and assured the gathering crowds that all will be done to get to the bottom of the situation.

“This will be cleared up, this will be cleared up,” she said at the scene, according to WTOC. “We don’t need anything to happen and we are going to keep the family and the community informed about everything that is going on.”

I wonder if officer David Jannot already had his Disney pass before pulling the trigger?

Heart Warming – 3 Year Old Boy Defies Military Protocol – Video

Three year old Cooper hadn’t seen his mom in over 9 months because of her military service in Afghanistan. But after seeing his mother Kathryn Waldvogel getting into full formation waiting to be discharged, Cooper just couldn’t wait another second. The three-year old ran towards his mother, causing her to break formation – something that is not advised by the military.

“All of a sudden we had to file into the building and get into formation, and I just look up and Cooper and my mom are right there,” Waldvogel said.

I’m sure the military would let this one slide.

Mass Shooting – Six Children Among Dead, Slaughtered in Florida Shooting

Six children, ages 3 months to 10 years old, along with their mother and another adult were gunned down in the latest mass shooting in Florida. But finding out the reason they were slaughtered might never happen since the shooter – the grandfather of the six children and the father of the their mother – killed himself shortly after murdering his grandchildren and their mother.

Around 4pm on Thursday, 51-year old grandfather Don Spirit called 911 and “made reference to harming people and himself,” said Gilchrist county Sheriff, Robert Schultz. When police arrived at his home the carnage was discovered.

“I haven’t handled something like this at all, to say that this county,” Schultz said. “This community is not going to be devastated by this… there are certain things in your life that you can’t explain. We’ll get through this, but I continue to ask everybody to pray for those involved.”

According to reporting by WESH, the deceased children are Kaleb Kuhlmann, 11, Kylie Kuhlmann, 9, Johnathon Kuhlmann, 8, Destiny Stewart, 5, Brandon Stewart, 4, and Alanna Stewart, 3 months. The name of the last victim was not released at this time.

Don Spirit had a long criminal record. In 2003, he pleaded guilty to shooting his 8-year-old son in a “hunting incident.” He was released from prison in 2006. His criminal record also included other charges, amongg them – depriving a child of food/shelter, possession and accidental death.

Court Rules – Kansas Democrat Chad Taylor Can Remove His Name From Ballot

Kansas Democrat Chad Taylor, remember him? He’s the one who wanted to remove his name from the ballot in Kansas, went through all the legal procedures to do so but was told by the Republican that he couldn’t. Well the court has ruled and Chad can legally remove himself from the ballot.

The Kansas Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Democratic Senate nominee Chad Taylor’s name should be removed from the ballot in November, overruling Secretary of State Kris Kobach (R).

The much-anticipated ruling in one of the most-watched Senate races of 2014 means national Democrats are closer to their perceived goal of clearing the field for independent candidate Greg Orman. Polling suggests that Orman, who had briefly run as a Democrat in 2008 and is open to caucusing with either party, is better positioned to knock off the vulnerable Republican incumbent Sen. Pat Roberts.

But the matter might not be fully resolved.

After the ruling, Kobach quickly moved to put another obstacle in the way of Democrats’ plan. Kobach reiterated his position that the Democratic Party is required under state law to replace Taylor on the ballot. He said he had notified the party chair that Taylor should be replaced and moved the mailing date for ballots from Sept. 20 to Sept. 27 to give Democrats time to pick a new nominee.

Miley Cyrus Wipes Her A$$ With The Mexican Flag On Stage – Could get Jailtime – Video


What would possess Miley Cyrus to go onstage and wipe her ass with the Mexican flag is way beyond my understanding. Maybe the texture made her feel a certain way, who knows? Who cares? But for what it’s worth, the twenty-something entertainer who gained fame as a role-model for young girls on The Disney Channel, introduced the Mexican flag to a place where the sun doesn’t shine her during an onstage performance.

Miley was performing Tuesday night — on Mexican Independence Day, mind you — in Monterrey, Mexico when one of her dancers slapped her prosthetic butt with a Mexican flag.

Apparently Mexican officials are super sensitive about disrespecting national symbols so the congress of the state of Nuevo Leon wants her prosecuted. The crime of desecration carries a $1,200 fine and a 36 hour jail sentence. It wouldn’t be the first time a singer crossed the line South of the border. was fined $4K for appearing naked in a mag … draped in a Mexican flag.

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Has an “Aggressive Cancer”

CNN is reporting that Toronto Mayor Rob Ford soon will begin chemotherapy to treat a rare and aggressive cancer, a doctor at Mount Sinai Hospital in the city said Wednesday.

Dr. Zane Cohen said Ford has a malignant liposarcoma, and a second biopsy on his tumor done Monday shows it is aggressive.

“However, we are optimistic about this tumor,” Cohen said.

Ford, who recently announced he will not run for re-election, will start chemotherapy by Friday afternoon.

The cancer has spread from the fatty tissue of Ford’s abdomen to other parts of his body, including his buttocks, Cohen said.

The doctor added that this type of tumor comprises only about 1% of all cancers and has at least 60 different types of cells, making it difficult to treat.

Baltimore Police Repeatedly Punched Man in The Face, For No Apparent Reason – Video

Not only did the officer attacked the man for no reason, he then falsified a report blaming the victim for the incident.

Officer Vincent Cosom, a six-year Baltimore police officer apparently had words with the man, 32-year old Kollin Truss. According to the attorney of the Kollin Truss, words were exchanged between the officer and his client inside a store. The officer claims that he told Truss to stop loitering and Truss told him, “F*ck you. I will see you when I get outside.”

On one surveillance video, the two men are seen in front the liquor store arguing. A woman then steps between them and she is eventually pushed away by the officer. Truss and the woman leaves the area but were followed by the officer to another location where a second video shows the officer running up on the unsuspecting Truss and punching him, repeatedly in the face. The officer then arrested Truss, charging him with assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication.

Now that the surveillance videos show the truth, everyone is understandably outraged, some even demanding body cameras for all the officers. Baltimore police Commissioner, Anthony Batts, said that he is “shocked, I’m outraged, I’m disgusted by what I saw by an employee of the Baltimore City Police Department.” Even the mayor, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake expressed frustration with the incident.

“I am deeply disgusted by the images I saw in this video.  [Cosom’s] conduct was shameful and not worthy of the sworn obligation every officer takes to serve and protect city residents.”

Cosom is on paid administrative leave and the incident – which happened in June – is being investigated. Kollin Truss has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the Cosom and the Baltimore Police Department.

Jon Stewart on The NFL – They “Don’t Know What the F*ck They’re Doing”

It’s not official until we hear from the most honest man in news, Comedy Central’s Jon Stewart. And on Wednesday night’s show, Stewart took on the NFL and their horrible managerial skills or lack there of, in dealing with the many domestic abuse cases from the players, and his conclusion is that they don’t have the slightest idea about what they’re doing.

So it’s now official – the NFL is sadly clueless!

Stewart started out his segment Wednesday night going after Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy who is at the center of a domestic violence case. Hardy was convicted of assault and making threatening statements against the victim. But, Stewart said, the Panthers only announced Wednesday that he “is done…until he appeals his misdemeanor conviction for domestic violence.”

“It’s the kind of firm decision making we’ve come to expect from people who don’t know what the f*ck they’re doing,” Stewart said.

The NFL has also appointed a group of women to oversee its its efforts to reduce domestic violence among its players.

“You know your business model is in rough shape when you have to appoint your own in-house special victims unit,” Jon Stewart said.

Ebola Outbreak – You Guessed It, Republicans Blame Obama

Have you noticed that Congressional Republicans have been especially silent on the serious Ebola outbreak in Africa. Not a sound, not a murmur, not even a sigh to show their feelings on the subject as thousands die from the potentially global crisis.

Then a few days ago when the president acted by sending 3,000 military personnel to Africa to help fight the deadly disease, Republicans have, all if a sudden, awaken from their slumber. They found their voice and are, of course, finding fault with the president for not acting sooner.

Republican House Faker John Boehner couldn’t contain himself as he announced from the podium that… wait for it… Obama should be blamed for not acting sooner. Thus, insinuating that the vastness of the outbreak is due to the supposedly slow response from the president.

“I think this Ebola outbreak in Africa is a serious problem and I’m a bit surprised the administration hasn’t acted more quickly to address what is a serious threat, not only to Africans but to others around the world,” Boehner said at a news conference.

Some Republicans want the administration to do more. Sen. Rob Portman (Ohio) called on the administration to conduct mandatory screenings of individuals exhibiting Ebola symptoms at U.S. ports of entry.

But Boehner wouldn’t comment directly on the proposal floated by Portman, his close friend and fellow Buckeye. Instead, he suggested reporters pose questions to Homeland Security Chairman Mike McCaul (R-Texas), who’s holding a hearing on Wednesday.

“I think in the coming weeks,” Boehner said, “you will see the Congress and the administration figure out how do we best contain this very horrible disease.”

You sir Boehner, are a joke.

Republican Drops Out of Race for Tweeting about “Fags” and “Niggers”

This Republican say the things other Republicans say. The only difference is, he got caught.

Jacob Dorsey, a 19-year-old candidate challenging Democratic state Rep. Deb Kolste, apologized last week for referring to gay people as “fags” in a tweet.

In December 2013, Dorsey tweeted “fags need 2 leave my favorite state alone” after a judge decided not to stay the ruling that struck down Utah’s gay marriage ban, according to the NOManiancs blog.

Now, Dorsey admitted that he made other offensive comments on Twitter and YouTube, which were discovered by the NOManiacs blog.

In comments on YouTube videos, he used the words “fags” and “niggers.” In one comment he said “Niggers trash cars. I’m not selling my town car to one…” according to NOManiac’s screenshots.

He also said “fuck Abraham Lincoln” and “I hate Obama and the the [sic] national urban bastards” in other comments.

Dorsey withdrew from the race and will return to school at Brigham Young University-Idaho, from which he took a semester off to campaign for state assembly.

Another NYPD Incident Caught on Video

The video shows NYPD officers getting into a physical confrontation with an onlooker, and then body slamming him on a street in Brooklyn New York.

According to reporting by ANIMAL, police in Brooklyn NY started telling street vendors in Sunset Park — known for its large Latino population — that it’s 6PM and they need to close up shop, and it ends with violence and multiple people being arrested and assaulted by police while cops also are attacked.

The report states that on Sunday at the 5th Avenue festival a group of at least six officers approaches a vendor and tells him to shut down his table. It appears they give him no time and quickly it escalates. A black female police officer says “6′oclock it’s 6 o’clock. You guys know the rules. Simple.”

It then sounds like she says, “If you guys are gonna fuck with us, we’re gonna fuck with you,” and a male officer then starts asking an older woman on the street who she is and how old she is. A younger man in a Cincinatti Reds hat tells the group of women they don’t have to answer that, and the male cop then approaches the young man and soon a confrontation begins.

Cops can be seen punching and kicking the man in the Reds hat and it spirals downward, with people at times trying to fight back against police. Multiple people were shooting with their phones
