No longer can anyone say Donald Trump does not apologize.
Of course he does. He just did. Donald Trump – flanked by Brett Kavanaugh and retiring Justice John Roberts and in front of an adorning gathering in the East Room – apologized to Kavanaugh for the “pain and suffering” he and his family went through during the nomination process.
No mention by the way was the pain and suffering Brett’s accuser is going through. She, Christine Blasey Ford, cannot go home and is currently separated from her family because of death threats. And she, Christine Blasey Ford, was forced to relive the nightmare she encountered at the hands of Kavanaugh in front of the entire nation. And although everyone, including Trump, agreed her story was “compelling and credible,” they still voted Kavanaugh into the Supreme Court. Trump did not apologies to Christine Blasey Ford, in fact, he just implied that her testimony was “based on lies and destruction.”
I’m counting the days to the midterms, and I’m counting the days to 2020!
