Police Officer Indicted in Shooting of Unarmed South Carolina Black Man

In this case the video existed, and it showed the final moments of Walter Scott’s life as he ran away from the officer who ended up shooting him in the back. Earlier this week, the grand jury in South Carolina indicted officer Michael Slager on a murder charge.

Mr. Scott was originally pulled over on April 4th for a busted break light, but is later seen on dash cam running away from the officer with the officer giving chase. A passerby later saw the final confrontation between the officer and the man and began recording the events on his cell phone. Moments later, Mr Scott is seen on cell phone video breaking away from the officer and attempted to run, but this time, he did not get too far. The unarmed man was shot in the back by the police officer and died.

Michael Slager was immediately fired from his job as a South Carolina police officer and later arrested.

Man Wanted for Sexually Assaulting Homeless Woman

A man was being sought in connection with the sexual assault of a homeless woman early Saturday morning in Pasadena, KTLA reports.

The victim and her boyfriend had been asleep in their encampment about 2:50 a.m. when the woman woke up, “startled to find herself partially unclothed and the suspect sleeping behind her,” the Pasadena Police Department said in a news release.

The intruder stood up and fled the scene on foot as the victim’s boyfriend ran after him, the statement said. The suspect, a homeless man, managed to escape and remained at large on Monday.

He was identified as 47-year-old Emilio Buch.

Investigators released a photo of Buch and asked anyone with information to call Lt. Terysa Rojas of the Pasadena Police Department at 626-744-4522 during business hours, or the non-emergency dispatch center at 626-744-4241. Tips can be submitted anonymously at LACrimeStoppers.com or wetip.com.

NYPD Cop Accused of Stealing Dead Man’s Credit Card and Buying Jewelry – Video

September 30, 2014 - New York, NY: NYPD ESU units leave 225 West 35th street packing up, having not found the hotel robber. The robber would be found later by regular uniformed police. Two Swedish tourists, Andreas Mansson and Viktor Lofgren were the victims of a robbery at the Wingate by Wyndham on 35th street and 8th avenue in Manhattan. NYPD later caught the man in the building next door, 225 west 35th street. The robber then passed out after being caught and was taken away in an ambulance.

She was sent to the man’s apartment to check up on him after he failed to report for work. But when officer Umaccula Pierre arrived at his residence, she met 65-year-old Kenneth Sanden, dead in his home. The allegation against officer Pierre states that she stole the man’s credit card and placed a $3200 order for a ring at Zales.com

Pierre – an officer working in the 6th Precinct – is charged with identity theft and official misconduct.

Angry Citizens Stopped Cops from Arresting 14 Year Old Girl – Video

According to the recording, the two police officers suspected two teenage girls of “pushing a button.” It wasn’t explained what button was pushed, but at some street corners here in New York, people are allowed to push a button when crossing busy intersections.

What pissed off members of this community is the way the cops detained the girls for questioning. “He had no right putting his hand on you”, one woman is heard saying. “Call a female officer” another person said.

After the girls continued insisting they did nothing wrong, one officer, clearly irate by what was happening, grabbed the 14 year old again and attempted to manhandle her into handcuffs, but the people were not having that as the shouted at the cop, some getting between the cop and the girl, grabbing her and eventually succeeded in pulling her away from the forceful cop.

He and his partner got into an unmarked car and drove off without their prize as the crowd continued shouting.

ISIS Threatens Pamela Geller

So it seems that the Islamic State wants Pamela Geller’s head… literally. And the terrorist group has issued a direct threat to the Manhattan blogger.

In a posting on the message board JustPasteIt, ISIS, or someone portraying as ISIS, said it was sending “all our Lions to achieve her slaughter.”

“Our aim was the khanzeer (swine) Pamela Geller and to show her that we don’t care what land she hides in or what sky shields her,” it said.

“The attack by the Islamic State in America is only the beginning of our efforts to establish a wiliyah in the heart of our enemy,” the message continued, apparently misspelling the Arabic word “wilayah,” which means authority or governance.

“We have been in touch with Pamela Geller,” police spokesman Stephen Davis told The Daily News. “People known to be associated with ISIS have posted a direct threat to her. To whatever extent she will be in New York City, we will do a comprehensive threat assessment to determine what, if any measures, to take.”

Geller you may recall, recently organized a prophet Muhammad drawing contest in Texas. Two Muslim men were shot and killed when they tried to shut down the contest by opening fire on the contestants.

Geller has since gone on Fox News and other media outlets to proclaim her right to depict the Islam leader anyway she sees fit.

This Man Was Stuck In a Basketball Rim in Seattle – PICs

It took Seattle police several hours to get a man out of a basketball rim. According to reports, the man, wielding a hammer, is believed to have climbed into the net during Mayday celebrations on Friday.

Officer Drew Fowler said Monday the man was not booked into jail but sent to a hospital for a mental health evaluation.

News helicopter video showed him hanging upside down from the rim, sometimes by just one foot, as he waved the hammer around. It took several officers to get him down, helped by a firefighter who climbed a ladder to cut the net.

The police department wrote on its Twitter feed it was considering citing the man for destruction of property — “or at least goal-tending.”

Mom Smacks Masked Son in Middle of Baltimore Rioting – Video

Commenters all over the interwebs are saying she should get the mother of the year award. The woman is seen on video beating the living crap out of son who thought he was about to take part in some of the rioting, looting and destruction going on in Baltimore. Toya Graham completely lost it when she saw the figure of her son, dressed in all black with his face covered, joining the crowed of rioters.

“Take the motherf*cking mask off,” Toya screams as she smack her unsuspecting son, Michael, with both hands across his head. After taking some of the initial blows, the teenager began walking backwards trying to get away from his mother, but she wasn’t done yet as she continued going after the boy. “Get over here now!” She says, following the boy as he tried to make his escape, while getting a few more smacks in the head from his very irate mother.

Responsible Gun Owner Pulls Gun on Man in Elemantary School Parking Lot

It seems the two men were arguing over a parking spot in the Elementary school parking lot when our trigger happy, NRA approved gun owner, pulled his manhood gun and pointed it at the other man. But of course, the coward drove off before the police arrived on scene.

Police eventually caught up with him and the  31-year-old Parker man, Wyatt Mayers, was arrested.

Parker Police were called to Iron Horse Elementary School in the Hidden River subdivision around 3:25 p.m.

Police say two men got into a verbal dispute over the space when Wyatt Mayes allegedly pointed a handgun at the other man and then drove away before officers arrived.

Mayes was later located and booked into the Douglas County Jail on charges of menacing and unlawful possession of a weapon on school grounds.

Police say Iron Horse Elementary did not go on lockdown status, because Mayes had left the area.

#Insanity – Dead man’s Arbitrary Ask Voters Not to Vote for Hillary Clinton

There is an undying fascination with the right wing over a possible Hillary Clinton presidency in 2016 and death. Recently, I highlighted a story about someone attacking the tombstone of Hillary Clinton’s deceased father and now this – using the arbitrary of a dead man to ask voters not to vote for Mrs Clinton.

A North Carolina man’s obituary asked two things of friends and family: instead of sending flowers for the funeral, give the money to charity — and don’t vote for Hillary Clinton in 2016.

The family of 81-year-old Larry Upright added the political message to the obituary announcing the Kannapolis man’s death and burial last week, according to WSOC-TV.

Upright’s daughter, Jill McLain, said the rock-ribbed Republican was passionate about politics. She said that recollection prompted his family to ask obituary readers to reject Clinton’s presidential bid.

Who Toppled the Tombstone of Hillary Clinton’s Deceased Father?

Their hate for the newly announced Democratic presidential candidate has no boundaries.

Vandals in Pennsylvania reportedly toppled the tombstone of Hillary Clinton’s late father, police said Tuesday night.

Employees at the Washburn Street Cemetery, in Scranton, Pa., told the Scranton Times-Tribune that the gravestone of Hugh Rodham, the deceased father of the newly minted 2016 candidate, had been overturned in recent days, in a vulgar incident that authorities suspect is vandalism.

“I’m not sure how else it would have fallen over,” Scranton Police Chief Carl Graziano said.

Rodham died in 1993 at the age of 82.

Authorities have since righted the fallen tombstone, cemetery caretaker Paul McGloin told the Times-Tribune.

“I hope this had nothing to do with politics because that’s just wrong,” McGloin told the paper.
