Colorado Man Posts Facebook Photo with Daughter Moments Before Killing Her

Merrick McKoy (right) shot and killed his 19-month-old daughter, Mia McKoy-Phanthavongsa, before turning the gun on himself — moments after this picture was posted to Facebook.

Moments after posting a photo of his beautiful baby daughter online, a disturbed dad made good on a Facebook threat and killed the toddler with a bullet to her head.

The chilling crime unfolded on social media after the little girl’s mom awoke Monday morning to her estranged baby daddy standing over her bed with a handgun, police in Colorado told the Daily News Tuesday.

The mom fought with her jealous ex-beau and fled to a neighboring apartment where she desperately called 911, cops said.

When police arrived on scene, an officer entered to find Merrick McKoy and little Mia with gunshot wounds, police said.

Both were rushed to a local hospital, but only McKoy survived. He was in critical condition.

“I told u I can’t live without u lol u thought I was joking now me n Mia out this bitch,” McKoy, 22, wrote on his Facebook page shortly before gunning down 19-month-old Mia McKoy-Phanthavongsa.

The cowardly dad made an exaggerated face with puckered lips as he held the helpless youngster in his arms for one last, haunting father-daughter portrait. “Don’t judge me had no choice,” he wrote in his final Facebook post before carrying out his fiendish plan.

New Mexico Police Shoots After Mother and Children in Minivan

There are obviously some bad decisions made by the driver of the minivan. When she was pulled over for going 71MPH in a 55MPH zone in New Mexico, Oriana Ferrell decided to drive off while the officer walked back to his car to issue her a ticket.

Driving off was obviously a wrong decision.

The officer jumped into his car and a short chase ensued. Oriana pulled over again and an irate police officer walked over to the driver side of the vehicle where Oriana sat waiting, and demanded she get out of the vehicle.

“Look, I’m going to ask you one more time to get out of the vehicle and then I’m going to pull you out, OK?” the officer said. “You’re already facing evading charges. You ran away from me.”

“Sir, I pulled back over, I didn’t run away,” Oriana said. “You see my children. I’m not doing anything wrong. I’m just trying to take them to the Rio Grande.”

At this point, the officer is seen on the dashboard cam trying to open the driver side door of the minivan. On the passenger side, Oriana’s 14-year-old son is seen opening his door to get out. He changes his mind and reentered the vehicle.

Oriana finally exited the vehicle and went with the officer behind the minivan. He asked her to face the vehicle and at this point, Oriana walked away, heading back to her car. The officer tried stopping her and at this point, Oriana’s 14-year-old exited the vehicle and tried defending his mother against the police. Oriana made it into the driver’s seat and her son ran into the passenger’s side followed closely by the police.

After meeting the doors locked, the officer bagan smashing the window of the minivan. A wrong decision on his part.

At this point, backup arrived and a scared Oriana, hearing her children screaming in a car with shattering glass all around them, sped off again. Another wrong decision, but one that is totally understandable under the circumstances.

At this point, one of the backup officers decided to pull out his gun and began shooting at the car as Oriana drove away trying to save her children. The officers chased after the mother, arresting her and her son when they stopped at the hotel.

So far, the officers have not been charged for shooting after a fleeing suspect, something the Supreme Court has barred in a 1985 ruling.

Once Again, George Zimmerman Finds Himself Arrested

Yes folks, we’re talking about the same model citizen who murdered an innocent child and walked free.

George Zimmerman, acquitted in July in the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin, was arrested Monday in Seminole County Fla., authorities said.

“He is in custody,” Officer Green, with the county sheriff’s office told USA TODAY. He said the booking officer handling Zimmerman was still filing his report and he had no additional information.

The Orlando Sentinel reported that Zimmerman was en route to the Seminole County Jail in Sanford, according to Sheriff Don Eslinger. The Sentinel said it was not clear what happened or what crime he’s accused of committing.

WESH-TV reported that Zimmerman was accused of domestic violence by a girlfriend in the unincorporated area of Apopka. The station said sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call, and that several sheriff’s office vehicles were at the home.

Zimmerman’s new girlfriend lives in the area of Apopka where the arrest took place, the Sentinel reports.

Zimmerman, 30, was a neighborhood watch volunteer in a gated community in Sanford, Fla., when he shot Trayvon, 17, on Feb. 26, 2012. Trayvon was black, Zimmerman is Latino. The shooting of Trayvon, who was unarmed, touched off protests across the nation. Some of the wrath targeted the state’s Stand Your Ground statute, although Zimmerman’s lawyers opted to rely on a more standard self-defense argument at trial.

Zimmerman has had several involvements with authorities since his acquittal. In September, police were called to the home of his estranged wife’s father amid claims of a domestic dispute, but no charges were ever filed. He also has been pulled over three times for minor traffic incidents, twice receiving warnings and once issued a speeding ticket.

A photo of a 14-year-old baby badly bruised, swollen and beaten has been making it’s way around the internet, posted by the teen’s mother her claims her son was abused by police.

Sharing the picture below on Facebook (which we warn is pretty graphic), the mom claims the police of Tullytown, Pennsylvania left her son’s eyes swollen and nose broken, after tasering him in the face.

Good News for Obama: The Right Will Rise Again

Don’t get me wrong. What’s happened over the past five weeks has been a colossal, epic failure on President Obama’s part. All he needed to say about the health care law was that you could keep your insurance if it met minimum standards, and then he needed to repeat those standards. He also needed to repeat the benefits of the law, from covering preexisting conditions to free physicals, checkups and flu shots. But Obama thought that passage of the law was enough and that the government didn’t need to publicize what was on public record. Big mistake. Now he’s gotten caught in a web that the right wing has been spinning since 2010. It’s ugly. It’s sobering. It’s a mess. And it hurts.

And now for the good news. Obama’s opponents are still the same gang that shut down the government, opposes marriage equality, wants to voucherize Medicare and cut $40 billion from the food stamp program, denies global warming, thinks transvaginal ultrasounds are effective public policy, supports testing public school students at the expense of a real curriculum, opposes immigration reform and continues to want to deport large numbers of Hispanics.

In the 1990s, my father used to say that Newt Gingrich was the best thing that ever happened to Bill Clinton. The Tea Party and John Boehner are the best things to happen to Barack Obama. His approval ratings are down now, but they’ll rebound because the right wing hasn’t changed.

Their main vulnerability is their belief that the health care law has imperiled every part of Obama’s agenda. What they forget is that prior to the shutdown, the GOP’s ideas were extreme and unpopular. My sense is that they’ll get even more extreme because they see Obama at a critical point in his presidency. Healthcare.gov will not make the Republicans look any better on women, Hispanics, social programs and, yes, health care.

The health care mess will also leave the front pages soon because the website will be fixed and more people will successfully sign up for care. Also, fiscal negotiations are just around the corner and the right has left itself vulnerable because they’ve pretty much promised not to shut the government down again and they’d be even crazier than I think they are to not raise the debt ceiling. Plus, the press will get tired of this story and move on to other things.

In the end, though, the real advantage is that we’re talking about trying to insure people against catastrophic expenses by providing them with health insurance. Never forget that.

Teacher Sentenced for Making Children Eat Sperm-Laced Cookies

If there was ever time the public would clamor for vigilante justice, this would definitely be one of them.

A formerly renowned Los Angeles teacher of elementary schoolchildren has been sentence to decades of hard time after pleading no contest of performing lewd acts on children.

Mark Berndt, 62, entered a no contest plea on 23 charges, mostly for engaging “tasting games” with third graders — a revolting and shocking act in which he had children eat cookies that were laced with semen. Sometimes they would also have cockroaches in them.

The law came crashing down on Berndt after a drugstore photo technician noticed dozens of odd photos of blindfolded third-graders and show them to LAPD. It was not long after that when investigators found  a plastic spoon in Berndt’s classroom trash bin that tests confirmed had traces of semen on it.

Grosse Pointe Park Police Investigating Alleged Harassment Of Black Men By Officers

DETROIT — Police officers in the Detroit suburb of Grosse Pointe Park, Mich., have opened an internal investigation after a Detroit blog posted photos and videos that show members of the police force allegedly harassing African-American men, The Huffington Post has learned.

Motor City Muckraker, a Detroit blog run by Steve Neavling, a former Detroit Free Press reporter who now works for Reuters, published a post on Thursday that accused police officers in Grosse Pointe Park of capturing “humiliating photos and videos” of black men and sharing them with friends and family. Grosse Pointe Park, which shares a border with Detroit, is wealthier and predominantly white.

Neavling, who obtained the materials from an anonymous source, posted two videos that show African-American men singing and making animal sounds, allegedly compelled to do so by police officers in Grosse Pointe Park.

The blog also published this photo of a man riding in the back of a trailer that was allegedly taken by a Grosse Pointe Park officer and texted to others with the message, “Got to love the coloreds.”

7th Grade Student Knocked Out By Teacher For Joke About His Favorite Team

Reginald Wells, a 12-year-old student at Willie Ray Smith Middle School in Beaumont, Texas was allegedly knocked unconscious by his assistant math teacher last Friday after making a joke about his favorite football team, reports CBS News.

Wells was standing in the hallway joking with the teacher, when the encounter suddenly took a violent turn.

“All of a sudden he just hit me, in my shoulder,” Wells said in an interview with 12News. “… and I looked at him like, ‘What the heck?’”

The 4 feet 11 inches tall, 80 pound 7th-grader says that he responded by pushing the teacher’s shoulder. And, from there, the unthinkable happened.

The teacher was fired immediately and escorted off the premises, but was not arrested. To add insult to injury, he allegedly refused to apologize for his actions.

“He said ‘I can’t apologize for what I did, I was just having a bad day and I just snapped,’” said Wells.

“For you to just let a teacher do that to him and just walk off, he’s fired and walks off, I can’t accept that.”

7-Eleven Patron Sues Store After Humiliating Ordeal Goes Viral

After allegedly being stripped, beaten and bit by 7-Eleven employees last year, accused candy-thief David Golson is finally having his day in court.

The 30-year-old Bronx man is suing 7-Eleven, claiming “emotional distress,” according to documents he filed in the Bronx Supreme Court on October 29. A video of his Golson’s brutal beat-down went viral last year and Golson claims the internet frenzy has exacerbated his mental stress and well-being.

The video shows Golson repeatedly attempting to tell the attackers he’s innocent. “I don’t have nothing!” he pleads as the attackers strip of him of clothes. Several days after the incident, Golson was charged with robbery, assault, criminal mischief and criminal possession of stolen property, according to the New York Daily News.

7-Eleven fired one of the employees that participated in the attack, according to theDaily News.

A woman claiming to know President Obama or Barry as he was called back in school when he was 16, claims that the President was a “gay, cocaine using hustler” back in school. This claim by the woman who calls herself Mia Marie Pope, is now being searched for near and far. Apparently, she has important information they need to make policies that will help the American people.

Man Opens “Pandora’s Box” – Dies Days Later

An official inquest into the mysterious death of Jason Airey was unable to determine exactly what led the 37-year-old to suddenly stop living shortly after opening a  inscribed with the words “Pandora’s box.”

Airey was found slumped forward with his face down in the bedroom of his family home in container Carlisle (UK). He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but passed away two days later.

According to officials, the opened “Pandora’s box” beside him contained a small packet of synthetic cannabis, which was unused.

In fact, there were no traces of any drugs in his system at the time of death, and his father claimed Airey “hadn’t taken any drugs after having a bad experience with ecstasy 13 years ago.”

Dennis Airey further told the inquest that his son was in a good mood, and was “just his normal self” before his unexplained demise.

The coroner concluded that Airey’s heart stopped beating, but could only offer up conjecture as to why.

“His heart stopping caused the death of his brain which caused multiple organ failure,” Robert Chapman said. “We don’t really know what caused his heart to stop.

Watch – White Supremacist Finds Out He Is Part Black – Video

He is a White Supremacist who agreed to the DNA test because he was absolutely sure he was all white. After all, it will be a little contradictory if you’re Black, or Asian, or Indian, or have any lineage to a minority group while pushing the white supremacy ideology.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is white supremacist Craig Cobb. Mr. Cobb has bought land in a small town in North Dakota, trying to turn the town into a ‘white enclave.’ So sure of his whiteness, Cobb agreed to take the DNA test and have the results revealed on The Trisha Show. After hearing that he is not as pure as he thought, Cobb tried to dismiss the results as ‘statistical noise.’

For the record, the DNA test revealed that Cobb is 86% White, 14% Black.

After the results were read, Cobb responded that “oil and water don’t mix.”  The host of the show, who is black by the way, tried to appeal to Cobb’s black side with a fist bump.  “So there you go bro,” she said, coming out of her seat and reaching out to Cobb. But Cobb, apparently irritated that this black person was trying to touch him waved her off and ‘left her hanging…’ twice!
