Yes, the music is great the song even better. But maybe it was Drake’s unorthodox dance moves is what’s making this music video so popular with the online community.
Watch and judge for yourself. And I’m sure these dance moves will be the new thing in the clubs… well, no, I’m not sure of that at all.
The two entertainers were performing at the Coachella on Sunday when, at the end of the performance, the 56 year old Madonna walked over to where Drake was sitting on a chair, pulled his head back and planted a big wet one on the 28 year old.
At first, Drake was an active participant and began caressing Madonna’s head. But something happened in the nearly 4 seconds kiss that caused utter repulsion as Drake is seen wiping his mouth as soon as the experience ended. At that point, Madonna was already model-walking off stage, unaware of the horror she caused Drake.
There are reports floating around that Drake and Rihanna are headed for divorce court. Well, not really divorce court cuz the two are not married, but you know what I’m sayin.
After dating for the last few months, Drake and Rihanna are on the brink of a split, and according to a new report, it is all over Drake’s feeling that Rihanna is simply “too needy” and getting in the way of his demanding career.
“Rihanna mad at him a little bit because he told her ‘babe, you’re too needy. Let me hustle babe. Let me work.’ That really hurt her feelings because she really loves him and wants things to work out between them,” a source revealed to MTV. “She’s being stubborn. When he told her she’s too needy, she was like ‘all right *****, I’ll show you needy’ and [Rihanna] been doing her own thing since — trying to make him miss her.”Drake-Dating-Rihanna
Following a brief relationship years ago, Drake and Rihanna reunited overseas where they enjoyed several dates in the UK before finally confirming their relationship in London in late March. Since then, the pair have been fairly public with their relationship, even going as far as to share a kiss at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards in April.
If you haven’t already figured it our from his music, Drake has a really big heart and we’re super happy to see him share it in this way.
Last night, 15-year-old Kennedy Brown got the surprise of her life when Drizzy showed up on her doorstep unexpectedly. According to ABC News, Kennedy, who’s currently in hospice, was diagnosed with brain cancer two years ago, but this weekend she made a special trip back to her high school, Carnegie Vanguard in Houston,TX, where her classmates threw her a surprise prom, crowned her prom queen, and even gave her an honorary diploma in a private graduation ceremony. Part of the goal of the events was to grant Kennedy’s wish of getting a special message or visit from her favorite rapper, which is why classmate Payton Campbell gave out these instructions:
“We would ask all of your viewers to #DrakeForKen so we can get him to come see her or send something for her because that would mean the world to her.”
Thankfully, Drake saw the social media campaign and paid Kennedy a personal visit yesterday that you can tell was likely the highlight of both of their lives. Posting photos on his Instagram page, Drake captioned the pic below with “She asked to touch the brows #accessgranted”
Papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, stylist Michael Raphael says the Canadian heartthrob stiffed him on over $70,000 in fees and expenses.
Michael Raphael, the owner of the high-end boutique Rest Store on Mulberry Street, said Drake was a regular at his appointment only storefront, which features custom jewelry, clothing and artwork, and they “spoke at length about these creations.”
Raphael said he “occasionally” did consulting work for the singer, and in August of last year, was offered a $39,553 gig to help the “Take Care” singer with his “brand direction” and look, the filings say.
He traveled to Los Angeles to help him with his look for his “F—ing Problems” video, and did “wardrobe styling” for his appearance at the American Music Awards this past November.
When Drake decided he wanted to wear a certain “custom-designed chain and pendant” at the show, Raphael had one of his employees fly it in from New York to hand deliver it because “time was of the essence,” the court papers say.
And because Drake, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, was spending large amounts of time in his native Canada, Raphael was told to rent an apartment in Toronto – and that he’d be paid back for the expense.
He was also assured he’d be paid back for the thousands of dollars of purchases he made for Drake at Foot Locker, Nike, and J. Crew, the suit says.
Seriously, drama just revolves around these three. With the forever saga that goes along with Rihanna and Chris Brown, somehow Drake is oftentimes thrown into the mix.
Remember the June 13, 2012 W.i.P nightclub fight that occurred between Chris Brown and Drake supposedly over Rihanna which ultimately led to the club closing its doors for a brief time and several lawsuits quickly following? The most recent lawsuit involves Chris Brown’s bodyguard suing Drake and the nightclub over physical damages due to being hit in the face with a bottle during the fight.
Well, now, here is just another chapter in the The World Turns Around Rihanna (…and Chris Brown).
Drake, who usually leaves his thoughts out there in his lyrics, stated on the “Keep It Thoro” internet radio show that,
Don’t ask me sh– about that man when I come up there and leave that man alone. Stop preying on his insecurities…His insecurities are the fact that I make better music than him, that I’m more popping than him and that at one point in life the woman that he loves fell into my lap.
I did what a real n—a would do and treated her with respect.
Hmm, while I appreciate Drake’s candidness making statements in regards to leaving Chris Brown alone; I really don’t think that calling him out on his insecurities, making claims that his music is better than Chris’, and that he once did the dirty with Rihanna is really going to help settle their issues.
I can only predict further beefing developments will ensue.
