Watch President Obama Keep Bill O’ Reilly In His Place – The Interview

In the first go around, Bill O’Reilly had his way with the first term President. Bill showed a level of disrespect to the president not seen in a long, long time. O’Reilly  lived up to his Fox News expectation and interrupted, cut off, spoke over the young Barack Obama. So when I heard that the President was offering O’Reilly another interview, I couldn’t understand the reason.

I do now. Like he did in the second debate against Mitt Romney, President Obama kept Bill O’ Reilly and his Fox News talking points at bay.

In the second go around, President Obama stood his ground and directly pointed out that Bill O’Reilly and the people at Fox are the ones pushing the misinformation to the country. He refused to allow Bill O’ to run the show like he did in the first interview and over the 10 minutes of the interview, President Obama got his message across, leaving Bill O’ to try to cut the interview short, but the President continued, letting the country know that he is doing his part, unlike those who wish to continue push a misleading narrative to their listeners… like Fox News.

Watch the interview below.

Mom Arrested – Tried To Pimp Out her 15 Year Old Daughter For Super Bowl Sex

A Florida woman is jailed after making a Super Bowl week trip from her home to New York City, where she allegedly sought to pimp out her 15-year-old daughter, according to police.

When questioned by cops after her arrest Wednesday, Yolanda Ostolaza, 39, admitted that, “We came up here to work and make money with a pimp. I knew it was for escorting and prostitution,” according to a misdemeanor criminal complaint.

As for her child’s role in the illegal activity, Ostolaza remarked, “I thought my daughter was just going to do the fetish stuff.”

Undercover vice detectives, who initially contacted the teen via an online ad, arranged to pay $200 for a sexual encounter at a Manhattan hotel. When officers later took the girl into custody, she told them her age and said that her mother was waiting for her at a nearby hotel.

Ostolaza, pictured above, was subsequently charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. She remains locked up in lieu of $2000 bail. Her daughter has been placed in the custody of child welfare officials.

White Powder Scare At Hotels Near Super Bowl Stadium

Bomb squads and hazardous material teams fanned out across New Jersey on Friday after packages containing a suspicious white powder were delivered to as many as seven hotels near the site of the Super Bowl on Friday, according to multiple reports.

Authorities also were testing white powder contained in a letter sent to the Manhattan office of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, law enforcement officials told CNN. The letter opened in the mail room contained white powder, according to law enforcement officials.

No injuries were reported in either case, and NBC 4 reported that none of the New Jersey hotels were hosting the athletes who will be playing at MetLife.

WABC 7 reported the packages went to an Econo Lodge on Washington Avenue in Carlstadt, the Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel on Rutherford Avenue in Rutherford, the Homewood Suites by Hilton on Route 17 in East Rutherford and the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights Meadowlands on Terrace Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights.
No evacuations were ordered, WABC 7 reported.

Super Bowl: Bracing For Subzero Weather in an Open-air Stadium

America is set for the coldest month of the century as weather forecasters predict yet another freezing blast of Arctic air – putting Super Bowl Sunday in jeopardy.

Teams have been warned to stay on high alert for changes to the scheduling of the first Super Bowl to be played in an open-air stadium.

Temperatures have already hit record lows, at times making parts of the U.S. colder than the North Pole, and are expected to plunge in the coming days.

The timing could not be worse for one of the biggest global sporting events, which will be exposed to the full force of the elements at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on February 2.

Eric Grubman, NFL vice president of business operations, told the Denver Post: ‘We are advising teams to prepare in case a contingency plan goes into effect.’

The game could be moved to the preceding Friday or Saturday or the following Monday if authorities decide the weather will constitute a danger to public health.

Broncos coach John Fox and Seattle coach Pete Carroll will be the first to know if the event is rescheduled.

Matt Rogers, president of Commodity Weather Group LLC, said: ‘The crazy thing is that the current cold snap this week look to be a bit more modest in the face of next week’s outbreak.

‘The cold coming for the end of January is sufficient to make this the coldest month of the century so far and the coldest the Lower 48 has felt in the last 20 years.’

“New Ro Stand Up!”: Ray Rice Is Coming Home

Well the Ravens are Super Bowl champions (told ya so), and there’s not too many more happy about it than Raven’s running back Ray Rice. The New Rochelle, New York native said that when you win it all, you really reflect on your journey and where you came from. That must be true because in the hours after he was able to hoist up the Lombardi trophy he was tweeting up a storm. Siting his school and his friends and family. He even tweeted to his home town; “New Ro stand up.”

But then he made it clear that he hasn’t forgotten the small city just north of the Bronx.

He tweeted “New Ro I’m coming back Friday it’s on we taking over spectators on north ave.”
So there you have it. If you want to party with the Super Bowl champ, be at Spectators Sports Bar on North Avenue Friday night. You might have to brave some bad weather but it will likely be an unforgettable night.

Monday, February 4, 2013

Today marks the 14th anniversary of the killing of  Guinea immigrant Amadou Diallo, who was fired on 41 times as he stood, unarmed, in the vestibule of his apartment building in the Bronx,NY. The four police officers responsible for the killing–Sean Carroll, 37, Edward McMellon, 27, Kenneth Boss, 28, and Richard Murphy, 27–were, incredibly, acquitted just a year later of all charges in the death. Rudolph W. Giuliani was our esteemed mayor at the time I recall…

Beyonce worked hard Super Bowl Night to make sure you forget that she lip synched (to her own voice tho’!) at President Obama’s Inauguration. With her old DC Girls–Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams–in tow the reunion was on…at least for about two songs, then it was all about the B!

The movie Warm Bodies, which came out this past Friday, looks cute. Sort of a Romeo/Juliet, star crossed lovers vibe with zombies. Finally a flick where someone has something nice to say about the undead!

The New York Police Department is experimenting with scanners that measure terahertz waves released by our bodies to search for a concealed weapon without the need of a pat down first. The new procedure will now be called: Scan, Stop & Search.

While the White House assures us that the 2014 withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan is still the game plan, The Pentagon, the place where all the real war decisions are made, wants to maintain a strategic partnership with the region. You know–for training and advisory purposes. Clearly, these men have no idea of the concept of  “pulling out”. Boys, even if you’re partially in it…you still up in it!

The NAACP is fighting back on NYC Mayor Bloomberg’s attempt to limit the size of sodas sold by stores in the city. The prestigious organization says its unfair targeting towards smaller mom & pop shops who sell the stuff by the drum to neighborhood kids while big food chains like Burger King and 7/11 will still be allowed to sell colossal-sized drinks to customers. Still Bloomberg wants to know:

“…how they can look themselves in a mirror knowing they are hurting, deliberately, the life expectancy and the quality of life for the people that they’re supposed to serve.”

Scratching my head on that one too. I think a better fight would be to get gym back in the schools. Remember P.E.?  That class used to be a requirement to get promoted to the next grade. Give our fat-ass kids a ball, a nice shiny wooden floor and an hour to run around in each school day. Obesity problem, solved!

In the meantime, influenced by First Lady Michelle Obama’s campaign against child obesity, mom Rose Cameron, CEO of  WAT-AAH! is aiming to make water “cool” and contemporary to kids by using pure, unadulterated bottled water in a funky-fresh package. Way to think out the box momma!

Happy Super Bowl Sunday: Here’s An Idea For Your Feast

Happy Super Bowl Sunday to everyone! It’s that special day of the year for sports that has something for everyone. Maybe your team is finally in the big game or maybe you’re a diehard football fan and just want to see a good matchup. Maybe you’re the occasional fan who makes the day more interesting with Super Bowl pools or maybe you’re just in it for the commercials and the half time show. And if none of that interests you, there is still the food. Oh the glorious amounts of super eats for Super Bowl Sunday!

No Super Bowl party is complete without its share of tailgate delectable. Buffalo wings are a staple today. Other fan favorites can be chilli, seven layer dip, pizza, jalapeño poppers or whatever else you’re into. It’s a day certainly built around eating foods you don’t need a table for. Just a napkin, maybe, and your mouth. But me, I’m a burger man so today I’ll be making my take on Wendy’s bacon mushroom cheddar melt. And I don’t usually do this but today I will make an exception. I’m going to tell you just how to prepare this artery clogger of deliciousness.

The first thing we need to talk about is what we do to prepare the burgers. It’s still early so quick, run and get yourself a bottle of Samuel Adams. No, don’t drink it! Pour that brew into a ziplock bag with some sirloin burgers. Use a second bottle if one was not enough to submerge the burgers like a marinade. Sam Adams is a strong beer but it is also one of the worlds most tastiest beers and when the alcohol cooks off, it’s going to give the burger a nice sweet taste. Oh and let’s not forget that Sam Adams is made right here in the USA. So once we’ve marinated our burgers in America’s finest beer and we are ready to grill them up, only season with some salt and pepper and throw them on the grill. If no grill, use a pan. It’s all good.

I don’t want you to make a rookie mistake here, don’t flip the burgers too much, you’ll dry them out and then you might as well just buy them from Wendy’s. While you’re burgers are going or even a little while before, you should be sizzling up some bacon and sautéing some mushrooms. And in a small pot or sauce pan goes a can of Campbell’s cheddar cheese soup. This soup is the perfect consistency to match Wendy’s cheese sauce.

After my mushrooms are sautéed, I like to dice em up and throw them into the soup. So once everything is done and your burgers are just about done, place a thin slice of cheddar cheese on each burger. To assemble this treat, start with your bottom bun. Place a bit of the cheese sauce on the bottom of the bun followed by your sirloin burger. Then the bacon is placed on the burger and over the bacon goes a healthy scoop of your cheese and mushroom sauce. Top with the bun and enjoy! But have plenty of napkins because its about to get messy. I hope I’ve given you guys and gals a good suggestion for your Super Bowl feast.

Everyone out there, we at EZKOOL.com wish you an enjoyable and safe Super Bowl Sunday!

All Eyes On Ray Lewis

Every now and then, sports gives us a story worth paying close attention too. I am of course speaking of the up coming Super Bowl but I’m not talking about the Harbaugh brothers. Don’t get me wrong, a brother on brother Super Bowl is very interesting especially when the brothers are both head coaches. However, I’m talking about a story that started back in 1996 when a 21 year old kid was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens and went on to lead the team in tackles with 110 that year.

Ray Lewis needs no description of how impressive his 13x Pro Bowl career has been. He has been the heart and soul of the the Ravens since the late 90’s and here he is, once again at the center of an amazing playoff run. The difference between this year and years passed is this playoff run will be his last. Just after the season ended with a loss to the Bengals, Lewis announced that he would retire at the end of the teams playoff run bringing a legendary career to an end. It seems his teammates wanted to make sure they could put off his retirement as long as possible. The Ravens have gone on an unlikely Super Bowl run in true underdog fashion.

The team has beat the Colts, Broncos and Patriots to earn a trip to the big game against the 49ers. They haven’t been the favorites so far and the Super Bowl is no different. They’ll go into the final game of the season with one single goal and its the same goal the Giants had last year; FINISH.

So my pick for you’re Super Bowl champions is none other than the Baltimore Ravens, and before you call me crazy, I’ll remind you all that I did successfully pick the Super Bowl teams. So my guess is that come February 3rd, Ray Lewis will hoist his second and final Lombardi trophy bringing a story book ending to an incredible career spent entirely with one team. That’s something that has become extremely rare.

Fox News Bill O’Reilly Makes An Ass of Himself, Again!

President Obama is the ultimate chess player. He already knows what FOX NEWS and their Republican-pushing hosts think about him, yet he grants them interviews. Why?

The only reason for giving interviews to those who consider you the enemy is to prove to all watching that you are above the foolishness. In this case, President Obama successfully achieved his goal — using this interview to show America and the world, that FOX NEWS and more specifically, Bill O’Reilly have an agenda, and nothing the President says or does will be approved by him and his  partisan, so-called news organization.

The game is on and the President clearly has checkmate.
