225 Marching Band Members Pay Tribute to Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson did it in one flawless move, but it took 225 members of the Ohio marching band to do the moonwalk in this magnificently choreographed tribute to the king of pop.

At halftime during Saturday’s game against the University of Iowa, those in attendance were taken back as the band played some of Jackson’s greatest hits. But the choreographed moves on the field makes this video a must watch.

Michael Jackson’s Son, Prince Jackson, Says Father Feared Concert Promoter, AEG Live

LOS ANGELES — Michael Jackson’s eldest son testified Wednesday that his father was excited about going back on tour before his death but wasn’t happy about the pressure that came with the ill-fated shows.

Michael Joseph “Prince” Jackson Jr. told jurors his father wanted more time to rehearse and had several tense phone conversations with promoters of his “This Is It” shows that sometimes ended with his father in tears.

The 16-year-old said his father remarked after one of the conversations, “They’re going to kill me.” He did not elaborate.

The testimony came in a lawsuit claiming AEG negligently hired Conrad Murray, the doctor who was later convicted of involuntary manslaughter for giving Jackson an overdose of the anesthetic propofol.

AEG Has “Irrefutable” Evidence that Paris is NOT Michael’s Daughter

Interior designer Kenneth Bordewick, who was a regular visitor to the Jackson home before Michael died of a drug overdose in 2009, tells me: ‘Paris has always ruled the roost. She was in charge of the whole house before Michael died. The kids were completely spoiled by the staff, and Paris told everyone what to do, including her father. They would have big arguments; there was always a lot of drama with Paris.’

She was only 11 when Jackson died, and to this day, it’s said she assumes a maternal role, particularly where her younger brother Prince Michael, 11, is concerned.

Although his children emerged into a kind of normality after his death, they had to deal with the burden of sudden fame alongside their grief.

Paris seems concerned by her father’s legacy — and wants him to be remembered as a consummate entertainer, not a drug-addicted oddball.

In a newspaper interview last month she talked about wanting to get his old Neverland estate going as a kind of theme park — to help underprivileged children. She doesn’t see — as he didn’t — that the idea of an accused paedophile helping children could be viewed as grotesque. As a teenage user of social media, she has been bombarded with distasteful messages about his proclivities.

She is also said to be terrified by the prospect of testifying at the ongoing ‘wrongful death’ lawsuit the Jacksons are bringing against concert promoters AEG. Michael was signed to perform a series of gigs which the family argues he was in no fit state to perform. She can expect to be asked about her father’s health and state of mind before he died, and the events of the day he died.

Now AEG has a further bombshell — it claims to have ‘irrefutable’ proof that Michael is not the biological father of Prince or Paris, which they wish to bring to court.

Jackson family lawyers argue that the issue is irrelevant, and AEG is just seeking to embarrass the family.

Michael Jackson’s Daughter Tried to Commit Suicide

Paris Jackson, the daughter of deceased singer Michael Jackson, was hospitalized Wednesday morning after a possible suicide attempt, TMZ reports.

According to TMZ, the 15-year-old was transported to the hospital from the family’s Calabasas, Calif. home at approximately 2 a.m., after a 911 call was placed.

TMZ reports that the 911 caller reported a possible overdose, but also cites a source stating that there were cuts on one of Jackson’s wrists.

TMZ says that Jackson is currently “doing OK.”

Debbie Rowe, Jackson’s mother, confirmed the hospitalization report to Entertainment Tonight, and said Jackson has had “a lot going on [lately].”
LA County Fire confirms that they received a 911 call for an overdose at 1:15 a.m. and one person was transported to hospital.

Paris Jackson may Move In with Mom Debbie Rowe

The 15-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson has been living and cared for by her grandmother and guardian Katherine Jackson, but according to reports the teenage gal is planning to move back in with her birth mother, Debbie Rowe.

“There has been a string of turbulent rows in the Jackson home over the past few weeks and it’s all coming to a head,” a source told CelebrityFix.

Mother and daughter bonding continues for Debbie Rowe and Paris Jackson with day of activities earlier this month.
Jackson was photographed spending her 15th birthday with Rowe last month — and the mother-daughter pair having been allegedly spending much more bonding time together over the last few weeks.

“Whilst she loves her grandmother Katherine, Paris thinks she has some extremely old-fashioned beliefs,” an insider told the gossip site, referring to the 84-year-old Jackson matriarch.

“Paris is an extremely independent young woman and as she’s got older, she’s starting to voice her opinion more and stand up for herself and her beliefs,” the source said.

“Paris is trying to persuade (her brothers) Prince and Blanket to join her. Debbie has told her they would all be welcome, but there are certain laws which have to be obeyed and Paris knows that whilst she may be able to leave, it would be far more difficult for the boys due to the legalities.”

British actor Mark Lester: DNA test will prove I fathered Michael Jackson’s kids

The former ‘Oliver’ child star says he’s prepared to take a DNA test to prove his story that he donated sperm to the pop legend. Lester, 51, was close friends with Jackson, and was named godfather to all of his children

Lester reportedly has not been allowed to see the children since Jackson’s death in 2009.

Amid Michael Jackson‘s wrongful death trial, British actor Mark Lester is continuing his efforts to prove that the late pop legend’s children are biologically his. The former “Oliver” child star says he’s prepared to take a DNA test.

“I wouldn’t have a DNA test without the children’s permission, but when the children come of age — and it’s not far away — and they decide they want me to do it, then I will,” he told British tabloid The Mirror.

Lester, 51, was close friends with Jackson, and was named godfather to all of his children. The two met when they were in their teen years — after Lester rose to fame starring in the 1968 movie-musical. They maintained a 30 year-long friendship.

Lester claims his is the father of Jackson’s children — Prince Jackson, Prince Michael Jackson II and Paris Jackson, shown with La Toya Jackson. He says Paris’ resemblance to his own daughter, Olivia, is uncanny.

According to The Mirror, Lester has not been allowed to see the children since Jackson’s death in 2009. After going public with his suspicions, Lester says the Jackson family stopped answering his phone calls.

“I just want to reconnect and be the godfather that Michael made me,” he said. “I just feel it is really cruel that our relationship has just been cut off. It is not what Michael would have wanted.”

Lester previously told Britain’s News of the World in 2009 that he gave Jackson his semen years ago, after the singer asked for “help,” suggesting he had fertility issues.

“It was a really strange request but while Michael was alive I never gave it another thought. I didn’t donate to get something out of it.”

“While he was alive, I never ever thought the children were anyone else’s but Michael’s.”

Now, Lester says the resemblance between Jackson’s daughter Paris, 15, and his own 18-year-old daughter Olivia, is uncanny.

Michael Jackson’s Daughter Paris Reconnects with her Mother Debbie Rowe

Paris Jackson, Debbie Rowe
For years, Debbie Rowe, Michael Jackson‘s ex-wife and the mother of two of his children, was out of the picture. As followers of the frequently bizarre Jackson family saga know, the former dermatology nurse – who was married to Jackson from 1996 to 1999 – gave her pop star husband sole custody ofMichael Joseph “Prince” Jackson Jr., 16, and Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson, 15, in the divorce.Rowe, 54, was awarded $8 million in the settlement and, except for occasional visits with her children, steered clear of the family. She settled in Palmdale, Calif., about an hour outside Los Angeles, breeding horses, and zealously guarding her privacy.

But now, as a multi-million dollar wrongful death trial pitting the Jackson clan against concert promoter AEG Live gets underway in Los Angeles, Rowe has resurfaced. And sources say she’s grown particularly close to the daughter she never really knew.

In recent weeks, Rowe has spent an increasing amount of time with Paris Jackson – watching her perform in her school play, taking her out to lunch, and hosting her at her Palmdale ranch. Once alienated from her former in-laws, Rowe has the blessing of Paris’s grandmother and legal co-guardian, Katherine Jackson, who sees her as a good influence.

“Paris has been going through a lot of teenage angst and feels a little bit unloved,” says a source. “So about three months ago Paris reached out to her mother and told her she wanted to establish a relationship with her. Debbie was open to it, and Katherine Jackson is supportive of the developing relationship.”

Since then, Paris has spent two weekends with Rowe in Palmdale, helping her with her horses. “She’s enjoyed telling friends in L.A. how she’s helping take care of a pregnant mare on the ranch, and even how she was recently chased by a chicken.”

Unlike his younger sister, Prince Michael Jackson has not embraced his biological mother.

“He has anger issues with her,” says the source. “He feels like she abandoned him years ago.”

Indeed, in recent times the source says that Paris and Prince are not as close as they used to be, partly because of Paris’s relationship with her mother.

Rowe is not the mother of the late pop star’s third child, Prince Michael II, 11, who was born to a still-unidentified surrogate mother in 2002.

“Right now Paris is happy with the situation as it is,” says the source about budding the mother-daughter relationship. “It’s even looking like at some point Paris will want to move in with Debbie.”

Both Paris and Prince Michael are expected to take the stand in the wrongful death trial now underway.

Michael Jackson’s Killer Will Not Help Katherine Jackson’s Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Michael Jackson’s former doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray is kind of a douche. Not only did he kill the King of Pop, but he won’t be testifying in Katherine Jackson’s wrongful death lawsuit against AEG Live.

He refused to testify at his own trial in 2011 and has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter. As a result, he was sentenced to four years in the slammer. Now that Katherine Jackson is going after AEG, Conrad refuses to testify and doesn’t want to incriminate himself. This douchebag probably doesn’t believe that he’s done anything wrong… And he wonders why he gets no sympathy when he constantly whines about prison conditions and his health concerns.

In a sworn statement addressed to the Jacksons and Katherine’s lawyer, he refused any assistance. Katherine’s lawyer said “He would not answer anyquestions at the deposition or the trial.”

Katherine is suing AEG for $40 billion, the amount she claims her son would have made if they weren’t negligent in hiring and supervising Dr. Murray. The trial will begin on April 2, 2013. Stay tuned…
