An Arlington, Virginia technician is behind bars after raping a hospital patient.

According to FOX News, 30-year-old Roy Anthony Jones was arrested and charged with rape after he treated a woman in the ER. Police say the incident occurred in January after the unidentified woman was admitted to the Virginia Hospital Center.

A 37-year-old woman reported the rape happened in the early morning hours of January 13. She says she was being treated in the emergency room, and as part of that treatment, had gone to the hospital’s imaging center.

She says she was alone and that the CT scan technician, identified as Jones, forced himself on her and raped her.

Police say the victim went back down to the emergency room and told staffers she had been sexually assaulted. Someone called police.

Police say the delay in the arrest was due to officials collecting Jones’ DNA to connect him to the crime. Police Chief Daniel Murray told reporters he was shocked by the incident, since it occurred in a place patients are supposed to feel safe and secure in.

The problem is something could happen to anybody almost anywhere, so one always has to exude caution,” says Deputy Police Chief Daniel Murray. “But I’m extremely sympathetic to a patient trying to be in a place where they’re seeking treatment, where they’re seeking care, and then to have something tragically like this happen to them.”

Jones was terminated from his position and is being held in an Arlington, Virginia jail without bond.

Fox News Outrage – Because of Obamacare, People Must Now Wait to Buy Healthcare

Fox News has something else to complain about. They are now blaming Obamacare for the people who chose to remain uninsured past the enrollment cycle. You know, those same folks Fox News told not to buy healthcare.

On the so-called “news” network’s website, this was written;

There is yet another ObamaCare surprise waiting for consumers: from now until the next open enrollment at the end of this year, most people will simply not be able to buy any health insurance at all, even outside the exchanges.

Apparently, the concept of an enrollment cycle is foreign to the good ole folks over at Fox. Of course, the rest of us already know that enrollment in health insurance happens every year and anyone who missed or failed to enroll because, they listened to Fox for example – would usually wait for the next enrollment cycle. But according to the foxers, Obamacare is now the culprit.

I still cannot figure out why their audience continue buying their bull!

Rush Limbaugh Thinks Hillary Clinton Planned The Shoe Throwing Incident

You see, I have my own theory on this whole shoe throwing incident last week involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

If you ask me, I think that the incident was staged. But unlike Rush Limbaugh who seems to think that the Clintons arranged the whole thing because, they’re the Clintons, I think it was staged by some disgruntled conservatives who can’t get over the fact that George Bush was the only US President to have a shoe thrown at him – a sure sign if disrespect.

My theory is, these conservatives assume that Hillary Clinton, being a Democrat and the next presumptive president of the United States – should join George Bush at the bottom of the ranks by having a shoe thrown at her.

But that’s just my theory. This is Rush Limbaugh.

On his radio show, Limbaugh discusses the incident with a caller.

The caller’s theory was based on Clinton’s “little girl” reaction to something that she said should have made the former secretary of state feel more “fear and anxiety.” Limbaugh admitted to the woman that he hadn’t seen the video — only the still photo on The Drudge Report — but based on that he agreed with his caller’s assessment.

“I can totally relate to those who believe that everything the Clintons do is staged or choreographed,” Limbaugh told is audience. “But I’m sorry, I’m ill-equipped to comment, I haven’t seen it,” he added, saying he hasn’t “cared enough” to seek it out

“Maybe it’s because, in my subconscious, I think it was staged, or set up, or whatever,” he said. “I don’t know why anybody would be throwing a shoe at Hillary unless maybe it’s an attempt to make the Benghazi people look like nuts and lunatics and wackos.”

Ah… Rush, you people already look like nuts and lunatics and wackos!

Good Samaritan stops to help two teen girls in car crash only for a SECOND car to hit and kill them all

Three lives were tragically cut short early Sunday in Miami when two 17-year-old girls and the man who tried to help them were killed in an auto accident. 

The girls, Carolina Agreda and Anapaula Saldana, were traveling in a red Toyota when a 68-year-old woman driving an SUV collided with them.

Passing motorist Eduardo Hernández stopped to help the girls when yet another vehicle crashed into the stopped cars, killing Agreda, Saldana, and Hernández.

Eduardo Hernandez got out of his car to check on the girls, only to be struck and killed along with them when a second vehicle sped into the scene

The Miami Herald reports Hernández was headed home with his father and son, 8, after the trio watched a boxing match at a relative’s house.

Who’s at fault?

While police have yet to determine whether drugs or alcohol played any roll in the fatal accident, eyewitnesses at that scene reported that the two teen girls almost immediately insisted they had not been drinking.

However, in an interview after the crash, driver Rolando Jiménez described their behavior as erratic.

Jiménez said the girls appeared to have ignored a flashing red light at the intersection while the SUV had a yellow signal.

Texas mega church Pastor John Hagee is sounding the alarm – Tuesday, as in tomorrow, could be the beginning of the end!

On Tuesday, there will be the first of four eclipses referred to as “Blood Moon” because of the way the sun, earth and moon will align. This to the pastor is significant, prompting him to ask if ” this the end of the age?”

Hagee quoted a passage from the Bible – Acts 2:19-20: And I will show wonders in Heaven above and signs in the Earth beneath, the sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.

“I believe that the heavens are God’s billboard, that he has been sending signals to planet Earth,” he explained. “God is literally screaming at the world, ‘I’m coming soon.'”

Hagee predicted that the four eclipses were signaling a “world-shaking event that will happen between April 2014 and October 2015.”

“God sends plant Earth a signal that something big is about to happen! He’s controlling the Sun and the moon right now to send our generation a signal, but the question is, are we getting it?”

Right Winged Militia Helps Rancher Defy Court Order – Video

They came armed with their shotguns and pistols, and whatever other pieces of weaponry these right wingnuts have. They descended on the ‘Bundy Ranch’ as its being called in social media – lands that in fact, belongs to the federal government.

Their mission? To help the cattleman Cliven Bundy defy a court order to vacate the lands owned by the government.

Back in 1998, Cliven Bundy, a cattle herder from Navada was ordered by the courts to remove his livestock from federal land known as the Bunkerville Allotmen. Bundy was also ordered to pay $200 a day per cattle if he did not follow the court order. Bundy refused to and continued his grazing activities.

Then in October 2013, fifteen years later, another order from the court was given. This time, Bundy had 45 days to comply. He again refused, in fact, Bundy expanded his grazing activities to include other federally owned lands. A third court order was issued pointing to this fact.

According to the third order;

“Bundy’s cattle have moved beyond the boundaries of the Bunkerville Allotment and are now trespassing on a broad swath of additional federal land (the “New Trespass Lands”), including public lands within the Gold Butte area that are administered by the BLM, and National Park System land within the Overton Arm and Gold Butte areas of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.”

After 15 years and multiple court orders demanding Cliven Bundy vacate federal lands, Rangers – under the authority of the court and armed with stun guns – began rounding up and removing the livestock.

Last Saturday, 352 cattle were impounded and that was when all he’ll broke loose!

They came out of the woodsheds. Armed right-winged Republican nuts, lovers and defenders of the constitution, came determined to help Bundy defy a constitutionally protected court order.

“We provide armed response,” said Jim Lordy, who belongs to the militia group called Operation Mutual Aid. He continued, “[w]e need guns to protect ourselves from the tyrannical government!”

Other militias like The Oath Keepers also promised to send support to the lawbreaking cattle herder.

It worked.

The latest update from Montana is that “the government has suspended their enforcement action because militia activity was posing a danger to employees and the public.”

Bundy, emboldened by this “win” is however taking things a step further. He wants the Rangers rounding up the cattle to disarm. And furthermore, he is demanding that they leave their weapons with him. He gave them 1 hr to comply.

A Clerical Error Caused State to ‘forgot’ to send this man to prison for 13 years

The Missouri Department of Corrections discovered, upon preparing to release a prisoner who had served a 13-year sentence in July 2013, that the prisoner had never been incarcerated and promptly sent him to prison.

In the intervening 13 years since his 1999 arrest, Cornealious ‘Mike’ Anderson III, 36, has transformed his life, becoming a master carpenter, starting his own business and marrying and having children.

In July last year, as he and his youngest daughter slept in the St Louis home he built for his family, a SWAT team outfitted in tactical gear and helmets swarmed the house, arresting the terrified father of four and delivering him to the Missouri Department of Corrections, where he’s been ever since.


13 years late: Mike Anderson is currently nine months into a 13-year prison sentence for a crime committed in 1999

Now, Anderson is fighting to be released from prison, where he’s nine months into the original 13-year sentence.

The Riverfront Times reports that it appears some kind of clerical error is responsible for Anderson’s predicament.

In 1999, Anderson and another man robbed a Burger King store manager of the day’s takings as he attempted to deposit the cash in a night-deposit box.

The pair used a BB gun and Anderson was arrested two months later after witnesses gave police his car license plate number.

Between 2000 and 2004, Anderson filed a series of appeals which were ultimately unsuccessful. At that point, his bail should have been revoked and he should have been taken into custody – but he never was.

As the weeks and months passed by, Anderson never attempted to hide: he registered a business, Anderson Construction and Investment, to his home address and married his wife, LaQonna Anderson. He coached his son’s football team and volunteered at his local church.

He even filed a post-conviction appeal that clearly stated ‘Movant is not presently incarcerated.’ His co-accused, Laron Harris, was convicted and sentenced to 10 years. In filings, Anderson’s address is clearly stated as Webster Groves, whereas the listing for Harris is the Missouri Department of Corrections.

No one commented on this discrepancy and Anderson remained free for seven years after his final appeal failed in 2005.

Tim Lohmar, the current prosecutor for St. Charles County, where the armed robbery occurred, is baffled at the error.

‘Somebody messed up. Somebody messed up big time,’ he told CBS News.

As to whether Anderson deserves to be free, he said, ‘The jury heard the evidence, the judge upheld the sentence,’ he says. ‘As unfair as it may seem to he and his family, he’s got 13 years he owes the state. I don’t think there’s much more to say than that.’

Woman Who Threw Shoe at Hillary Clinton Released

No, assault charges were not filed against the woman who threw a shoe at Hillary Clinton this week in Las Vegas. In fact, she was released today.

Alison Michelle Ernst, 36, who was booked at the Clark County Jail, has been freed after receiving a misdemeanor disorderly conduct summons.

Ernst could face up to a year in the county lockup if she is convicted of violating a county ordinance during the Thursday incident at the Mandalay Bay hotel-casino.

She is accused of bypassing security and walking quickly toward a rope line about six rows from the front of a conference audience. Police say she reached into a purse, removed the shoe and threw it overhand toward the stage…

Authorities said Ernst wasn’t a credentialed conference attendee and wasn’t supposed to have been in the ballroom, which had more than 1,000 people.

Murder Charges Against 9 Month Old Baby Dropped

The murder charges filed against a nine month old Pakistanis baby earlier this month highlights the craziness that’s going on in Pakistan’s judicial system.

Police and employees from a gas company went to the family to try and collect on an overdue bill. Things got out of control and attempted murder chargers were filed against the entire family including the 9 month old baby Musa.

Today the baby appeared in court sitting on the lap of his grandfather and was cleared of all wrong doings.

Charges are still pending against the rest if the family.

Illegally Parked BMW’s Windows Smashed By Boston Firefighters

THE REASON YOU DON’T PARK BY A FIRE HYDRANT-


EAST BOSTON (CBS) – A man who ignored a fire hydrant put Boston firefighters at risk Wednesday night. The man who parked his new BMW in front of a fire hydrant slowed the battle to save East Boston homes.

Firefighters were forced to smash the windows and thread the fire hose through the car.

The fire on Lexington Street grew to eight alarmsbefore crews were able to get control. No one was hurt, but nearly three dozen people have to find a new place to live.

The man had just bought the BMW and theregistration was just two days old. He also got a $100 fine.

“He was mad,” Rafael Henriquez said.

Henriquez is friends with the car’s owner. He watched as firefighters busted through the windows to hook their hose onto the hydrant.

“I wanted to cry for him,” Henriquez said. “Of course he brought that on himself.”

In fact, Boston firefighters say the only thing on their minds was getting water as quickly as possible to the burning homes which were at that point fully engulfed. Since it had gone to eight alarms, all the closer hydrants were taken. The one blocked by the BMW was a street away.

“You don’t want to lose the full force of the water you’re getting from the hydrant,” Steve MacDonald of Boston Fire said. “It’s important to be as straight as possible.”

The hose still had a kink even after they got it hooked up, so bystanders pitched in and helped firefighters lift and bounce the car away from the curb.

“You can move the car a short distance which is what they did to get the kink out,” MacDonald said. “Again this is all effort that should be concentrated on putting the fire out.”

Back at the scene, firefighters traced the source of the flames to the engine of a Toyota parked in an alley, spreading fire to three nearby buildings, leaving residents like Jaime Hernandez homeless.

“We’re trying to figure out where we’re going to stay and for now my friend offered me shelter at her house,” Hernandez said.

Residents say the owner of the BMW drove it away with two broken windows and a big dent on the side.

Jon Stewart Explains How Brain Matter is Wasted on Republicans

Remember the ad where a Republican running for office took a gun an shot at a stack of papers he called Obamacare? As if shooting at the papers would magically make the law they hate disappear.

Well Jon Stewart took this ad and its underlining meaning to its logical conclusion – a hypothetical that spilling coffee on the 13th Amendment would reinstate slavery.

“Oh my God I spilled coffee on the 13th amendment. Black people are slaves again,” Stewart said.

A great way for Stewart to show the waste of brain matter when it comes to Republicans and their approach to thinking.

Stating that we’ve probably seen the limits of the Republican hate to Obamacare with their shooting ads, Stewart then shows just how far these Republicans could go.

Please, don’t give em any ideas.
