Oklahoma Police Encounter Causes Man’s Death While Wife Videotapes – Video

This is a sad and unfortunate story, and it is fully representative of the road we are traveling as a society

It was supposed to be a family night out at the movies. A father, a mother and their 19-year-old daughter.

There was an argument between the mother and her daughter that caused the mother to hit her daughter. Someone witnessed the confrontation and called the cops and that’s where all hell broke loose.

The police arrived and went straight to the family. The singled out the father asking him for his identification. What happened next is sketchy, but the police ended up pepper-spraying the husband. At this point the mother started recording the encounter on her cellphone.

We see the man lying on his stomach handcuffed with police officers kneeling on his back. We hear the mother calling out to her husband multiple times asking if he’s okay.

No response.

The man stayed on the ground, still on his stomach, still handcuffed, still surrounded by cops, his wife now frantically calling out his name asking anyone, everyone, if her husband is okay.

No response.

The recording ended when it finally dawned on the mother and the daughter that something terrible had happened. Her husband, her father was dead. Pepper sprayed, faced down on the ground, handcuffed, with multiple officers subduing him.

He was dead.

This nation is quickly becoming a police state. The shoot first ask questions never mentality abounds, and innocent people are dying in the process.

Three officers were suspended with pay for the killing of this innocent man. A daughter is left fatherless and a wife is left with a video that she filmed, showing the killing of her husband.

Pea brain Pastor – ”Obama has released the homo demons on the black man”

I’m wondering how long it took this so-called pastor to come up with this one. A claim without facts is not just an accusation, it is a lie. But that didn’t stop Rev. James David Manning of New York from making his baseless, fact less claim.

In a YouTube video posted on Tuesday, Atlah World Missionary Church Rev. James David Manning said that he had displayed the following sign outside his Harlem church: ”Obama has released the homo demons on the black man. Look out black woman. A white homo may take your man.”

“Obama has released these demons, particularly upon the black males,” he explained. “This homosexual demon, hoping to influence as many black males to subscribe to ideas that homosexual perverted LGBT as possible.”

As evidence, Manning pointed to the “outing” of basketball player Jason Collins and football player Michael Sam.

“I have noticed that Obama is influencing the few black men that are left to come out of the closet — or be homosexual — and they are being scooped up by white homos, leaving the black woman in more dire straits and with less of a choice of a man to come and be her husband, and father her children,” he said.

Substitute Teacher Arrested for Touching Himself in front of Students

A 72-year-old substitute teacher was arrested for touching himself in front of students at a high school in Stamford, Connecticut, Wednesday afternoon, according to CBS5.

A teacher’s assistant told police she saw a male substitute teacher, identified as Michael Luecke,72, masturbating in front of some lockers at West Hill High School.

The assistant told police that she thought Luecke was injured and that, when she went to help him, he had “his hand in his pants and manipulating his penis.” The school employee screamed as Luecke ran away.

According to surveillance video reviewed later, Luecke can be seen “suspiciously manipulating the front of his pants while looking at students in the courtyard.” Six students passed by the area where Luecke is alleged to have exposed himself.

The video also shows Luecke going behind lockers for about a minute, then emerging and lying on his back on the floor.

According to school officials, Luecke’s behavior was “completely out of character” and police are looking into his personal life to see if something triggered his behavior.

China Fog So Thick, Couple Posed For Wedding Pictures Wearing Gas Masks

It has grounded plans, closed roads and has even been compared to a nuclear winter, but one couple were not going to let the smog in Beijing ruin their big day.

The couple added gas masks to the more traditional wedding outfits before posing for a series of shorts around Guomao Bridge in the Chinese capital.

Severe pollution has hit much of northern China for the past week, with some readings well over 10 times the internationally accepted safety limit.

It is unknown whether the couple had in fact just been married or were taking part in a protest against the heavy pollution.

The smog in Beijing is now so thick that it is blocking sunlight despite recent announced closures or production cuts at 147 of the city’s industrial plants.

No Charges: Homeless Man Killed – Shot 11 Times Over Cup of Coffee

Michigan police officers won’t face federal charges in the fatal shooting of a homeless man during a confrontation over stolen coffee.

Federal authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI, announced Tuesday that there wasn’t enough evidence to charge the six Saginaw police officers.

“After a thorough investigation, federal authorities have determined that this tragic event does not present sufficient evidence of willful misconduct to lead to a federal criminal prosecution of the police officers involved,” the agencies said in a joint statement.

Police were called on the afternoon of July 1, 2012, to investigate a report that a man had stolen a cup of coffee from a convenience store.

Officers found 49-year-old Milton Hall, a homeless Saginaw man who was armed with a pocket knife and a known history of mental illness.

During the confrontation in a parking lot, police fired their weapons 47 times at Hall, striking him 11 times and killing him.

Prosecutors also declined to charge the officers in the state’s investigation, saying Hall acted aggressively as he wielded the knife.

So you want to donate money to someone to get rid of the president? Worry no more. There’s an app for that. A Facebook app that is.

The owner of the page created it with the specific goal of collecting donations from the blindly faithful. Those who think that giving their hard earned money to losers would somehow result in the caputer and elimination of our Democratically elected president.

You may remember Everest Wilhelmsen from last November’s call to arms, where he claimed “authority to shoot [Obama].”

Emboldened by Facebook’s decision to let him continue splattering his seditious speech all over Facebook and WordPress.com, Wilhelmsen has hatched his newest campaign, a fundraiser to accumulate reward money for the capture of the president.

If his Facebook post is to be believed, he has raised nearly $30,000 toward this goal. In his call for donations, he writes:

This group is for American patriots and others who have the mettle to pledge a REWARD FOR THE CAPTURE OF OBAMA.

NOTE: This is NOT a political issue, but A MATTER OF SELF-DEFENSE and a time that TRUE PATRIOTS MUST STAND !!! Most of us are not able to get close enough to Obama to capture and remove him, but some are. This REWARD is to encourage all who have the ability and opportunity to CAPTURE and permanently REMOVE Obama from the White House and Washington — to do so.

Obama MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE THE ELECTIONS, otherwise he will use them again for wrongful (fraudulent) advantage: Elections are how Obama convinces voters that they have “representatives” (that is why he is always campaigning) when in fact he and his co-conspirators are violating and alienating our Constitution—supplanting our Constitution with their usurpation of our Sovereignty.

The closer we get to the November elections the stronger and more arrogant (more dangerous) Obama will become.

Republican – “Overfed” Dominicans in New York are Abusing Food Stamps as a “Fat Pill” – Video

On the Fox News’ Hannity program last night, a panel was assembled to talk about food stamps. Using a story about a 29-year-old California surfer who is abusing the food stamp program while dining of lobsters, Sean Hannity asked his panel to respond to the lifestyle of the surfer.

‘Vice’ co-founder Gavin McInnes took issue with the premise of Hannity’s question and immediately suggested that white people are not the ones abusing the food stamp program. His conclusion? The abuse is happening because of “black Dominicans” in New York who are using food stamps as a “fat pill.”

During a panel discussion, Hannity asked his guests to respond to a 29-year-old California surfer who had allegedly been using the food stamp program instead of getting a job.

“This guy doesn’t personify the problem,” McInnes opined. “You see a middle-class white surfer kid. Here in New York, Dominicans go to the grocery store with their food stamps and the barrels that they ship back to the Dominican Republic are available at the grocery store.”

“But it’s more palatable to use this surfer than it is to use people who represent the problem here,” he said.

After another guest stated that “obesity is a big problem” when it comes to the food stamps, and the ease of  “access to in these stores that accept food stamps,” McInnes shot back, “yeah, the sheer volume of it. It’s just a fat pill.”

Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law Allows Blind Killer to Walk Free, With His Guns

Four years ago, he pulled his gun and shot his cousin. Then in March 2012, legally blind John Rogers pulled his gun again and killed his 34-year-old friend, James DeWitt. He stayed a short while in jail while the court went through the motions, but after it was all said and done, Stand Your Ground allowed John to walk free.

Last week, Stand Your Ground required a Seminole County Judge, John Galluzzo to return the murder weapon along with all his other guns to Mr. Rogers. This, according to WESH.

Even though the he said he didn’t want to do it, a judge in Seminole County, Florida, was forced to return a Glock pistol and a rifle to a blind man who won immunity for killing another man under the state’s “stand your ground” law.  The surreal hearing took place in the Seminole County Courthouse in Sanford—the city where Trayvon Martin was killed and his shooter set free under the same self-defense statute.

John Wayne Rogers had stood accused of premeditated first degree murder for shooting a “drinking buddy” in March 2012 “after a long drinking session,” according to the Orlando Sentinel. The killing was done “once in the chest with a .308 Remington assault rifle from a distance of 18 inches or less.”

But amid differing eyewitness accounts at his trial last month, a judge dismissed the jury and awarded Rogers immunity under Florida’s “stand your ground” law.

That led to Thursday’s hearing, in which Judge John Galluzo reluctantly admitted he’d have to give Rogers his rifle and a Glock 10 mm handgun. “I have to return property that was taken under the circumstance,” the judge said. “I have researched and haven’t found case law to say otherwise.”

Rogers—who has done probation for firing 15 rounds at a cousin and was jailed for pushing and punching a woman in a domestic disturbance three years ago—will have to buy new ammunition, however, since the state considered his cache “too old and dangerous.”

Republican Official – Pregnant Women Are Just “Host” Sometimes Referred to as “Mothers”

A pregnant woman is just a “host” that should not have the right to end her pregnancy, Virginia State Sen. Steve Martin (R) wrote in a Facebook rant defending his anti-abortion views.

Martin, the former chairman of the Senate Education and Health Committee, wrote a lengthy post about his opinions on women’s bodies on his Facebook wall last week in response to a critical Valentine’s Day card he received from reproductive rights advocates.

“I don’t expect to be in the room or will I do anything to prevent you from obtaining a contraceptive,” Martin wrote. “However, once a child does exist in your womb, I’m not going to assume a right to kill it just because the child’s host (some refer to them as mothers) doesn’t want it.” Martin then changed his post on Monday afternoon to refer to the woman as the “bearer of the child” instead of the “host.”

Martin voted for Virginia’s mandatory ultrasound bill and supported a fetal personhood bill, which would ban all abortions and could affect the legality of some forms of contraception. The Virginia Pro-Choice Coalition had sent him a Valentine’s Day card asking him to protect women’s reproductive health options, “including preventing unwanted pregnancies, raising healthy children and choosing safe, legal abortion.”

Martin reacted strongly to their letter.

“If it’s your expectation that I should support such nonsense, I will be breaking your heart,” he wrote. “You can count on me to never get in the way of you ‘preventing an unintentional pregnancy.’ I’m not actually sure what that means, because if it’s ‘unintentional’ you must have been trying to prevent it.”

Caught – The Black Men Who Wore White-skinned Disguises in Their Successful Robberies

A pair of burglars made off with $200,000 after wearing extremely realistic-looking masks and dressing as New York City cops. Edward Byam, 24, and Akeem Monsalvatge, 37, of Queens, dressed up as NYPD officers and wore the masks, making it appear that the two – both African American – were white.

And they would have gotten away with it too… If it weren’t for the “thank you” letter they sent to the company that made the realistic latex masks.

After getting away with the robbery, Byam wrote a note to Composite Effects, in order to show his appreciation for for the “realism” of the disguise.

Thick gloves covered the skin on their hands completely, and dark glasses hid their eyes, masking the only non-realistic aspect of the mask.

“We don’t know if they are white, black or Hispanic. People in the neighborhood saw them in the van for two or three days before the robbery,” a police spokesman announced before catching the two. Witnesses, police explained then, said that “They saw three white guys.”

NYPD was tipped off to check with Composite Effects, a company that makes masks like the ones used in the heist.

The company then turned over the email from Byam, which read “I’m sending this message to say I’m extremely pleased by CFX work on the mask. The realism of the mask is unbelievable.”

As for Monsalvatge he had apparently boasted about robbing another Pay-O-Matic in Queens, back in 2010. He lists his occupation as “venture capitalist,” on his Facebook account.

Did You Know that Blind People in Iowa Can Legally Carry Guns?

An Iowa law allowing the legally or completely blind to acquire permits to carry guns in public has stirred up debate as to whether or not the visually impaired should have “full access” to firearms.

“Up until 2011, it was solely up to the sheriff of your county who decided who got a gun permit and who did not,” Cedar County Sheriff Warren Wethington, who has been granting gun permits to the visually impaired since he became sheriff in 2007, told ABCNews.com. “So you were basically at the mercy of whether you had a pro-gun sheriff or an anti-gun sheriff.”

In 2010, Iowa became a “shall-issue” state when the legislature amended a law to create a uniform procedure for issuing gun permits statewide. As a result, Iowa residents could get a gun permit so long as they did not have a criminal background or history of mental illness, Wethington said.

“Once those restrictions were limited, we basically had to approve anybody who applied for a permit,” said Delaware County Sheriff John LeClere. “Our opinion no longer matters and our information on an individual, as far as their character, was something we could no longer consider.”

While applicants need to take a firearm safety course to obtain a permit, it is available online and does not need to include hands-on firearms training, which “makes it a little difficult,” LeClere said.

“If we have a person who is possibly eyesight impaired, he is certainly entitled to defend himself,” he said. “But should he be carrying [a firearm] in public? Should there be further restrictions placed on him based on eyesight?”

“I have some reservations about full access for people who are blind,” said Patrick Clancy, superintendent of the Iowa Braille and Sight Saving School in Vinton, Iowa. “That’s just because shooting requires a lot of vision to be accurate outside of controlled settings with safety courses.”

Lawyer Says LI Housekeeper Who Allegedly Killed Infant was Raped

A lawyer for the Long Island live-in housekeeper accused of killing her newborn baby and throwing the body in the trash says the infant was the result of a rape, and had been born stillborn and premature. 

Santos Elena Ruiz Solano, the 26-year-old housekeeper who lived in her employer’s West Islip home, was arraigned on second degree murder charges yesterday after prosecutors accused her of fatally fracturing the infant’s skull, putting the body in a plastic bag and throwing it in a garbage can. Ruiz Solano, a native of Honduras, plead not guilty, andaccording to attorney Michael Brown, she was raped en route to the United States seven months ago. “She is a mother who gave birth to a stillborn baby. She’s traumatized,” he said. “But now she is facing the hammer of the criminal justice system. “

Medica examiners say the infant was born alive, and the bodily trauma it suffered indicated a significant force. “The baby had three skull fractures that would have been caused by at least one impact,” prosecutor Glenn Kurtzrock said yesterday. “It would not have been caused by the baby simply falling or being dropped out of someone’s arms.”

According to prosecutors, Ruiz Solano gave birth on Sunday in the bathroom of her employer’s home; she allegedly called her husband to take her to the hospital soon after, and gave him a plastic bag with the infant’s body, which he then threw out unknowingly. He reportedly told officials he did not know his wife was pregnant; she has two children at home in Honduras.

Ruiz Solano is being held without bail.
