Erik Rush claims that the Obama administration took control of the flight and landed it on Diego Garcia. There, technicians on the flight were interrogate because they wanted to “abscond to China.” Rush goes on to say that after the interrogation was completed, the United States government had everyone on the plane “murdered.”

Joshua D. Baron, 40, pled guilty Friday in federal court to a charge of illegally distributing a prescription drug in exchange for sex in 2009. He was freed on his own recognizance as he awaits sentencing on June 30.
Baron faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $1million fine. Due to his plea, however, he will likely get between 9 and 11 years, according to federal sentencing guidelines.
Baron, a former pediatric neurologist who lives in Oak Park about 10 minutes from downtown Chicago, was first licensed by the state in 2006. He treated patients until 2011 at several Chicago hospitals, including the prestigious Rush University Medical Center.
He also gave up his medical license and Drug Enforcement Agency registration in 2011.
The father who police said fatally shot a 17-year-old boy in his daughter’s bedroom should be charged with murder, the victim’s distraught mother says.
Johran McCormick’s mother said she can’t believe her son was killed while sneaking around with the 16-year–old girl he was apparently dating, the Houston Chronicle reported Saturday.
Zakia McCormick also can’t understand why the man accused of firing the fatal shot Thursday is not behind bars.
“If you take a life, you give your life,” the newspaper quoted a teary Zakia McCormick as saying. “We’re suffering. Why isn’t he suffering too?”
She and the teen’s father Shawn Curley said the man should be charged with murder and sentenced to life behind bars.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting and has said a grand jury will determine if charges are warranted.
Although a grand jury will review the case, prosecutor Warren Diepraam told MyFoxHouston.com Friday that it is unlikely that the father will be charged.
The father told investigators he heard noises coming from his daughter’s bedroom around 2:30 a.m. He went to investigate and found Johran in the room. The boy was shot once.
It starts early. A new report issued by the Education Department shows a troubling trend – Black students are more likely to be suspended from U.S. public schools – even as tiny preschoolers.
The racial disparities in American education, from access to high-level classes and experienced teachers to discipline, were highlighted in a report released Friday by the Education Department’s civil rights arm.
The suspensions — and disparities — begin at the earliest grades.
Black children represent about 18 percent of children enrolled in preschool programs in schools, but almost half of the students were suspended more than once, the report said. Six percent of the nation’s districts with preschools reported suspending at least one preschool child.
Advocates long have said get-tough suspension and arrest policies in schools have contributed to a “school-to-prison” pipeline that snags minority students, but much of the emphasis has been on middle school and high school policies. This was the first time the department reported data on preschool discipline.
Earlier this year, the Obama administration issued guidance encouraging schools to abandon what it described as overly zealous discipline policies that send students to court instead of the principal’s office. But even before the announcement, school districts have been adjusting policies that disproportionately affect minority students.
Overall, the data shows that black students of all ages are suspended and expelled at a rate that’s three times higher than that of white children. Even as boys receive more than two-thirds of suspensions, black girls are suspended at higher rates than girls of any other race or most boys.
The data doesn’t explain why the disparities exist or why the students were suspended.
“It is clear that the United States has a great distance to go to meet our goal of providing opportunities for every student to succeed,” Education Secretary Arne Duncan said in a news release.

Glenn Champ, 48, addressed hundreds of GOP delegates and supporters Sunday at the site of the state party’s semi-annual convention. Introduced by party chairman Jim Brulte and allotted 10 minutes, Champ spoke in between the main GOP candidates, former U.S. Treasury official Neel Kashkari and state Assemblyman Tim Donnelly of San Bernardino County.
Champ, a little-known political neophyte from the Fresno County community of Tollhouse, did not directly mention his criminal past during his speech but said, “In my life, I’ve been held accountable because of my stupidity. I do not want anyone else to be enslaved because of their lack of knowledge.”
Champ’s rap sheet is lengthy. Court records show that in 1992, he pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed firearm. In 1993, he was convicted of two counts of assault with intent to commit rape and as a result was placed on the state’s sex-offender registry.
In March 1998, he accepted a plea deal on a charge of loitering to solicit a prostitute; later that year, he pleaded no contest to a voluntary manslaughter charge after hitting a man with his vehicle, for which he was sentenced to 12 years in state prison, according to court records.
In their first protest since their leader Fred Phelps died earlier this week, Westboro members were met with peaceful signs from counter protesters.
The Westboro Baptist gang members were protesting at a Lorde concert. With them they brought the usual “God hates everybody” signs. But they were met by another group of protesters clearly offering condolences to the passing of Mr. Fred Phelps. The counter protesters carried signs that read, “Sorry for your loss.”
“We realized that it wasn’t so much about antagonizing them but sending out the countered safe that we are here for people who need that message and need that positivity” Megan Coleman, who helped make the sign, said according to Kansas’ KSHB.
But apparently, the good deed was lost to the Westboro members. “I don’t even know what they’re saying,” Westboro Baptist Chuch member Steve Drain said.
Im not surprised that the Westboro members couldn’t see the good deed. Hate is all they know, so the good deeds of others are confusing.
Police in Lincolnton say they have arrested a man who sucked a woman’s toes at Walmart by claiming to be studying podiatry.
Michael Brown, of Concord, was arrested around 9 p.m. Thursday and charged with misdemeanor assault on a female. Officials say Brown is a registered sex offender.
Officers with the Lincolnton Police Department said the incident happened Monday around 11:15 a.m. when a man, who claimed he was a podiatrist student, started a conversation with a woman in the store.
That woman, Erika Porras, told police that he convinced her to try on several pair of shoes in the shoe department.
“At one point the suspect took the victim’s foot, put it into his mouth and sucked the victim’s toes,” the report states.
“I was shocked,” Porras told WBTV, “He asked me not to tell anyone and said he would pay for my groceries.”

A daredevil New Jersey teen sneaked up to the antenna atop 1 World Trade Center in the middle of the night to take pictures — passing a sleeping guard, officials said Thursday.
Justin Casquejo, 16, managed to crawl threw a 12-by-12-inch hole in the construction fence surrounding the nation’s tallest building at about 4:10 a.m. on Sunday and then scaled scaffolding surrounding the tower to get inside, according to Port Authority spokesman Joe Pentangelo.
The teen told investigators he climbed the scaffolding until he was able to find an entry point on the sixth floor.
He rode the elevator to the 88th floor, according to court documents, and then “took the staircase up to 104th floor,” he told police.
“I went to the rooftop and climbed the ladder all the way to the antenna,” Casquejo admitted.
A Port Authority officer ultimately grabbed Casquejo on the 104th floor at 6 a.m. — two hours after he breached the gates, officials said.
The teen also crept by a sleeping private security guard on the 104th floor, who has since been fired, officials said.
The founder of the Westboro Baptist Church who brought himself and his congregation notoriety by protesting at the funerals of military troops, the man responsible for having a group of misguided people celebrate every time there is a mass murder (they celebrated when 20 kids were murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School for crying out loud!), or celebrate when people die from a natural disaster, that man – Fred Phelps – has died. He was 84 years old.

The Orlando Sentinel reported that 61-year-old James Guy Bull was arrested on Tuesday after neighbors told police that they saw him attacking his mixed-breed, 8-month-old dog on multiple occasions at his Daytona Beach apartment.
“They heard the animal yelp and cry but [Bull] continued with the conduct,” a police report said.
One witness heard a “dog in distress.” But when Bull saw the neighbor, he “pulled up his pants and put the dog down.”
“Both witnesses claim that they can hear the animal crying and yelping through the walls of the apartment but not when she is chained up on the porch,” the charging document alleged.
The report described the dog as “clearly emaciated” and having “no water or food.”
“The chain was rather large and it was stuck in … the wood slats. She had about 8 inches of space from the post,” police said. “The female dog was transported to Halifax Humane Society for medical treatment.”
Bull was charged with two counts of animal cruelty. He remained in Volusia County Branch Jail on Wednesday.
Two people were killed and another injured this morning when a helicopter crashed in Seattle just yards away from the iconic Space Needle.
The helicopter was a news chopper owned by ABC News affiliate KOMO.
The chopper crashed moments after lift-off and quickly became engulfed in flames, killing two and sending a third victim to the hospital in critical condition, according to the Seattle Fire Department.
The two people that were killed were pilot Gary Pfitzner and photographer Bill Strothman, a recently-retired staffer who now works part-time, the station said.
The other person who was injured was only identified as a 38-year-old man who was inside a car at the time.
The crash site was just 50 feet away from the Space Needle, authorities said.
The helicopter did not hit the landmark.
The news station said the helicopter was lifting off from its roof when it hit the side of the building and crashed into several cars. Two cars were also on fire when firefighters arrived to douse the flames.
Plumes of smoke quickly filled the skies near Space Needle shortly after the crash.
The Seattle Fire Department said they do not know what caused the crash. The National Transportation Safety Board is en route to the scene to investigate the crash.
Paedophile: Loren Morris, 21, was sentenced to prison after a court found that she had slept with a child 50 times
A female paedophile has been jailed for having sex with an eight-year-old boy more than fifty times.
Loren Morris, 21, was 16 when she first slept with the schoolboy, who cannot be identified, and continued until he was ten years old.
Morris, who has a child of her own, would have regular intercourse with the boy, now 14, and was only found out after he was overheard bragging about it at school.
A judge today gave Morris a two-year prison sentence at Worcester Crown Court, following a trial last month where she was convicted of three counts of sexual intercourse with a child under 16.
She could be seen smiling and smoking outside the court today as she awaited her sentence.
The judge in the case told Morris that he would be lenient with the sentence – which will see her released from jail after one year – because she ‘realised it was wrong’ and stopped having sex with the boy.
West Mercia police said they started investigating Morris in March last year after the boy’s school told them that he had been heard bragging about having sex with her.
Judge Robert Juckes QC said: ‘I make no secret of the fact your case has given me cause for much consideration.
‘I have come to the conclusion that due to the concern and embarrassment caused to both you and your family that you will not be offending again, let alone committing sexual offences.
‘I am also aware of the effect this will have on your baby. I am pleased to hear your parents have started to build bridges with you.
‘That does not stop the fact though that you had full sexual intercourse with a child when he was eight to 10 years old – by his evidence it was upwards of fifty times.
‘It seems to me that I am bound to pass an immediate custodial sentence. I take into account what has been said to me and the fact that you stopped the activity yourself.
‘You realised it was wrong rather than being caught and forced to stop. Therefore my sentence is one of two years. You will serve 12 months in prison before being released on licence.’
Defence lawyer Antonie Mullers had told the court Morris was struggling to accept the facts of the case, and asked Judge Juckes to spare her a prison sentence altogether.
He said: ‘Her immaturity at 21 means she cannot accept the facts yet. She accepts her conviction but with time will accept more.
‘Her parents have stepped in and are building bridges, I understand she has met with some of her family.
‘This could be stifled by a custodial sentence so I urge your honour or try and suspend it if possible.’
Morris, from Lyde, Herefordshire, will serve two years each for the three counts to be served concurrently.
Her sentence included a Sexual Offences Prevention Order, banning her from contact with a child under 16 without permission of a parent. She was also ordered to sign the Sexual Offenders Register, where her details will remain for ten years.
