My bad! Yesterday I questioned a fan’s wisdom for throwing water at Cardi B, an incident that resulted in Cardi tossing her mike back at the fan.
Well as it turns out, moments before the mic exchange, Cardi B asked the audience to give her some water because she was hot. This apparent request caused multiple fans throw water on the stage. For whatever reason, the water from this particular was not appreciated.
And, yes, and… A day before, during another performance, Cardi also tossed her mic at her DJ! Her reason? The DJ was not doing his job during her 2018 hit “I Like It.” She said he was not “on” during her show.
I’m starting to think this mic has multiple functions. In addition to amplifying the rapper’s voice, it is also being used as an assault weapon.
