The neighbors were arguing over a mattress thrown by a dumpster before things heated and the threats began. Moments later, bullets fired and one man was dead.
The video was captured by Kara Box in Abilene Texas on September 1st. Her fiance, Aaron Howard got into the altercation with the father and son, John and Michael Miller, both armed with a handgun and a shotgun. As things escalated, the elder Miller warned Aaron that he will be killed if he came within three feet. Seconds later, he shoots. His son is seen shooting at Aaron with a shotgun.
Both Millers were released on $25,000 bail. Kara Box has since moved.
