However, you can make it ILLEGAL to be treated in any other way by fellow citizens. That became the tenet of our Civil Rights Movements and it seems that’s what Clinton was telling these young turks of the BlackLivesMatter movement: Put your demands in writing and present them in the form of a bill to be legislated on. Or else all you’ll get for all your hard work will be a few sympathetic nods and very little satisfaction. And I’d have to agree with here on that one.
