President Obama Proposes Free Community College For Everyone

The president’s proposal will offer the first two years of community college for free. The president will formally announce the details of this plan in his upcoming State of The Union Address later this month.

The concepts of “separation of powers” and division of State and Fed jurisdictions seem to confuse this ape.

Yep….just a few miles from me. Heard the helicopters flying around.
The folks here are in a puzzlement: TN getting attention for something good, and Obama praising it. They all think Haslam isn’t conservative enough anyway. Can’t wait to see out this turns out. Sorta like the ACA being a Heritage Foundation plan, put into use by a Repub governor…and condemned because a black president got it passed for the country.
