I’m not sure whether cops are getting dumber, or are just not properly trained in the legal rights of the citizens they are paid to protect and serve, but something has to change, because it’s our tax dollars that are paying these people and they need to either learn how to do their job without abusing us or they should be summarily FIRED. This guy was totally reasonable but the type A personality cop wasn’t having it anyway but HIS way..and the law be damned. So I hope the lawsuit wakes these jerks up and all those fools that are like them. And I pray that as each jerk is discovered they are fired.
