The Hill is reporting that Democrats and Republicans alike say the 113th Congress is shaping up to be the worst ever.

I can’t wait till the UN monitors are asked to come in to watch over the VOTING, and we all have those purple fingers. That seems like the only way to get rid of the SOBs…….
