It’s hard enough to get through childhood and adolescence without being saddled with such a name.

I should know, my nick-name rhymes with so many things that it caused me problems all my childhood and adolescence. My mother wanted me to be called by a shortened version of my nick-name, but this was never to be until I was a grown man.
