I think this man need to resign and stay home and teach his kid some manners. Its clear he needs some Parenting. So maybe some parenting classes for the parents are in order too. And family counseling. And I can think of a few other things that might shape this young man into a Good and Moral person instead of the hateful bigot they have raised thus far.
