					<description><![CDATA[Wow.. your comparing personal money with the responsibilities of a state&#039;s money? Firstly, what he does with his money is his business just as what you do with yours is yours.  But what he does as Governor of Massachusetts with that state&#039;s money is all the citizenry&#039;s business and it was, for whatever reason, his belief from research and staff&#039;s findings, that those particular items weren&#039;t feasible as there wasn&#039;t funds available to pay for it and it would&#039;ve had to come from the rainy day fund.  So. they suggestion in your article (and the others) is that he&#039;s supposed to put his own money out for the elevators instead?  That&#039;s just not something one would or should expect any public official to do; it&#039;s certainly not in any job description I&#039;ve ever read for a politician.]]></description>
