All one has to do is watch the video to see Mr. Cain’s huge smile. Clearly this was hyperbole, meant to highlight his belief that congress should read the bills they’re passing. I know the liberals and the Paul-iacs are desperate for a way to slow Mr. Cain’s momentum, but this isn’t it. Sorry.
