If Mr. Turner ever read a newspaper or watched a legitimate news program in his state alone, he would see that there are enough actual gang rape and incests victims to out weigh anyone who would fake a story–as with any other crime btw! You could feel his discomfort in making such a sexist statement. Is his cause really that much more important than forcing rape victims to carry a pregnancy to full term? All this under the guise of limiting ‘Big Government Intrusion’ ie: the Democratic controlled Senate–while forcing Democrats to de-fund government services that assist the middle class and the poor, making them appear to be the bad guys. How treacherous!
