How could any citizen of this nation stand against our Constitutional law? Why would they? And if it is law then ALL should have to obey. I agree the cirumcision thing is NON constitutional at all. ONLY the Birth Certificate and it can't be found you don't run period! Will this State and/or any other State comply with the LAW this time around? Will this Governor make sure their State checks out their birth certificates before being placed on the ballot? she has that obligation under law! If she doesn't then she needs to be fired and prosecuted for breaking the law! It is time we the people DEMAND compliance with the Constitution by all people – that means all elected officials also!

I’ve seen my New York birth certificate, and in no way could it be considered “long form”. How many States fall into this category? I even think that Hawaii’s “Certificate of Live Birth” (I’ve seen Obama’s!!) is longer than my New York Certificate.
