The outgoing First Lady of the United States can easily be called, the sexiest First Lady Ever… at least I think so. The First Lady is featured on the cover of the upcoming VOGUE.
The President of the United States was joined by the First Lady of The United States to wish a Merry Christmas to all, and to send a special message to all Americans who support the troops.
Appearing via streaming video from the White House, Mrs. Obama said all of the nominees demonstrated that “we can overcome any obstacle.”
She said that message is “especially important for our young people” and thanked Hollywood for encouraging children “to open their imaginations.”
The first lady was introduced by Jack Nicholson, who noted that the best picture trophy is usually announced solo.
Mrs. Obama wore a silver, art deco-inspired gown by Indian-born American fashion designer Naeem Khan. It was the same dress she wore for the Obamas’ dinner with the nation’s governors at the White House on Sunday night.
First Lady Michelle Obama rang in her 49th birthday with a brand spankin’ new Twitter account.
Her handle, @FLOTUS, jumped to more than 15,000 followers in the two hours after it sent its first tweet Thursday morning, and the number continues to climb.
Obama’s staff will manage the account. Tweets sent by the social media-saavy First Lady herself will be signed “-mo.”
