Ubuntu is the leading Linux on ARM to day says Mark Shuttleworth. Ubuntu has been working closely with ARM to bring a clean and bueatiful experience to the smartphone.

This will also allow your Ubuntu smart phone to act as your desktop computer.

ARM has been working for about 5 years now with Ubuntu via an engineering and marketing engagement.

Ubuntu does not need a lock screen because Ubuntu uses every edge of the screen. Each edge has a specific purpose.

All your apps can be seen down the left hand side of the screen. All of your favorite are available with one guesture.

There is a search box at the top of the screen on the home page to allow you to search for anything on line.

A side ways swipe will allow you to see all of your information you use on your smart phone. Contacts, music, videos and apps.

One consistant way to find your apps. Native apps are faster and much more responsive.
