Steven Colbert, host of Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report said it best when referring to Nevada re-electing Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid over Teaparty favorite, Sharron Angle.
Sharron... too close for comfort
“I am particularly devastated by this result, because Sharron Angle was so close to giving us all the answers. Now we’ll never find out what her positions were.”
Colbert of course, was referring to the fact that the teaparty favorite was giving the Majority Leader a run for his money in Nevada, without once answering any questions from the media about her plans for the people of Nevada.
When informed by an AP reporter that she will have to answer some questions, Mrs. Angle replied that she will answer the questions, as soon as she becomes the Senator.
Proops to the people of Nevada, for realizing that Sherron Angle, like so many others from the Teaparty, was just a body with an empty head. Too bad the folks in Kentucky didn’t realize that about their next Senator, Rand Paul.
Harry Reid defeated Sharron Angle, receiving 50% of the vote to her 45%.

…which leads to the question that if Angle had won, would it have been like the scene out of the ‘Wizard Of Oz’ where Dorothy thinks she’s talking to the Wizard who appears as a trash talking, floating big head while the real wizard was behind the curtain running things…
Nice piece. I couldn’t agree with you more about at least some people on the right realizing that while they want conservatives in power they also want them to be able to think and reason. Wew used to have intelligent conservatives on the national stage but they’ve been driven out. Keep up the good work.
