Michele Bauchman wants the government to “commandeer” your boats.

You read right!
Michele Bachmann, the same psycho congress woman who called this administration everything in the book from Hitler to accusing Obama of setting up concentration camps, to saying the Obama administration is running a gangster government. Bachmann is now criticizing the government of staying out of your way.
Evidently, the small government she’s been calling for since Obama became president was a mistake. Michele wants the government to commandeering your boats and she is baffled why Obama hasn’t done it yet.
On Friday May 28th, talking to the House of Representatives and in reference to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, Michele Bachmann said;
The administration, they were hands off. They didn’t do anything. Where were the boats that could have been commandeered by the government to be sent into this region to deal with that oil plume as it was coming up in the water and destroying marine life? Nowhere to be found. Why? The administration was hands off on this policy.
The politics being played by Michele Bachmann and the rest of the GOP is so transparant. I wonder if they really think they’re fooling any reasonable thinking American. And while I’m wondering, what whould this same Michele Bachmann have said if this administration had made the mistake and asked some boat owner to use their boat to help clean up this spill? We would have been hearing the “gangster government” calls all over again and with boats involved, Mrs. Bachmann would have even went as far as calling the administration, pirates.
Keith Olbermann said it best on Countdown tonight, and it accurately represents how these republicans truly feels. As per Keith;
“Nine words – I’m fine, screw you. I’m screwed, help me now!”
The GOP hypocrisy is so think, you can cut it with a spoon!
